The slides were really good, probably the best quality in the country, very modern and clean. We enjoyed them... However, queuing for them wasn't a pleasant experience. Very poor design for ques, all of the slides are very close together at the top of the stairs and you end up all huddled and bundled together at the top, with very little room. It is not ideal. We had an hour and a half time slot, after going on each of the 5 slides one time, we had a grand total of 15 minutes left in the pool. Again not ideal. To conclude, it was way to busy, which is a shame, with a few less people per session it would be a better experience.

Great place to take the little kids swimming on week days during term times. At these times it isn't too busy with lots of younger children and respectful groups and individuals. The pool has lots of different fun features and is suitable for all ages. Facilities including changing areas are excellent, with plenty of space in changing rooms and lockers. The whole booking, parking and walking in experience is easy. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful - I lost my glasses on one of the flumes and my wife lost a locker token down a drain gully. On both occasions staff were very attentive and helpful. There are also plenty of life guards, so you feel very safe. Will definitely come again.

We were slightly late due to motorway accident and the guy who greeted us was so friendly and popped us on the next session without me even asking which was lovely of him. Changing village has plenty of space to change, ockers and it's clean! You need a £1 coin so be prepared! There's 5 different water flumes, a slow body one, a fast body one then 3 inflatable raft ones and the longest we queued was 20 minutes. There's a good variety for all ages with splash zone, lazy river and a hot tub bit. I'd say the only negative was there isn't a pool to swim normal lengths that I saw and the outside pool was closed unfortunately. Plenty of lifeguards on duty and vigilant which was nice to see. There is a "coral spa" but you need a separate wristband for that which I didn't know about and I didn't want to get dried and changed to go to reception to buy one so I'd look into that. I like that you can book evening slots as were less toddlers to worry about and a little quieter. Despite it being an hour away and costing nearly £40 for the 3 of us, I will be going back!

Amazing crazy slides ( for older kids), plenty of things for toddlers. Great staff. 2 things could be better - 1. few more changing room spaces ( visited during restrictions when capacity was limited and still was difficult to find free changing room). 2. Dinning room - needs more hot food options. Overall we will definitely come back. We actually have 2ice already. 😊

Water park with good potential, however need a bit of tlc and proper cleaning. Floor dirty and ppl coming into the changing area in shoes where other are with bare foot. Hair dryers full of dust and not enough for all members also not all of them working. Not enough shower to rinse before and after coming into water park. Park itself have nice attractions and its not expensive (Sunday afternoon entry £15,80+£3,80 for an adult spa upgrade). Interesting water slides and steam room. Lockers with hand band and big metal key bit not practical, but £1 for it is refundable. General not bad at all but need a renovation

We recently went to Coral Reef Waterworld and we’re so impressed with the variety of features. For very young children and babies, there’s sensory features in a large shallow area. For older children there’s the excitement of the volcano eruptions and an amazing choice of interactive slides; which we’ve never seen before. They were exiting for the grown ups, too! The pool was clean, it felt new despite keeping features I loved from the 1990s as a child. It has lovely clean showers and changing rooms and a welcoming, friendly staff team. My daughter loved the addition of a splash pad. We honestly had such a wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back. Constructive feedback would be some accessibility for people living with mobility issues, as the exit from the pool via steps means the exit needs to be from the shallow pool area and that’s a distance from the slide area :). I noticed a disabled changing room which is great. We were pleased that there was a recycling option for our rubbish. Thanks coral reef!

Great place stuff for all ages of kids we went with 2 year old and 5 year old and they could go on some of the big slides which was really good. I really don't think how long you get in there (1.5 hours) is really worth the money that you pay. 2h? 2.5h? Maybe but we drove there from Milton Keynes as a treat for the kids and we spent longer driving then we did in there. It was great as a one off but probably won't go back if how long you get there doesn't increase.

After a hour and a half long drive, me and my friend arrived at coral reef water world with what we thought was a confirmed booking. The lady at reception informed me that the booking wasn’t confirmed , as it wasn’t paid for (which we thought we would be paying for at reception when we got there) I would never off arrived and drove 65 miles if I thought the booking wasn’t confirmed. The lady at reception her name was Hazel showed no empathy and was extremely rude and just wanted to serve the people behind me. I understand was fully booked and only now that i have a confirmed paid booking for next week I can see the difference in the tickets to a unconfirmed one, hazel didn’t take into consideration my circumstances and the lengths I took to get there I couldn’t get a word in edge ways I’m very disappointed in the very bad customer service.

