Thanks to the work being carried out by Bracknell Forest this winter (2018/9) to clear undergrowth and rhododendrons from the West side of Caesar's Camp we can get a fairly clear view of the banks and ditches that form this monument for the first time in a couple of generations. The scale of the earthworks is truly amazing given that it was constructed 3 to 4 thousand years ago using primitive hand tools. Recommended to view the monument this year before the undergrowth returns; but be careful not to damage the banks. After much of the heather was consumed by fire a few years ago it has regrown to provide a mass coverage. It's best seen in the autumn when in full flower and on warm evenings the scent is almost intoxicating. Not much has changed in 2 years...hardly surprising when it's not changed much on 4,000 years. Still worth a walk around the mile long banks.

This is a magical place. For anyone who loves trees, especially the old gnarled lords such as oak and beach. Mysterious and calming especially in these troubled times. Even the occasional deer if you are lucky.

Lovely walk out with the family. Nice views and scenery to go with the peace and quiet of being away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

A great place to walk and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding woodlands. Not too far from the Lookout either where you can stop for a coffee or a bite to eat.

Amazing views, would recommend, can see farnborough airport from the top of Caesar’s camp as well as as the outline of Canary Wharf on a clear day

Once you are able to get the car parked, it's a great adventure

Great place to walk in the early morning. I wish they'd limit access though. Too many mountain bikes causing damage and erosion. Also poor forest management is the biggest fire risk with huge areas that need thinning.

Very nice place and great for all activities. And great for dog walks in the wet and that because most of the paths are gravel and stone. it's just a shame people pick up the dog poop. And the parking is small
