Fine location but the employees outright don’t allow you to use the restroom even after you’ve already purchased your drink. They said it was locked to employees. Pretty sure that’s not even legal in Florida. Edit: Management reached out and explained they had a lot of drug users coming and using their bathrooms which is why they were locked. Still doesn’t excuse why paying customers are locked out.

This is my 5th time at this location. I come back because it’s the only one near me. The breakfast peanut butter crunch wrap is always good. My issue which brings me to finally leave a review is your smoothies at this location only. They are horrible. It gets worse every time I come. To the point I will never be back. I did not pay $15.50 for two smoothies just to not be able to drink it in the car because of all the huge chunks of ice, bananas and this time a chunk of protein power as well I sucked up. That was gross let me tell you. It is not that hard to tell when you blend a smoothie long enough. This is the 2nd time I had to bring my smoothie home and dump in my own blender just to make it smooth. If I wanted an Icee I would have went to 711 folks. I also have to agree with the other reviews. The drive thru is the slowest. I was the only car there literally, not even one parked, and it still took 8 minutes to get my smoothie. I see a lot of talking and unhappy staff. I also see where managers pop on here and add a reply to reviews that they are sorry and want to make it right. Sure doesn’t seem like they are taking the feedback and doing anything positive otherwise this would not continue. I do not want anything out of my honest review except to take it and deliver to your staff to be re-educated.

The portions got smaller so you have to buy two. The girl at the window has gloves on. She’s touching cards and probably making food with the same gloves. Gross. My quesadilla was paper thin😐 consistency on the smoothie I got is not good. Chunks of ice still in it.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I eat tropical smoothie quite often numerous times a week. I order the same thing. Every time I go Thai chicken wrap, peanut paradise smoothie. This was the worst Thai chicken wrap I’ve ever had. It was very small you were eating more wrap then ingredients. It had no dressing on it, so it was very dry. I definitely would not come back to this location.

Out of slaw? Apples?? Quesadilla was cold and had hardly anything in it, no sauce given and my smoothie was melted. I will not go back to this location. It was awful. I expected better as the one down the road from this location has never disappointed.

This place has really gone down hill. I was a big fan, it used to be like most other Tropical Smoothie Cafe's. Lately, there are always brand new people working and the smoothies come out completely icy and bland...so icy you can't drink them through a straw, and what you do get just tastes like ice. Flatbreads and other food items are still good, but the place is named Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe! I think it must be a training issue with the new staff or something.

Seems like almost all the smoothies have pineapple in them. It's kinda expensive and I went through the drive thru. It took 30 minutes. I was locked in between cars. NEVER EVER EVER GO THROUGH THIS DRIVE THRU. I got to the front after 25 minutes and it took another 8 minutes after that. They did comp the order but I missed the dog park because it got dark.

Caution, smoothie lovers. Do NOT go to this location. They will NOT blend your smoothie properly, ever, and they DON'T care. That makes it's 4 times now, and the 4th time being all 4 smoothies that we ordered. Go on over to 1st street by the hospital instead. If I wanted a terrible Smoothie I would go to Smoothie King. You've been warned.

Our favorite place to go for a drink and the Quesadillas... So much better than taco bell. A little more, but such a better experience.. and some of that corn on the side. I usually always have something to complain about, but this Tropical Smoothie has not let us down. Thanks Crew

Great food and awesome smoothies. High quality good with great flavor! On a couple occasions the drive-thru has took 30+ minutes. Bahama Mama with the Lime straw is delicious.

Smoothies were good as usual but the food was lacking life... I've had quesadilla at other locations and they are flavorful and thick. They came out watery and flat like pancakes here. 🥞 Inside and outdoor seating available. Prices average.

Painfully slow drive thru even with no one inside and watered down smoothies. Saving grace is you can ask for reduced water. Food at this one is below average compared to other locations as well. Really need to fix the drive thru issues, always use less water, and put more effort into the food.

First timer on 4/29 and I wasn’t disappointed. I was impressed and equally intimidated by the menu. I went in wondering what kind of smoothie I was going to get and get hit with a nice variety of sandwiches and healthy food options. I stuck with a smoothie and the cashier was really great and helped me narrow down my choice. Clean, friendly and professional is a few words to describe my experience. We sat out front in the Adirondack chairs and even saw a random free range rooster across the street. A little on the pricy side but at least the service and the smoothie was top notch. I look forward to my next visit and trying some food but will keep it on the treat myself list. Well done!

Ordered an avacado grilled cheese along with some other items. Didn't get the grilled cheese. Called to let them know and they gave some explanation as to how their new system may replace some items when others are ordered. ??? Assured me that I wasn't charged for it (which is not true) and totally missed the point of my call. My family and I go to this TS once to twice a week. Won't be back until I get the avacado grilled cheese I ordered or a refund. Update: have been through many times since last review. Haven't had a bad experience since.

Our daughter had a tooth extraction and wasn't able to eat anything solid. We came here to give her something to eat. The staff there was kind and our order was brought out to us super quick. We had to take off the lid because our daughter wasn't allowed to use a straw. A staff member gave us a fork(because there were no spoons). While eating we knocked over the smoothie making a huge mess. I asked one of the team members for some paper towels and he said not to worry and proceeded to come over and clean everything up and even offered to make us another one. Great staff, customer service, and smoothies

Seems like this location has been improving, the last experience i had here was not so good. I decided to give it another shot 3 months later and my island green smoothie was made perfectly! The girl working the drive thru was nice and the line moved pretty quickly, this was on 1/28/2021 around 6pm

Great smoothies but line is extremely slow. If you have the patience it’s good. If not don’t go here.

This is one of the best tropical smoothies!! Smoothies are amazing every time I go! They definitely don’t skimp on ingredients like the tropical smoothie in Sun City.

Nice clean space. The pricing isn't that bad. I got a peanut butter paradise smoothie which was very tasty! I also got two breakfast wraps which were very good as well! I wish and hope they expand to other areas. The staff was nice to interact with as well.

Just like all the other branches. Great smoothies with sandwiches, wraps, or salads. I personally love the Peanut Paradise smoothie. The Kale apple salad (slaw) is nice with a light horse radish kick to it. Recommend unless you don't like Kale. All in all is fast and priced great 👍
