We love it here! We usually take out but this last time we decided to come here for dinner. Seems they give you even MoRe food when you eat here and they bring the food to your table! It’s our new little dinner place for those days I just want a big fresh meal that is completely worth the $$ and I font feel like cooking or cleaning 😂 The string beans are amazing, and my fav app to order, everyone loves them! My fav dish is the Sweet & Sour chicken with white rice, get extra sauce on side, you’ll be happy you did! I also got a side salad and it was huge. My hub got the Spicy BBQ Steak and he enjoyed it. My kids got a meal with sauce on the side as they only like the tempura plain chicken, and a side of noodles no sauce. They loved it all. It was a nice meal and very fresh, right off the stove! The employees are also super nice, and happy to give you whatever you need while your there. And if you don’t finish, they have boxes to take the rest out! We had a great experience here and we look forward to have our next week night dinner out here 😉

I ate there with a couple of other people tonight. It took forever to get someone to the front counter so we could order our food. We ordered separately. After getting our drinks, we sat down and waited for our food. The people that were with me got their food fairly quick. People that ordered after me got their food. After people were finished eating I finally received my food. It was cold as it had been sitting there the entire time. Their response....we thought it was to go. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the last place available to get food. I could get food faster by hunting and killing it myself

Service was good at register...very professional. Food...less than appealing. The chicken portions appeared to be very small thumbtack sized, mostly battered pieces of chicken. Taste was overly salty but manageable with the white rice. But the flies or small nats made the experience even worse. They were at our table and hovering at the beverage dispenser. It became clear why there was only two other customers in the dining room in the height of business hours on a Saturday. Yall can do better!

Wonderful food and amazing staff, I myself really like the dynamite tofu or the beef and broccoli. They have a variety of very yummy food with free fortune cookies by the drink machine. The interior is very roomy and very quiet. Great for a bit after work or a meal with your friends. If your baked and have munchies then get the chocolate brownies and the beef broccoli meal with noodles. The staff will bring your food out to you if you eat outside. Very fast and very tasty

I went to the Boynton Beach location on congress. I saw a man running around like crazy but he wasn’t upset about it, he was even apologetic so much that he was busy and so short staffed. He got our order after he took care of the customers in front of me and he didn’t skip a beat and was so polite. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes- name is Mike. I told him thank you for not being frustrated at all for being so busy and by yourself as I’ve seen in a lot of restaurants lately. If you ever want fast foodish but very decent go to Pei Wei and tell Mike the manager hi.

Such a positive experience. The food was delicious, everyone was so friendly, and the place was so organized and clean. Plus, the portion sizes were larger than anticipated. Definitely recommend it.

I stopped here for lunch while traveling on vacation. The food is both delicious and well-prepared. The staff is friendly and efficient when it comes to processing orders. The restaurant is clean, has a pleasant ambiance, and is extremely welcoming. If I'm in the area, I'll stop by again.

SOOO DISAPPOINTED. My mother and I stopped to grab dinner tonight just to wait an hour for overcooked dry food. We came into an empty restaurant with 2-3 customer ahead of us to be told there is an hour wait on any food we ordered! Exactly an hour until close, i must add! After waiting all that time then traveling home, i was disappointed to open an entree with a very SMALL portion of meat with my very SMALL portion of brown rice that had the consistency of rubber for both REGULAR SIZED entrees. I feel as if I’m being generous for giving two stars. The service and food quality were AWFUL. I will not be returning in the future!

The worst customer service the evening I came here. I came in and waited standing at the register. No one greeted me or came to ask what I need for about 10 minutes. I ended up ordering online while standing in the restaurant. I will also note that it wasn’t busy from the amount of people inside. No apology or anything. Not returning to this location. Front register employee was extremely rude.

What happened to the quality of food at this Pei Wei? I think they are under new ownership who ruined this restaurant. I can get better food at Panda Express. Pei Wei used to make each order from scratch. Now it seems like they are trying to reheat pre-made food. It was disgusting. Cold, hard, overly crunchy vegetables. Mushy rice, and I ordered noodles. Used to eat here all the time, I won't be back.

Food was horrible. Nobody was in the restaurant a guy walked out the bathroom. 30 minutes later here’s my crab wonton, and my eggroll look at these.

Very Friendly and accommodating. This location has undergone a recent Management change and it shows. They really have their act together. Service with a smile is a welcome change of pace these days and they deliver on that and much more. The store is very clean. The Hot food is Hot, and the Cold food is Cold. I love Pei-Wei when done right. What more can you ask for. If you have had a less than perfect experience in the past, I encourage you to give them another shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the atmosphere! It’s a great place, and friendly staff. The food was also delicious. Idalia was nice.

Worst Pad Thai ever had, no flavor or any veggies. Pretty much just noodles and some chicken. The whole meal had like no flavor will never go back again and this is first time ever going to this one.

