The gym NEEDS hand sanitizing stations. Some people here think it’s their personal at home gym and treat it (and everyone else in the room) how they please. BLASTING music from speakers, not wiping anything down after use, leaving weights around, taking their shoes off, even just sitting and eating a literal burger and fries on the gym equipment. A group of young men were even smoking weed in the gym one evening. All that to say, the facilities are nice but some residents are extremely trashy, inconsiderate, and rude. This community would really benefit from more security cameras.

The cove is a great and friendly place to live. I am so thankful for the amazing office staff, Ricky, who takes the time to make sure I had everything that I needed and even followed up with me. Not only that he also went above and beyond to give great service and made me feel at home. The community is clean and quiet and has an amazing pool and gym that I use often. I could have lived anywhere but choose the cove because I knew if I needed something they would get it done in an efficient and timely manner. I have never had a problem!

4 stars for maintenance guy because he did the best he can. 1 star for management. Tried reaching out left messages. Had to purchase own filter? Office never answers the phone and even direct message for Manager does not get returned.

Absolutely disgusted apparently they paint over water damage… we reported that the roof was damaged several of times nothing was done mold surfaced through the walls causing the whole household to be sick the ppl above us stomps all day and night I’ve knocked on the door several of times been here 2 1/2 months the rent price is absurd for such conditions corporations has to do better how is this sub stainable bandaged problems is not it

Honestly I like my apartment it’s spacious and they keep up with the community but it’s a few reasons I didn’t give them 5⭐️ because 1. Im in a classic and I can’t renew because they got to renovate the unit 2.I don’t like they paint the tile in the shower and bathtub and it chips like I clean my bathroom with bleach so paint and bleach doesn’t mix and 3. The white appliances is old the stove always acting up and microwave take long to heat up food but if they can fix all these things I would of give it 5⭐️hopefully the updated units don’t have this problem with the painted tile in the shower and bathtub other than that no one bothers me and I like.

By and large a good place to live. However ,the garbage dumpster areas are increasingly unsightly. I believe that the dumpster enclosure doors should be closed. What is going on with the main entrance gates? Why are they not closed ALL the time. I understand Tennant's crash into the gate bars, if no cameras are installed yet,install them, and whoever crashes into the gates should be evicted immediately.

Great place to live nice, clean, and quiet. Office and maintenance staff are great and get things done quick. Love the food truck idea.
