Ordered large karahi gosht n gosht karele, was bad enough our food came out after 50mins (eventhough it was 30% full and we were starving after fasting all day) the food was substandard and the karele raw chucked in and not fried. Heard alot of good things about em so came, wont be going back again though.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I went in with family only for staff to ignore me at first. When i did catch a waiters eye i asked for a table. The waiter had a face like thunder and threw the menus on the table. He was putting a baby chair away which he slid across the floor barely missing my wife. That was enough for us to walk straight back out. We were going to pay for the food and service. We didnt want it for free!!! All people want is some nice food with a certain standard of service. Sort it out ambala !!!

I came all the way from London to try this place out after seeing a video by enkhans who rated this place so u thought it must be good. I was up north on a trip so thought it would be rude not to try it out. Ordered food and it came 1 hour later, didn’t order anything complicated, mix grills and burgers for the kids, the service was so slow. When the food did come it was average, tasted like any other kebabish or grill type place. The workers seemed like they didn’t want to work, you would stand at the till and the workers would pretend they couldn’t see you. There was no sense of urgency. Overall I was disappointed with the experience and food and I wouldn’t go back again.

Absolutely amazing.. Real authentic Asian cuisine.. Good customer service and lovely environment & decor.. Great selection of food, starters were superb and mains straight to point. And most importantly the Best Floodah in Bradford by far. Would highly recommend this place always.

Customer service none existent! Main food came without cutlery! Expected to scoop off with hands. Had to constantly get up from dining area to the main counter to ask for assistance. Food taste has gone down hill massively. Was a regular years ago. Would avoid and not recommend. Waiters had the audacity to argue back when complaining of poor customer service.

Never felt more ignored when walking into a business. As a business owner, I would never treat my customers the way these guys treat customers totally ignored at my visit. Staff more bothered about taking phone calls and online orders rather than dealing with my order. They weren’t even busy. No smile no acknowledgement that we walked in. Especially the guy with the round glasses. On top of that, the staff think its normal to argue with each other in front of customers. Ambala once had a name in Bradford but looks like these guys need to go back to basics and learn some customer service skills and some standards!

Good value mains. Starters aren't special. But the mains are on point and their naans are good too. Any space left and you gotta try their falooda. *edit* recently went again during 50% eat out to help out - place was clean- ordered meat karahi and chicken with chana, was a little mild for me (asked for medium) next time will ask to be made hotter. The chicken pakora starter was suitable for kids and my daughter enjoyed it. I thought lamb boti starter was overdone/dry and needed more marinade.

If you need food from here by Uber eats, then make sure to order a day before. Because these guys are too punctual. If you're going here for food, make sure you belong to their community, otherwise they ignore you to core till you lose patience and leave!

Really disappointed yesterday when my son went to get Samoses and seekh kebabs they were bland no flavour the samoses were so oily with no taste no flavour at all. Wish I hadn’t got food from there now. Big mistake I made. Never recommend it to anyone at all. I’ve tasted good better from other places. They are going downhill now. Wish I could get my money back or refund or something. 👎👎

Standard Pakistani mithai place. Falooda is one of the better options in the area.

Went there with some mates I was treating. Generally all food was cooked right. We got three large Curry's which everyone enjoyed. The deserts were good sized portion's. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because we ordered 3 large mix grill's which were cooked perfectly apart from the steaks which were hard rubbery I struggled to cut the meat with my knife even trying to break it off the bone with my hands was a struggle. I've also got to say the service was spot on aswell.

Been going there for over 25 years. Always loved their samosas and Falooda. Most their food is nice. The Asian sweets (mitthai) are the Best in UK, made by Ambala's. Well recommend it.

Poor service, I understand when it's busy at places but for the staff to be completely rude and not a care if you like their attitude or not just means not worth spending your money there. Guy with a beard and glasses servicing on the counter, really needs to polish up on customer service and not just wonder around like a headless chicken. It would also be good to actually look at customers when you talk to them.

2 stars for experience and surroundings. Hygiene could have been better, dirty table and spoons needed wiping.Tea was English tea even though I asked for chai. 2 out of the 3 desserts were nice though.average price for 3 desserts and 2 tea.

I ordered a chapati and I received a thick roti. It was cold and I had to re heat it on the pan. I ordered a keema paratha and the smell in the paratha made it taste off. Not happy will not be ordering again .

Wow!wow! I just recieved my order. First May Allah bless the delivery driver in these bad weather conditions, very polite man and I hope he gets everywhere safe and home to his family inshallah. Second my first time ordering from these guys I got the chicken Korma, garlic naan, popidoms and pickle tray and they put a lively little salad in. I have eaten curries this has to be the best curry I have had. Really beautiful flavours and perfectly put together , amazing portions not greasy at all. Guys really your food is fantastic. Thank you. Very nice price. I will wait anytime for their foid because it means fresh.

Purchased, some kebabs to takeout & after asking, the gent behind the counter, to ensure there was salad/sauces included & guess what when I got home some 3 miles away, no salad! very annoying, this is the basics!

It says that this restaurant is one of the oldest places and is the best ..but unfortunately this place is the worst par excellence. ..if this is branded as a sweet shop please let it stay as a sweet shop and not venture into the restaurant business. ..horrid food bland and tasteless. ..from the fish pakora that had a hair in it to the chicken wings poorly presented to the chicken biryani. .that actually is chicken pulav remastered. .a worst dining experience faced coupled with a total waste of money ...never again gonna come here

Got delivery through Uber eats Ordered Karahi Murgh (chicken) cannot fault the taste and portion size or the amount of chicken there was enough for 2 of us to share it tasted lovely non left over it is one of the nicest I have had in a long time the chapatti were warm on arrival and tasted good too The only thing that let the food down was having to order all the chapatti separately as non are included with the Karahi which is a shame as other places include 3 the cost adds up when ordering them separately this is the only thing that let it down and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5
