My friend and I always liked going to Magic, especially because the staff there were really great and friendly. Unfortunately that is no longer the case now. We're avoiding the Magic completely now. Why? The employees there are only there to gossip, to sit on their cell phones and smoke. The last time we were there, we weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink within 3 hours and the ashtray wasn't emptied either! What used to be normal. Every hour someone went around changing the ashtrays and then asked if you wanted something else to drink. However, as a gentleman at magic you have a pretty good chance, you can also get a Red Bull on the house (which I've never seen in the last few years), the women always like to stand by the men and smile at them in a completely unpleasant way. We are in a casino, but friendliness to everyone and not just if you are a man!!!! Then the two of them always receive visits from gentlemen who then sit at the front of the counter (which didn't exist before). So sorry but the staff has deteriorated 100%!!!! As I said, we enjoyed being there but now we won't go to the magic anymore. It's a shame how things took a turn for the worse so quickly.
