Dear receptionist, Here's a pro tip: answer the phone with a slight smile, rather than a heavy sigh. It's so easy! I almost feel bad calling bc they sound like I've ruined their week from the moment they pick up.

Terrible receptionist!!! Called them to find out if they have a vaccine and if one of their doctors can give it. She had no idea what was the vaccine, put me on hold to "check" and then told me that they do not have it. So I wanted to clarify if she got the name right, as she was clueless about it, but she told me that she was busy and did not have time for me. So rude! I'll not going to bring my family here!

My husband has come here six time in the last 2 weeks to get his ear rechecked and they have been closed everytime. Even though the web site says it's open.

Came to get help because I tore one knee and other leg has pain. They didn’t call me back after doing X-ray and ultrasound. After week or two, I call them back and they say doctor hasn’t told me anything because my knees are normal. Wow… now imagine how many older people go there and get told they are fine when they really are not… wooow

The doctor was amazing ...fast and professional but boy is the receptionist rude and impatient... the lady argued with me for not forcing my 22 month old to wear a mask ...as if im supposed to make sure it stays on her i cant even make her wear socks ...shes a baby goodness sakes...and when I called back for the results im not sure if its the same lady or not but she was rude and told me that that's a issue for family practice and she can't help me and then I proceeded to tell her i came to the walk in and recieved a voice-mail to call back and she rushed me for the name and date of birth and said the results and I thanked her and told her have a good day and she just said "yep" and hung up ...

Dr Janice Lea is an excellent family doctor. Very caring and thorough - we have been seeing her for over 20 years and she is just wonderful. Highly recommend Dr. Lea.

Probably the fastest and friendliest walk-in I've ever been to. I just needed a simple prescription renewal and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. To be fair, I went on a weekday during the day so I'm not sure what the wait times are normally like. But the doctor was extremely friendly, took the time to ask me follow up questions, and didn't rush me out of the room.

The women who work at the front desk are so unprofessional and unpleasant I’ve had multiple run ins with them. I’m fed up !! From screwing up my prescription and what pharmacy I go to multiple times !!!! To back talking me as I request a note be left for my doctor… Like cmon just do the job!

This clinic can either be the best or the worst depending on who is at the front desk. Really rude receptionist, makes you wait in waiting room while sick only to tell you later on they can't help you because you've been to another walk in clinic. Sends you to another one far away to wait in a line up again... While sick

Closing time on Google is 5 pm. Got there 4:40. Reject patient because they want to close. What a special treat ment.

while waiting at the walk in to get stitches removed they took in 3 other walk-in patients who had arrived before me and when I asked if I was still in line to go in they were rude. There were others waiting who had looked to be there much longer too, asleep in the waiting room. I feel bad for them also!

Went to walk in clinic. Doctor said I have step throat, and gave me medication. Few days later, symptoms got worse, went hospital, that doctor says you have a viral infection. He gave me different medication. Felt better after few days. Will never go back to this walk in clinic.

I was a patient at York Medical on Green Lane for many years. I’m saddened by the negative reviews of the front line staff at the desk. I never experienced this… ever! The staff here have always been polite, kind and accommodating! It felt like family. Sorry for others having bad experiences but again I would 100% give these hardworking staff 5 STARS!

I just left from this location. We were treated horribly by the front-line staff member. I am really in shock to the way she spoke to us. I will never go back here. We did not end up receiving service.

After being refused treatment because of a cough by “Dr” Mary Sorial at the location on Leslie. I was sent to this location. I walked right in, no line, no waiting. Was given a prescription and had a great experience. Would go here again for sure. Thank you so much.!

Doctor Oprea is the best! Caring and attentive with everyone, taking her time to listen and address concerns, never rushes when we go there. My kids feel most comfortable talking to her. She’s always concerned with our well being and makes sure she has all the information necessary for all family members. Could have not found a better family doctor! Madalina

My family Dr is here but I have been unable to make an appointment for weeks. As every single time I call, I get a message saying the center is now closed. Are the voicemails the patients leave ever checked and responded to? Certainly doesn't feel like it.

I personally have had great experiences here as a walk in patient. The receptionist is polite, checks your temperature. The doctor has always been pleasant, knowledgeable and answers questions.

I like this walk in clinic, they are fast receptionist are not too friendly they are straight forward 🤪 but that’s ok as long as they do their jobs that’s what matters for me . Chinese doctor she know what she is doing, she is fast. The only thing I don’t like about this clinic is you have to put on mask as well they ask you if you get the COVID test prior to coming if not you have to make it there and get a negative result in order to see doctor if you have a cough.