Amazing! Best UK water park with slides we as a family have visited thus far. Plenty of parking spaces available and free when you purchase a ticket for 4 hours. My son and daughter who are nine and ten years old loved the pools and all of the slides " which were all awesome" in the kids words . Worth pointing out that neither child could touch the bottom of the big (main swimming pool) That said they do have lower pool areas for all ages. I enjoyed the large jacuzzi . The pools were all nicely heated through out. There is even an out door section to the larger pool weather permitting that can be opened. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Plus a small shop at the reception area. We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to everyone.

The pool is great, love the design and layout. The main problem is the length of the queues for the flumes. You are only given a 1 and a half hour time slot and the queuing time for each of the 5 flumes is between 15-35 minutes, therefore there is not enough time to go down each one, let alone spend some time in the pool. It needs to be a 2 hour time slot or less people per slot.

Staff friendly, great choice of water slides! A few for younger and some more exciting rides for older kids too. Lots for younger kids to enjoy in the swimming pool, changing rooms were clean and plenty of family changing room facilities. Hair dryers and cafe also available. A good experience.

What an absolutely fantastic place! It is definitely a place that should be experienced. Finding the location is easy and straight forward, plenty of car parking space that is free. We were met by lovely staff who instructed us on what to do and then it was straight onto the waterslides! We booked our tickets in advance meaning we did not have to cue. We had so much fun the entire session with plenty of goes on the waterslides. There are cues, however they go really quickly which is brilliant. The management of allocated times, means the pool and slides never feels too busy with plenty of space to enjoy yourself. After our sessions we went to the cafe which has a range of hot & cold food options. Great day out, highly recommended.

Went today for the first time and we all had a lovely time. Booking was easy, the staff were really friendly at reception, it was easy to check in and the pool itself there was something for us all (ages 49, 35, 7 and 1). The changing rooms were relatively clean apart from where members of the public can't read signs that say 'no outdoor footwear beyond this point' and were walking muddy shoes through the changing area. Was overall impressed, until I saw one of the staff sweeping dirty water from the shower area into the part where the kids play by the ship 🤢 when challenged by another mum the staff member didn't see they had done anything wrong. Needless to say we left quickly after.

We had a fab time here! The pool is brilliant with various things to do. Only managed one go on the flumes as the wait was 25 minutes but that's to be expected when it's the summer holidays. Had some really nice pictures taken of the kids poolside too! We found it to be clean and tidy with lots of lifeguards and staff available.

Brilliant fun at the early morning parent and toddler session. Nice and quiet and many clean facilities including excellent large changing rooms (easily fits 4+) with fold down changing tables. Great value too. We'll be back next week!

It was not at all cheap to have a session at Coral Reef. In my family, everyone did what they wanted according to their age. I even had the courage to use The Cannon (the slide). It is not allowed to take pictures, but there are staff who can immortalize the perfect moments.

Place is well staffed, staff are polite and professional, explained everything on entry and answered all questions when approached in between (from staff, lifeguards and gentleman in black uniform). Toilets and changing rooms are clean and comfortable. There is plenty of hairdryers. Excellent parking. A lot of activities, slides. Our kids (10 and 11) enjoyed it very much and did say it’s 10 out of 10. We will definitely be coming back.

Brought my daughter here with some friends for her birthday on a late session and they all had a great time. Some great slides, most of the kids didn't even really go in the pool. As a group booking we paid a really good price and at 7pm the pool and slides were pretty much empty. Highly recommended

GREAT staff!! We were late for our time slot today due to traffic and the lovely lady on reception moved our slot forward so we didn’t miss any time in the pools. The changing rooms are organised, lots of spare lockers and changing rooms to choose from (and we were there at a busy time) Pool, slides, shoots and other parts are all excellent. My children’s ages are 3,6 and 10 and they all found a section that they loved. Will definitely be returning. 10/10.

