Alright, so this is very serious issue here. I am updating my review here I did 3 weeks ago and the place is just worst. Totally out of control. People can’t even get close to the dumpster because it stinks far away and if they make it to the dumpster it is totally surrounded with household trash like used diapers, eggshells, food and motor oil. Also there are vultures, raccoons, roaches, rats and lots of lots of flies. This is not healthy anymore. I am talking about like waste disease here. Please look the new pics I will post! The place is totally out of control. I am just reviewing my biggest issue which is their trash dumpster. Every weekend but mostly every 3-4 days looks like on the pics I did screenshot from the video just did record. I don’t understand why this is happening. The dumpster was not full and trash like food and other stuff is on the street! Huge flys, vultures, raccoons comes around all the time. How you can raise your child here? School bus stopping close bye mornings.Today is Memorial Day when I recorded the video. I want note that this is not that bad then usually. I’ll keep tracking of it involve more people and posting. I’ll do other actions if nothing going to change!!! Enough!!!

Disregard the star. It is not deserved. Absolutely, positively do not work with these apartments. Shayna is sweet but cant get things done on her own. Susan although a higher status seems less qualified than Shayna. She rather send you in circles then deal with the issue at hand. To get an apartment it took 1 month of phone calls. To get out of the apartment is taking two months. If you also have ran into this problem, I suggest that you also report this complex to the better business bureau.

My car has been towed from this apartment complex with 0 warnings. Yes my car has been parked for several months but it is registered at the apartment complex and the tag is up to date. A simple phone call could suffice but not even that. They rather towe my car then clean the whole apartment complex that is filled with cigarette buds, drug bags, disgusting garbage disposal that gets filled up so much that u see racoons having a party. They rather towe my car than respond to my maintenance requested stating that I had mole in the cabinets due to a leakage from months ago to recently received and email that the issue was resolved when it never was. I hope this issue gets resolved now.

I have lived here on the property for a little over 4 years. I have seen companies come and go without change. But there is something about the company (HighmarkRes) now that has my vote at 5 stars. They come on with this high energy of success. With the office is nothing but bubbly personality they actually put the needs of the attendant first. The property change is wonderful and keep clean. To the friendly maintenance staff that keeps on task with the maintenance orders, and even call to make sure everything is running smoothly let’s you know they care. This isn’t just an company that wants your money. They treat each attendee as family and I love it.

This place is a dump, maintenance is a joke and the new people that bought this place are worse than the previous owners. My AC is out yet again and the last time it wasn't working it took them 3 months to fix. They raised the rent by at least $400 and the office manager said they were below market value and the couldn't jeep the high quality up. That is a joke. There is NO high quality there's so much trash all over the place that there are coyotes looking for food. Not to mention gun shots. Yep high quality right there. Also section 8 stopped paying them because they don't fix anything.

I have lived here the past 2 years and with the recent management change I can say things are improving for the better. I met Briana the end of last year and she was an amazing person. She was able to explain to me the recent transition I’m properties. I spoke with Mike a couple weeks back when I was having issues with my door lock. He was able to ease my worries after I was afraid my son wouldn’t be able to get in after school. These two are so helpful and humble. Something I haven’t seen in a long time since Karina left. Thanks to both of them for you awesome help. It’s a sigh of relief to know we have management that is on hand to help us when we need it. Way to go team!

Health dept and health inspector need to go there and shut that place down. I rode through that complex and it's not fit for a stray cat or dog to live. That place looks horrible. Shut them down. They get a 0+ rating. YUCK! Garbage is everywhere and the grounds and breezeway are filthy. It should be a law against renting out of place in this horrible filthy condition..

Service was amazing!! I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and Carol made the process so easy with the online paperwork. The apartment was so clean and spotless, I love it!! Definitely recommend renting and checking it out if you are on the look out for an apartment
