Benjamin Jewelers staff really took the time to help find the perfect watch band for me. I was indecisive for a bit, but they were patient. When we finally selected the perfect one and they installed it and made a watch I haven't worn in months my favorite again. I'm grateful for their services and would recommend them to anyone.

Our customer experience was outstanding at Benjamin Jewelers. Ben and Tim provide honest, whole and timely information. We never felt pressured to purchase one engagement ring over another, nor did we ever feel pressured to pick one diamond over another. We asked for their honest opinions, and they always gave them to us, regardless of price. I say again, regardless of price. Ben has exceptional situational awareness and could tell exactly what my fiancée preferred, which was very beneficial when making the final decision. And after she wore the ring for a month, Ben did a phenomenal job making a slight adjustment to the sizing, resulting in an even better fit. As far as the products, the rings turned out wonderfully. We received them when he said they would arrive, and they are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Ben did a marvelous job setting the diamond for my fiancée’s ring; it’s perfect. For a decision this important, we highly recommend Benjamin Jewelers. Their customer service is brilliant and honest, which is something you will truly appreciate and enjoy.

I got my ring sized down a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. My ring fits so nicely and I can’t even tell where they did it at!! The staff were very friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had and were able to give me an estimate as to when it would be done. Although they were booked 3 weeks out they were happy to help me with getting my ring done in a timely matter. 10/10 recommend(:

I have been going here for years. They are honest and hardworking people. They take the time to talk and coordinate with whatever you need. I even pop in to get my jewelry cleaned! You really can’t beat the attention you are given as a customer. I have been around the world and been in many jewelry shops. Nobody is kinder more more motivated to get you that perfect pieces of a masterpiece.

Excellent customer service! My husband has shopped here several times over the years. Today he was trying to help our son who purchased an engagement ring elsewhere ( he currently lives out of state and had limited funds ) but came with a damaged box. Perfect... Absolutely perfect. I had a ring that needed to be sized and where I'm located in New Mexico, nobody was willing to touch it let alone help at all. My better half highly recommended this shop. Sent the ring and a necklace that needed a new clasp. Ring fit 100% perfectly and actually looked better than new. He was also able to keep the inscription inside the ring that others said would be impossible. I highly recommend these guys. Best part of all was less than 10 days turnaround from half way across the states.

I was traveling through Bozeman this summer as part of our wedding roadtrip and destination wedding in West Yellowstone. I discovered a few days before our wedding that my engagement ring diamond was loose. I went to another jewelry shop in Bozeman first, hoping they could quickly help tighten the diamond to prevent me from losing it at a time when I really needed to be wearing it. They turned me away because they were "too busy" as soon as they realized I wouldn't be purchasing anything new in their shop. I tried Benjamin Jewelers, and the shop owner immediately took my ring to the back and had the diamond tightened down in less than 5 minutes! He didn't bat an eye at my request, charged me minimal despite the urgent nature of my problem, and was extremely polite. I am forever grateful for the quick, efficient, and kind service I received at this shop that enabled me to wear my engagement ring without worry on my wedding day! Thank you so much!

I have had Ben make rings for me in the past and he even putting a sapphire into a crucifix that was blessed by the pope. I have used his store for my Jelwery needs since 2000. Now matter where I have moved to I rely on Ben and his staff. I recently sent them a ring that needed resized and a necklace that needed a new clasp. I live out of state, but still sent this to them. The staff is excellent!! I would highly recommend Benjamin jewelers to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would.

Went in with a bent watch clasp that wouldn't stay closed, they fixed it in about 2 minutes for free. :) Seemed very nice as well.
