Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable room and bed, friendly staff, everything is perfect, and the Pizza shop next door is delicious, I will come back again.

Nice business hotel, close to city center, just a short walk to metro station. Breakfast is supwr tasty and fresh, pastries were warm, lots of cheeses and hams, fresh fruits and juices. Room is nice, small but clean, and bed was really comfortable. It's good value for your money.

Excellent rooms, not too far from Düsseldorf train station. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Location was good, lots of local restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice cozy business hotel, also good for couples to visit Düsseldorf. Location is also good even if you consider to travel around on foot as I did at Christmas time..

Good hotel. Good Breakfast as well. But our room a had very bad smell. Couldn't air it out. Didn't like the carpet in the room as well.

Super homely boutique hotel with amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but clean and a tablet in the room is a nice surprise. Baby cot was well prepared, elevator is too small for buggies. Parking was very easy and the hotel is close to the city centre. We will come back again!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf. A true hidden gem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room is very comfortable and look very stylish. We will come back to his hotel without a doubt.

Lovely hotel which is not owned by a large multinational corporation as it seems. Was automatically upgraded to a larger double room. Check in was super quick. The breakfast room isn't large but the buffet has a very large variety and had a good quality. The room was modern and comfortable, couldn't find a pricelist for the minibar though. There was some noise at the late evening, but not so loud that it would've prevented me from sleeping (might be louder on weekends though?). I'd go there again.

They were very accomodating as I arrived early. The bed was comfortable, room very clean and quiet. The TV is fantastic programming with Netflix if you want to sign in. The elevator is tiny, one at a time, but happy they have one. I will stay here again. (Picture of my breakfast)

Full service to all your needs during high exhibition season. We stayed there during Drupa 2012 and 2016. Easy access to bus and train. Great breakfast. The team is helpful. Very clean and no noise since the tram went underground.

The hotel is nice, however the cashier can't speak English and very arrogant and disrespectful, maybe because I am Asian just don't come here if you don't know German
