Horrible customer service l. The store doesn't help with anything and just asks to keep calling customer care where no one ever picks up.

Matteo was very helpful and respectful. I don’t know who the tall guy was who interrupted us, or why he did so. He seemed to think that because I use a wheelchair he had to speak loudly and use short words. Was this a ploy to make me appreciate Matteo’s service even more? If so, it was incredibly effective. Anyway, Matteo was great. Despite juggling multiple customers at the time he was totally chill, respectful, and thorough, and definitely provided the help I needed. Thanks Matteo!

I have been having trouble with my finances and I went into store to cancel my phone . I was fed up with three and wanted nothing more to do with them. I spoke to lovely lady named Annie she listened to all my complaints and at the end she just smiled and asked if I minded if she gave me some cheaper options to see if it helped before I cancelled. She searched and found me an offer I couldn’t refuse and I changed my price plan and stayed with Three. She knows how to make a customer feel valued and she really listen to what a customer needs… Thanks Again Annie
