Bought a pack of tongue bars with assorted balls and one of the balls has pink coating and its completely come off after paying £8 for 1 bar and 8 sets of balls not happy at the fact that i kept having to take bits of the coating out of my mouth all the time...will not be buying them from there again!!

My boy had an earring put in his ear at Claire’s in Keighley at a cost of £42,00. The earring fell out after 3 weeks and was lost, which I noticed when I went to clean it. I went back to the shop and they refused to replace the earring. Really poor and disappointing service. I will never use this shop again.

Shop was meant to open at 10am but the young lady put a back in 15 minutes in the window then came back at 10.30 Very over priced

I was dragged in this shop by my daughters. They looked at the large variety of items which varied in quality. We picked up 1 brush and 2 pop sockets which when we got to the till was told the brush was £10, one pop socket was £12 and the other was £15 totalling up at a whopping £37 for 3 average quality items. Unfortunately all items where returned to the shelves.

Ďo your research. If you still dont understand watch like 1 episode of roly on youtube talking about Claire's and piercing guns. Ffs. If you still want to go its your choice but know you cant properly wash the guns and they usually dont wash the jewelry so anyone whose touched it will be in your ear and they dont even use professional medical grade jewelry. So if you go ,good luck, you'll need it

Really great service. I got my cartilage piercing done and the staff were very reassuring and it was a quick procedure.

drove 20 miles with an appointment for an experienced piercer, only to get there and it be cancelled-don’t bother calling before i drive all the way out

Got my ears pierced all hunkydory , turns out i had EAR MITES , cost me my left leg for treatment

Great selection of earrings for all ages and not expensive.

Always friendly and helpful staff. So much to look at in such a small shop! Prices can be quite high but there's usually offers on.