We had an amazing time today, we queued max 10mins for the slides each time and we went on 4 times. the staff are so friendly from reception , life guards and manager. My son and I had little incident where we bumped heads coming down the slide, life guard (Ruby)was on it straight away with the duty manager coming with an ice pack etc, even checked up on us twice before we left. We had such a lovely day all in all and will definitely return.

Impressive place. Could not fault the staff. Unbelievably helpful. Went with my 2 x kids one of whom has a disability. Slides don't have any access for people with mobility issues. Had to carry my daughter up the stairs and battle crowds of people waiting for the slides. Once up there I had to hold her whiich was hard work whilst carrying the inflatable. Please think about improving the access. It's hearbreaking in 2022 that there isn't an easy way to get up to the slides for my daughter. People with disabiliies like to have fun too .....

What a great place to visit! We visited with our family including younger children and teens and there was something for everyone! We were really impressed by the interactive water slides which were amazing! The main pool, lazy river, outside pool and pirate ship shooting cannons were also lots of fun! The water was not cold at all which I find at many other swimming pools. There is even a new splash pads for younger children which was a lovely new addition since our last visit. We also noticed the reception area had been themed to a pirate ship which the children loved! We also found the changing areas, showers and hair-drying areas clean and tidy. All in all a fantastic visit and the children have been begging to go back ever since!

Review mainly for the staff who were so pleasant and friendly - especially the front desk staff. Excellent with my children and very efficient and kind. The lifeguards were also excellent and communicative when my children asked them questions about the flumes. I wasn’t sure why the outside area was closed or the cafe closed early but overall very happy and the children were happy. Prices were reasonable too.

Had a great time taking me 18 month old swimming. I was unsure of the best time to go as I was nervous it would be packed and be too much for my son to handle. I called up and spoke to a lovely lady called Penny who advised me the first slot on a Saturday would be the quietest time. Very efficient queing system and lovely clean facilities. Will definitely be returning.

This is a very good water park there 5 slides to choose from when you pick up a inflatable you can keep it can go on as many rides as you want the out door pool and a indoor pool they have a spa there and in that there is a hot tub sauna and a mini pool that is big enough for a swim around. for the water slides the longest wait was 0-10 minutes to get on a slide there are high restrictions for the slide. 5/5 would recommend for a fun day out ( under 5s go for £1-£1:10) (adults go for 8:95- 9:95)

We went with a group of 6, was okay and average, I have been to various other water parks and found them to be better and feel others were value for money. Only one slide for children under 5 and a small pool, which was quite busy. For a one hour slot, the queues are long, and the charges are on the higher end. Upon exit, there are only like 6 showers for more than 40 people exiting at the same time. Best be prepared to wait and loads of patience. If u have another option, rather opt for that.

A great little water park. The slides are excellent. Went with by daughter, 8 and a good swimmer, she was old enough to get enough out of it to make it worthwhile. The ticketing system ensures the slide queues aren't too long (don't believe the signs, it is always quicker). Top tip, always pick the most numerous inflatable, guarantees a shorter queue.

Such a great place, all five kids lived it. Video screen flume u can choose the music down. Massive pirate ship with cannons you can fire. Rapids, little ones play area. Water is a lovely warm temperature unlike other water parks. Perfection, will be coming on the regular.

Swimming pool was so much fun! Especially with the erupting volcano! Slides are fantastic, especially that you can go down in two's on rubber rings! The only negative thing is nothing in the place is sign posted well. I never knew there was a restaurant upstairs till I asked as the cafe downstairs had low stock on everything. Defo worth the money for a great day out with kids.

  • 5/5 Martin A. 7 months ago on Google
The kids had a great time. Nicely refurbished and plenty of staff about keeping the place clean. Visitors are asked to remove shoes before entering the changing rooms but I saw many people ignoring this and walking straight through with muddy outdoor footwear. This should be better enforced by the staff at front desk!

Love coming here for the pool and the slides. Great for everyone whether it be relaxing in the hot tub to going wild on the many slides. It's also really good for little ones as there are lots of shallow areas just for them. Really enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, the thing that let's down the place is the café. The queue wait time can go on forever and the staff are friendly but not the most astute bunch either. Like I saw one knock down a sign and squash all the mince pies with it and just left the sign on them squashing them. I unfortunately also had to get a refund for all the food as the pizza was under done, the paninis were frozen in the middle and tasted mouldy. The Duty Manager was very understanding though and very helpful and was quick to refund. Will comeback again just probably give the café a miss from now on.

