Disgusting!!! Rude staff, no common courtesy , sympathy or care. Treating somebody who lost their dad at their hands so disgusting . Video proof seen! They have blood on their hands and need closing down

My dad was left to die after he told staff he tool and overdose; I then went in for answer and the amount of disrespect I received is disgusting I wouldn't advise anybody to stay here and if you have family in there please get them moved

Terrible ward. Self discharged due to lack of care. Wouldn't recommend a stay in here to anyone. Not a very therapeutic environment.

Terrible place! Dark and gloomy, messed up my medication. Nearly impossible to find staff half the time! Barely any support workers in sight! Rude doctor who talks to you like a child! Would not recommend at all! Not to mention they can’t even spell Mental Health right!!!

I'm not making any discrimination towards anyone but how do you guys hire individuals that can't even speak proper English for goodness sake🤦‍♂️
