Quick stop for pictures to be printed. Good quality pictures too. Staff need to be more friendly though.

Had a lot of photos to print out - the shop was very busy with about 5 customers all requiring help - we would like to comment to head office that the ONE young lady staff (all week when we asked) was there on her own dealing all the customers and helping them in a very polite manner. Thanks, its good to be able to compliment.

I went in today to print off two photo's of my grandchildren and at their first day of school, I'm not at all technically minded and must have looked lost stood at the machine fumbling with my phone, a really pleasant last called Sharon came to my rescue, she patiently guided me through the process of printing or out, I purchased two picture frames and she even put the photos in for me, I can't say enough about how nice she was, Thank you Sharon "Oh and Max Spielmann of course".

I called in this morning to get a number of photos printed from my memory stick the girls in there were very helpful, polite and very pleasant. I also bought some frames. Just good old fashioned friendly service with a smile.

Staff (not Sharon) not friendly. I was here to get some prints of a document and she asked me to connect through wifi which didn't help to print and she didn't know how or tell me how to print in that case. I asked her if I could print via mail and she agreed. No thanks, no politeness, very unfortunate.

The attentiveness of the lady, (Sharon I believe) who I dealt with in Keighley, was first class. She worked hard to make some anomalies in the system work to my benefit, and consequently, provided a considered service, that was much beyond what one often experiences within service industries nowadays. This lady clearly takes pride in her work, and also in her desire to provide the most cost effective result for his customers. Her attention to detail will cause us to use Spielman's in Keighley again.

A Max Spielman photo booth ahd taken the incorrect pictures for a via.. the lovely lady at the Keighley store explained what we needed to do...their helpline was indeed that..they helped...and back at the Keighley Branch the next day we left with the correct photos. Good service

Called in today to have a canvas printer. Really friendly and helpful staff gave us loads of options and no pressure to order. So we did order! Thanks

I have been going here for at least 12 years and until recently have been quite happy spending my money in this establishment! After my last few experiences I will not be returning, I will be using online resources going forward! This is a result of the staff at the Keighley store (Attitudes that stinks and the lack of intelligence) The previous staff were far more approachable, friendly, Intelligent & helpful. A real shame

Went to print photos in the keighley store and realised I’d done the wrong size. Was spoken to by a member of staff and I asked if I could cancel the order as it hadn’t printed yet. She was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever met- she asked me repeatedly how I’d made such an obvious mistake and made me feel 3 inches tall. I asked her for her name as I told her I wasn’t happy with her tone and she ignored me- I asked a further 3 times and she finally told me it was Matilda. She’d lied and her name was Sharron! The other lady behind the counter (I think her name was amreen), was absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting my refund but I won’t ever come again after the way I was spoken to by Sharron. She deserves to lose her job and not be anywhere near a job resembling customer service. To lie about your name to avoid a repercussion is just absolutely disgusting.

Just visited the keighley branch and unfortunately I won’t be going back. I was spoken to like trash by the female member of staff, all I asked was if UPS do parcel pickup from there, the reply was very condescending in front of other customers, even though I was being very polite I felt embarrassed for her. Obviously she didn’t want to be bothered to do a little work. Where are the three nice ones that are usually there.