Many here have commented on the hygiene levels, but my main concern was actually safety. I think this is a good water park for teens and above, but we took our 6 and 2 year old today and I have to say I was pretty surprised by how unsuitable it was for kids of that age. First of all, most areas of the pool are far too deep for young kids, and there is very little signposting to inform you of the varying depths in different areas of the pool. Secondly, the current that comes into the main pool from the fast rivers is very strong - in fact I struggled to swim / walk against it and had to carry my 6 year old (who is an accomplished deep-end swimmer) to make sure we could safely get into the rivers. The main pool that you are dragged into as you come out of the rivers at pace is too deep for kids of that age so you have to hold them at all times so they don’t get dragged at full speed into deep water. Finally, the only slide we could go on because of my daughter’s age was very fast in the final section and launched us out into a pool that is far deeper than most slides we are used to, where the water is only a couple of feet deep. I was thankful I didn’t send my 6 year old down on her own as she may have struggled on landing and I didn’t get the sense that the exit was being monitored closely. Also, I’m afraid to say the restaurant was very poor. Our food was cold so we had to send it back and when it did arrive the standard was low, even by leisure centre standards. We won’t be returning sorry 😞

Love it here, my 2 year old son adores it and the staff have always been helpful. Pricing is really good too, especially when there are sessions available without water slides (which my toddler is too young to use)

  • 3/5 Ariana R. 2 years ago on Google
Nice Waterslides, but false information, as they said a specific ride would be very calm but splashed our face the whole time (not a karen!) and £30 per person for 1 hour is not enough. And the baby area had so much water my brother got tortured. Don’t recommend

We love Coral Reef and its a must visit if you can. Take advantage of the family swim sessions in the day, as they are much cheaper and compared to Windsor, it's much better in so many ways. It does get busy, my only downfall is the queues for the slides on the really busy days but the general pool itself is brilliant and can keep little ones busy. They have a new splash zone, parking is free (remember you licence plate) and it seems very clean.

I visited with a friend and our children yesterday for the first time in a couple of years. Parking was easy and no queues on entry. We were able to go straight in. The entrance looked great and gave the place a fun vibe before getting into the pool which really excited the children. The changing rooms were clean despite being busy. It was good to see staff members constantly cleaning the area and checking the toilets. The pool itself was clean and had a range of slides and splash zones for all ages. We were able to capture a picture while on a slide and have it sent to my email address which I thought was a really great idea! Got some great pictures from the photographer there too which were taken with no obligation to buy at affordable prices. Over all , a great day out!

Coral Reef Waterworld was so much fun when we visited, it is huge! We loved the slides, they were the most fun experience. The shallow area is nice to relax in with younger children, by the cool pirate ship. Love all the palm trees, you feel like you’re on holiday! Will definitely return for an after school visit.

Really lovely place to take kids, thoroughly enjoyed it. You get colour wristbands and when your time slot is up it's announced so never too overcrowded. One important thing is that you need a £1 coin for the lockers. Free parking. Will definitely be back 😊

Underwhelming, unsafe, unhygienic and expect starving children during your visit. Pool area is very good, except too cold for babies (it was my babies first visit to a pool). Changing facilities (as several others have remarked) are dirty and unhygienic in several respects. Expect no to little facilities for babies. The shower turns off every 3 seconds making it almost impossible to give your baby or toddler a safe shower (or shower at all)! Restaurant was closed and Coral Reef have signs everywhere warning not to bring your own food from home. Try explaining this to your toddler. Finally the shop at the end of the visit, not sure how I feel about emptying my bank account at Coral Reef. Unreasonably expensive! Positives: fun pool, absolutely lovely reception ladies!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Coral reef and would definitely return again. The queues were not terribly long and the venue felt big enough that we weren't cramped in the swimming pools. We were able to have pictures taken to capture great moments and tried a variety of slides.

Brilliant place! 1,5h goes so quickly. So many attractions for any age. We was on Saturday 3.30-5.00p.m was busy but not crazy, enough space in pools for freely swimming but big queues for every slides. Water warm and clean. Changing places and showers aswell clean. Highly recommend this place.

