Birla Laxmi Narayan Temple at Brajrajnagar is one of the oldest temple around the township. It was built by the Birlas by the side of Ib river and near to Orient Paper Mill. It's one of the places near the town with lots of scenic beauty. It's a nice location to some spend time with family and friends.

It's a very old birla temple sitchuated at a hill top in Brajrajnagar. When Orient paper mills was established in the year 1942 by c k birla group they built this temple in the year 1955.

A very quite place. Visited during monsoon. If want to spend some time with peace mind, one of the mostly recommended place on hill top. When visited some construction works was going on outside the boundary wall and in front of the main entrance gate. A small stall was there if want can take some puja saamaan.

The temple is situated at a hilly area as compared to ramchandi mandir Rampur brajraj Nagar. This Mandir is also situated near IB river. The architect of the temple is historic. The hall of the temple is vary spacious. Inside the temple there is garden type area which is well maintained.The scenic beauty from the backside of temple is great.

Beautiful place with full of natural beauty...the view from the temple to ib river is eye-catching..I really enjoyed the beauty of nature in this place..also the Laxmi Narayan temple was so beautiful.

Absolutely love this place. Numerous memories. It was once an ideal picnic place too. these days its little low on maintenance. However,still you can get amazing sunrise views.

We loved this temple our choldhood memories are there.

Very beautiful temple, well planned location on a small hilltop over river Ib, overlooking Chandi mandir on the downstream of Ib river on one side and the railway bridge on Kolkata Mumbai route over the river and the Orient Paper Mills on the other side.