UPDATE: It looks like their social media person replied to my review. You know what could really help this store is to let the owner know about these reviews. What else would you want me to share about our dining experience? I wrote it in this review. What would happen if I contacted Pei Wei as the response said? Looks like the problems based on the rest of the reviews have been going on for months. As for myself, sure, I'd still dine at this store. ............ I dont know what happened but we were first in line, we ordered, paid, got seated. 30 minutes later a table that just got seated about 15 minutes after us, got their orders brought to their table before ours. Counting 35 minutes, we finally got our orders. It didnt look that busy, there were only 4 tables seated. The beef on the Spicy Korean bbq steak was tough and brittle like it was laying around for a couple days (its what my Korean friend who was at the table with me, told me). As for my order, I myself cant complain, Im just thankful I can eat a daily meal. Service *5* stars because the staff seem to be doing their job as best they could. Atmosphere rating a *2* the place and tables need cleaning. Its easy to order though, they have a great lighted menu on the wall. Food rating a *1* .. but maybe we just got a bad batch. To conclude, Id say continue to support this store and other local business, more so if their service staff are doing their best.

Food was never prepared as I waited 30mins after I purchase my meal. Huge disappointment as I had other places to be, a complete waste of time. I won’t recommend my family and friends the Boynton location at all.

Hubby & I both ordered lo mein with tofu. It tasted very good except it lacked veggies. I took photos, but can't seem to post them here. Menu shows ingredients as noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, red bell pepper, shitaki mushrooms, scallions, garlic & savory sauce.. Photo of actual food shows (after I hungrily devoured the tofu) tiny pieces of vegetable matter. No sign of bean sprouts or shitake mushrooms. I spoke with the manager. He pointed with his pinky finger to a very tiny brown thing & said, "that's the mushroom." On top of that we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. We were told it would be about ten minutes. The guy waiting on us was very nice and polite. He was doing the work of two people. We sat outside and he served our food. He told us, after I mentioned they are short one person, the manager won't hire a person to help him and expects him to do it. He was running back and forth, and sweating, from one work area to another. Then the manager came out to the take-out bagging area. The server/slave still ran back and forth, outside and back inside. While we waited for our food there was group totaling of about 20 people waiting for initial service or food. I'm not driving 45 to go there again or ever. The manager needs to do better. I worked in restaurants and I don't like to see customers or employees get screwed by managers or owners.

Pei Wei one of my sons favorite. Always good food for the price. Being the father of a son with special circumstances it is very important to be consistent with the food and presentation. If the dish is supposed to have a lime wedge and cilantro, please make sure it always has it. That small thing can become a big situation in the blink of an eye.

This place was awesome! The employees were spot on! We arrived 5min before our order was to be ready & sat at a table to wait patiently. Then this lady customer showed & started really taking it out on the employees about how she hadn't eaten all day & that she shouldn't have to wait for a customer who ordered online because they're not in the store right now & she was. Tell me, how was it the restaurants fault this woman didn't feed herself breakfast or lunch, before she showed up there for dinner? Our food was only 4 minutes past the 30 minute time they try to follow due to this lady & we won't hold it against Pei Wei at all, because it got that grumpy lady out of everyone's hair. I can't say enough how well the food was prepared & how delicious it all was. Also, we had a huge order on top of it $185. It was worth every penny. I was very surprised they had something I hadn't had in years, which was Red Curry Chicken & scrumptious! We'll be back for small orders & large ones at this Pei Wei. Top notch!

Usually pretty good food, but lately the steak in my meal is absolutely terrible! I can’t believe they would sell food like this. Dry, no flavor, and not able to even chew it. It’s like it was cooked days ago a left out ever since! Horrible!

Everyone here is friendly and does their best to serve the customer base despite most of the customers being ungrateful and rude to the staff. Stop arguing with the cooks, its not going get your food made any faster.

My husband and I decided to have lunch at pei Wei today. First off I was shocked at how the place is worn. Used to be nice. The food was horrible. My husband had the won ton soup and it actually smelled like an old sock. The rice is gross. Over cooked and mushy. The dinners where not good at all. We spent over $40.00 Im truly sad because back in the day we loved going to pei Wei.

Had the Mongolian beef with Fried Brown Rice and was totally disappointed..The Dish was highly over seasoned and the Chicken Dumplings was warm not hot when Served. Manager or the Lady at the front register was extremely friendly in regards to customer service.

Food is always cooked to perfection. Can't think of a bad experience. Well, I guess one time I ordered crispy dumplings in a to go order and got steamed ones instead. Wasn't a big deal and they were still good. Not really a complaint just wanted to keep the review honest.

Stopped at pei Wei Asian Kitchen for dinner. We ordered two of the chicken pad Thai and an order of 6 crab rangoons. Dinner was... Alright. The pad Thai recipe has definitely changed and tasted a lot more subtle, as in less spicy and less flavorful. The crab Rangoon were delicious and the crispy wontons were perfect, but now they give you little packets of the sweet chili sauce and your food is brought to you in plastic containers. I do have to say that they give you a lot of food but, still, spending 40 for 2 people was a bit much. The location was very busy with online orders and phone orders, so the kitchen was a little backed up but the food was delivered immediately, the employees were on top of boxing up orders and delivering eat in orders. I would give it a 7/10.

This has to be the WORST EVER experience!! Order online for 3 meals and can’t even get anyone on the phone for curbside! It’s been over an hour when it was supposed to take 20 minutes!! I am so over this joint. Haven’t been here in a long time. Now I know. They don’t have their priorities right! AND find out just now they don’t have what I asked for!! Going on way over an hour! This is UNCALLED FOR AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