I have a few back and neck issues. So trying to find somewhere I can do mild exercise in a warm environment. The spa at coral reef seemed ideal. 3 levels of sauna and a steam room, with a cool pool. Finish off with a short swim. Only tried the lower two levels of sauna. The steam room was out of action. The jacuzzi was good too. As I did not have too much time, my short swim was quite short.

(Translated by Google) The place is fine to spend a few hours, but after jumping down the slides and going all over the pool you are left with no things to do, and due to the long line you don't feel like repeating. I recommend going before they even open, so you can jump down all the slides before a long line forms. Overall, the slides and pool are pretty cool and fun. There are slow, fast slides or going with a float (only / two) and in the pool there are areas for small children, a jacuzzi and the occasional other area. It is a good place to spend a few hours.

The actual pool after the latest in a long line of refurbishments is quite decent. However, the entry is way too overpriced, the staff could not care less about you or anyone coming with you, the only nice members of staff I met while at this water “world” was the life guards who were very accommodating and friendly. This should not be called a water “world” as it is significantly smaller than other places and this is just a typical marketing technique to make it sound better than it is. Also, we were forced to leave early after a child, let’s just say relieved himself in the pool and we didn’t even get a refund for something which was out of our control and wasn’t our fault.

Nice place with a potential to be even better. Main pool with good attractions for kids and long queues for slides (typical for this type of a place) They could try better with housekeeping, as the changing rooms were a bit dirty, especially the floor. There are a lots of customers walking with outdoor shoes through changing rooms - this is forbidden but it looks like no one from staff really care about this... Also they have not enough showers - for this high number of customers (I visited this place during busy weekend hours).

Visited Coral Reef today and I have to say they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is COVID safe. Very clear signage, loads of staff about (probably too many!) To point you in the right direction. The perfect amount of people in the pool and cleaning absolutely everything (again probably too much) Felt extremely safe and the kids were buzzing ro be back swimming. Thank you to all of the Coral Reef staff

Booking online only now, this is not clearly advertised and the staff don't seem to care at all how far you have driven and how upset your 4 & 6 yr old kids are. What a joke! They need one of their teenage lackeys in the car park telling people before they pay for parking! Also it is super expensive! Waste of time.

ONLINE BOOKING ONLY we drove an hour to get there just to get kicked out by rudest member of staff acting like robots. There is no way to buy tickets at the desk and the staff is quite happy to tell to your face you "drove for nothing". Not just us, there were other families with crying kids outside. The pool is fully booked for the whole month. It was fine before the refurbishment and taking over by "everyone active". (The same despicable company that took over and destroyed the hatch end swimming school).

So the staff are really helpful and even the lifeguards will have a good conversation with you,BUT this one lady at the till was so patronising to me and my friends. It’s because I’m 18 years old and she’s late 40s. I was in shock she had a real chip on her shoulder, it’s such a shame as apart from her we actually had a good time

My kids enjoyed a lot. The water is warm enough for the them. Although It's just an hour and fifteen minutes slot, totally worth the bucks. The facilities are good too.

What a fantastic water park, worth the travel. This place will bring your inner child out, as displayed by me when I went running past my little girl to beat everyone to the water slide. Maybe not my proudest moment, but worth it. ;-) Coral Reef has 5 or 6 water slides, a spar and a food court. Everything is great apart from the food but honestly you're not going for the food so I wouldn't worry about that.

super fun swimming pool and slides, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BOA CONSTRICTOR!!! Make sure to book a birthday party to go ZORBING! don't know too much about food, steam room or sauna but they have them

Great pool & slides kids love it. Can’t believe however how much they charge and then have the cheek to kick you out 1hr 30 mins it’s just not long enough especially for what you pay. Takes half hour to get all kids changed and in to the pool

Great place, 5 flumes, 3 of which have rings & you can go down as doubles. (8 + age limit /120cm for some of the rides). All of them have cool music & lights. Went on a term time Thursday so wasn't busy & got to stay for hours. If you like water rides highly recommend!

I read some reviews before, and saw that the biggest problem for everybody are the waiting times. I have been 2 times in the easter half term and arrived around 10:40 - 11:00, walked straight in, no waiting. But every time I have left there was massive waiting time. Regarding the pool is clean, water is warm, changing room and toilets really clean and up to date. It was worth the trip, my daughter loved it.

