I always like a healthy snack or smoothie and this was great. I saw it was opening and was lucky to be there on opening day! What a nice, clean restaurant. I got the Acai berry smoothie and my wife and kids got the banana and strawberry smoothies. The Grilled Chicken Parma wrap was very tasty and fresh and I give that an A. The Santa Fe quesadilla was very good also. Staff seemed very nice and felt safe even during Corona. We highly recommend this as a quick healthy spot to get some food and drinks.

This is the WORST tropical smoothie I have been to. Associate crew including the “manager on duty” were more than unprofessional. Spoke with the franchise owner and all he did was provide excuses. So many different ways he could have remedied the situation but instead kept telling me as to why he hired an “emotionally UNintelligent crew who could care less because they’re receiving minimum wage”———his words NOT mine. Just ridiculous . Anytime I’ve gone to another location and had a request or something done poorly it’s always gotten fixed or redone with no excuses or hassle. Or better yet done exactly how I asked the first time! Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

Love this place. My go-to for a quick healthy snack, but also enough seating in & outdoors if I'm just hanging out. Thankfully, the restrooms are always clean! The staff always has such a positive. vibe, not to mention hardworking. If you've ever been there during lunch you'll see what I mean. It gets pretty busy so I recommend ordering ahead online or through their app bc it's easy to just grab your food in the pickup box inside bc it's ready much faster than waiting in line. That way you actually have time to eat your food. Lol! Plus, you get discounts & points for free smoothies when you order threw app! Unless you like paying full price 😂. Yay smoothies!

Good experience, turnover rate here seem to be high. There are a couple of people I will not miss. Most of the staff is friendly and establishmentis always clean. I normal have a somewhat complex order that can equal inconsistent smoothie. They recently had a Miami Dolphin meet and greet there that was awesome.

I love this location because the staff is always friendly here even when they first open at 7:00am. I just recently found out they now serve ‘Dillas! I might have to try all three : Sane Fe Three Cheese and Chicken Chorizo. Tropical Smoothie Cafe Boynton Beach never disappoints and this family owned business (shout out to Dave and Nancy Chapman) also has a location in Okeechobee Blvd which is just as good!

I order an island green and 2 other drinks. The young man making drinks only made 1 drink out of the 3 drinks I ordered. Instead of completing my order he went on to complete a party of 6 order. Once done he started making my island green but made it so watery I told him it was too watery so he added more ice. It was still watery instead of making a new drink he proceeded to add more ice. Worst experience ever

The manager here is the nastiest person ever. The employees look miserable and the manager is sooo unprofessional the way she talks to the employees. I recommend not eating in this location the vibes are all off. Not worth it

This year I went for the first time in over a while..I was in a bit of rush for work and didn’t remember the menu by heart, because I don’t go there ever, so I asked what looked like the be the MANAGER? Name was Nancy i asked her 2 questions about 2 separate items and she seemed very dismissive and looked at me like I was insane for asking her a question about the smoothies. Her energy was off, manners, I didn’t feel welcome with that experience.

OMG!!! I’m beyond disgusted. I was just at this place first time eating here BTW and there was a roach crawling across the floor. One other lady noticed it same time I did and we both looked at each other in disgust. I immediately left and threw out-my smoothie. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! GROSS!!!

Came here at 4:20 pm and was not greeted by any employees. Everyone looked miserable. Spent almost 19 on 2 basic smoothies and asked Ruth, for a simple cup of water for my puppy. She had a major attitude and rang up for 81 cents. I thought she was joking. I only needed a small cup for my dog. And I made a purchase. First bad experience. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to talk to Ruth so she can do better. I dont mind paying but man the attitude! She rolled her eyes and kissed her teeth, over water????? Rolling your eyes over water for a puppy is sad. Won’t be back. Happy New Year Ruth! Gateway location is better!

TSC is probably one of the cutest cafes in the area! Me and my grandpa have been going to this spot for a few months since we moved down to west palm and we love it here. We usually order the detox island green smootie (10/10)!! nice assortment and great hospitality. The day I wrote this review i was helped by Mattija and the other staff were just as nice! I implore that if ur thinking about trying the place, you should. 🙂

First of all the smoothie i got is delicious and made to perfection. The staff was super friendly. I ordered my smoothie through the app and it was ready in no time. Also after I picked up my order I had noticed they drew this little face on the cup it was so cute lol put a smile on my face :)

I ate here for the first time today, and had a delicious sandwich. It was so fresh and well-made. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and just wonderful. The restaurant is very clean, and one of the staff members was continually doing something to ensure this. I will definitely go back again. Thank you

If this isn’t the best chicken ceaser wrap I have ever had, I would be lying. The smoothie was fantastic as well. Everyone in this place is pleasant and quick! My first time here but most definitely not the last!

Delicious! We both had the Caprise' sandwich combo. The owner (David) was nice. He honored an expired smoothy reward that i had. Great overall experience.

I come to this location at least 4 times a week before work, the shakes are good! Depending on who’s making them, the older lady is always sweet and remembers me every time I come in , in the morning during the week . The only reason why I am giving it 4 star is because I wish they had discounts for first responders. And I wish they would start letting us use the cups we purchased, other than that . This is the only location I come too!

We came for a lunch and we had a great meal. Food is fresh, delicious, smoothies are the best. We tried the flatbread sandwiches and what a good options and buffalo chicken wrap. Will come back soon.

Sunrise Sunset Amazing Smoothie!!! And they do not play around. The service is totally on point. I got my smoothie in less than 2 minutes. Then decided to add on a sandwich which they offered and gave me a discount for a combo which was really cool. Now eating the sandwich. It’s Excellent. The bread is amazing. I’ll be back. Thank You.

The owners and food is always on point! My company and I pick up at least twice a week from here. And they’re never not on point. One time, I dropped a smoothie on the way out and they replaced it. The owners make you feel at home! Highly recommend