Nice place to go with the family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but food was terrible ????????

  • 4/5 Mark S. 2 years ago on Google
Generally nice, warm, clean, not ridiculously busy due to the staggered bookings. I have to warn you that it is possible to get tipped out of the rings when going down the waterslides, as happened to me and my daughter. Whilst we were not seriously hurt, my (6yo) daughter was terrified. Just so you are warned.

We went off peak during the week and it was fantastic, with only a few other people there. During these time slots the slides are closed but that was fine with us. The family changing rooms are very spacious so easy to all move about without falling over each other. There is lots there to entertain your little one regardless of age, we particularly enjoyed going round the lazy river. There was also a photographer who can take your picture if you wish, he was very good at getting kids to smile. We did this as it was a nice momento of our little ones 2nd ever visit to a swimming pool.

Fantastic pub where you can enjoy a classic Sunday Roast. In the picture you can see their Trio Sunday roast which is mouthwatering. I definitely recommend this place. If you go to coral reef, stop by to enjoy a great meal.

(Translated by Google) Very good pool, clean, good water temperature, there are always people cleaning the bathrooms, the slides very good and luckily there were not so many people because full the lines are horrible long. (Original) Muy buena piscina, limpio, buena temperatura del agua, siempre hay gente limpiando los baños, los toboganes muy buenos y por suerte no había tanta gente porque lleno las filas son horribles largas.

It is very nice water park, but to pay £18.50 just for 1.30h, it is too much. Very disappointed

This water park is great for tourists or family you come here to just enjoy the day or chill in the cafe while your family are in the pool or just chip to the nearby Tesco's if your bored but still disappointed because they haven't gave me a discount lol

very Rude stuffs, an last min family trip has turned as desastre, after 3 hrs driving. we have arrived and could not get access! as tickets is online only, so end up as, they send us to upstairs restaurant with most expensive food in all UK! let’s say! total of damage including stress! poor food. £ 22.50 + £ 41.50 tickets total of 1 hr stain at pools.

Good to visit if you're not travelling far. Main issues are the queues for the slides as you only have 90 mins which can mostly be used up by trying to get on them. If the time slot was longer then this would be less of an issue. Entry was quick to the centre as slot had to be booked online. The reception ladies had to turn a few families away who didn't know about the booking policy. It is clearly stated on both the website and entry to the centre though.

Called the day before to checking pool was open and timings etc. We drove 1hr20 there, only to be told the pool was closed on Tues afternoons to the general public. Very disappointed as we’d checked in advance with one of their staff, and it wasn’t obvious on the website either.

A fun pool, main reason to go is for the flumes of which there are 5. You can only book online and you get a 90 minute slot. Is busy inside as expected, and there are queues for the flumes. That said, your 90 min slot should enable you to try each of the flumes (once) with a little time for the pool. Wouldn't bother with the canteen as it's just junk food, as expected. Overall, we found it a very enjoyable experience with pleasant staff. If going by train the nearest stop is Bracknell from which you get a bus (bus station is just outside) which takes about 30 mins.

Saturday PM family visit with friends. Booking online advised. Ample car parking space; pay and display costing £3/5hrs or £5 for any longer. Make sure you take the discount stub from the parking ticket to the coral reef entrance for claiming the ticket cost back (paid in cash). Good indoor pool with no deep end. Nice water slides; go single or doubles with your kids. 2mts minimum height and at least 8yr old. Adults have a separate water area too but we did not explore this. On site restaurant available with decent seating area overlooking the pool area. No photography allowed around pool area. Changing rooms feel a bit cramped but not a major issue.

I've travelled here from Staffordshire 2hrs30min to find out you have to book on line now and fully booked my children were looking forward to this as it's a yearly trip they are so disappointed, waste of time you can't get back and money! don't think will return again I don't do anything online and it's a long way to come for 1hr swim now, shame we have had years of coming here!

Victim of its own success: Don’t bother coming at the weekend. Dirty, overcrowded. They’ll ding you for no shows. Turned up with my boy and he instantly wanted to go. All the parents seemed mega stressed, yelling at their kids. Awful. Will try again next year.
