Great little railway. Not too long but still plenty to see & do on the line. There is a big engine shed at one end with lots of locos and other stuff in. All the stations are done up well and considerately too. Parking is easy and access off each station is good as well. Plenty to see and do for your moneys worth.

We haven't been on the train, but attended the 40's weekend and the railway really gets involved, free buses up into the town, (Donation to ride), the flying Scotsman was in the station giving footplate experience. Would definitely go again and take a ride on the KWVR

One of the best heritage lines in the UK. A nostalgic and brilliant day out for the family. At a great price. With many events throughout the year. With easy access to the main links of public transport. This railway travels the beautiful worth valley from keighley to Oxenhope. With friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend a day out on the keighley worth valley railway

Really awesome place, the hop on hop off day rover ticket is value for money. Getting off at each stop is an experience in its self. I especially found Haworth a pleasant treat. I purchased food from the railway carriage restaurant at Oxenhope which was fantastic. All in all a great day out. I would recommend for family's and solo travellers alike. Will be revisiting for sure.

My son is train mad so this was the perfect afternoon for us. It was a very rainy day and the train was a welcome, warm rest for an hour and a half. The route is beautiful, all the staff at the stations are fab and eager to tell you more about the trains which my son loved. Very reasonable prices and a lot of fun for everyone, we will definitely be back

Great experience for kids and adults, Ingrow exhibition well worth stopping off for. Tea room at Keighley and Oxenhope. Staff some of the friendliest and polite I have met on vintage railways

Lovely heritage railway that is very well looked after. Lots of stations along the 5 miles of line with lots to see and do including a couple of museums along the line. The heritage locos on offer are amazing, really well looked after and a very good variety. I parked at Oxenhope which had plenty of free parking and easy to walk down to the ticket office and straight onto the train. Definitely recommend to enthusiasts and family's! Will be visiting again soon!

Beautifully preserved heritage steam railway station in a fantastic setting with friendly and helpful staff. A short but very steep walk to the local park and historical Haworth main street. All of this plus glorious steam trains with smell of coal and steam and the toot toot of living history.

We used the train to get to Haworth, and it was truly a delightful trip back in time. More expensive than a regular train (understandably), but worth the money if you're looking for a novel experience or a unique date idea. They serve real ales on the train, and on the weekends, you can even opt for a cream team on board. They stop at some very scenic villages, so if you buy a round ticket, you can get on and off at your leisure!

I caught the diesel train (DMU) to Keighley and the steam back and both had their own charm. Each station has something to offer and I recommend buying the guidebook from the ticket office (£2) before planning your trip. You can either get a day rover (£20) or a round trip (£13.50-allows you to get off at the end stops). I got the round trip and spent an hour in Keighley. However, I don’t recommend Keighley and it really didn’t grab me, the cafe at the station looked like the best bit. I’d try the rail museum at Ingrow next time

What a great day out - all the trains have run to time - staff have been excellent and fellow passengers all seem so happy with the experience - the day has flown by - hope to be back for the Real Ale Festival in October- I’m told it’s not to be missed if you like a tipple.

Very nostalgic. Like going back in time. Great model shop for young and not so young. The staff work so hard to make it look and run so well.

We had a great day out and climbed up into Haworth village. Warning. This is a very steep climb if you go directly. You can go by following the road to the left which is more gradual. You end up near a clinic, you should then turn left and this lane will bring you to the village.

Went on the elf explorer was really good. My son absolutely loved it. He loves trains and we love the steam trains. Parking isn't brilliant we parked on a side street. Got given a few car parks to use which was confusing me when said walking distance but was 1.7 miles away which is fine if not slippy. The grotto was nice and loved the little extras. Food was OK but not the best. On the train we loved the elfs singing but thought would be better if the kids knew the songs so they could join in. Santa was good and crackers and things on the table were nice little extra. I would go again

A real time capsule. A lovely collection of vintage carriages and felt like you were living in the past. We had a heritage DMU which made a pleasant change. Thanks to the kind staff for a super day!

Haworth Station is a principal stop on Yorkshire's Keighley & Worth Valley Railway. The railway features a variety of heritage rolling stock which supports a timetable for 5 miles of track between Keighley and Oxenhope. Haworth is a magnet for world tourism, not least because of Haworth's Bronte history, and this most picturesque corner of Yorkshire is not lost on the many filmmakers that have recorded footage for many films and shows of which you have probably seen at some point in your life.

The KWVR is tremendous and I would like to thank all involved who made our day so special. We moved to Haworth almost 3 years ago and one of our favourite events is the beer festival that they organise. October 12th check it out! This sparked an idea to get married in the exhibition shed where they hold said beer festival. 5 months of planning, alot of ideas and massive help from my amazing friend and wedding planner Bev. We (she) transformed the place. The whole event could not have been achieved without the help of Noel, Sam and all the staff at the railway. They were truly fantastic and highly commended by all my guests. They also made sure my wife's prosecco never reached the bottom ! Getting married at St Micheals and All Angels Church in Haworth and then down to Haworth Station to ride a steam engine to our reception is an unforgettable experience. I mean who rides a vintage train to their reception! All our guests were in awe and loved the entire day. Again all made possible by KWVR! They even on the day put a canopy outside the station because you know it rains in July ! Food arrived (hog roast) and staff made sure and asked me and Krisha if we needed them to get us a plate. We cannot rate them highly enough. I really hope they do more weddings there as its a truly amazing venue with truly amazing people.

What an absolutely fantastic Railway! It was my first time here with my family and we absolutely loved it. The Dinosaurs were brilliant too. The volunteers are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you for such a fantastic day!

A wonderful step back in time. The line is staffed by volunteers who can't help you enough. The prices are just jight if you use the line correctly and stop at the stations to explore the local towns and museums. Just a wonderful day.

This was magic, a great place to visit. The staff where helpful and couldn't do enough, we got the day rider tickets and were very well priced, Every station is beautiful and lovingly restored. The train journey is wonderful taking you right back to the heydays of steam travel. Parking at Haworth was £3 for the day.

I greatly enjoyed my trip on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway today. The stations and trains are very well kept and the staff are lovely. The gift shop also sold a nice array of train themed items. I'd certainly return here!

Proper wholesome and lovely day out for the family. Getting on the train is like stepping back in time. Maybe the inside of the carriages could do with a lick of paint and some new upholstery but it's still very charming. There's a little bar carriage with a selection of real ales, wine, soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks. The route it takes is through the gorgeous Worth Valley. Would definitely recommend making a stop at Haworth to see the Brontë village.

Loveley day having a ride on the Flying Scotsman. It was incredibly busy though and would have been nice if more seating was available apart from that we had a great time

Keighley worth Valley railway is brilliant. Ideal for a family day out. Historic line. Used in the railway children films. (Oakworth) bronte interest (Haworth) museums at Ingrow and Oxenhope. So as you can see there is much to love

This beautifully rebuilt and maintained historical railway is such a wonderful experience. The line meanders through "Brontë Country" and several of the stations feature in feature films including the original "Railway Children" and it's recently filmed sequel. Check the railway museums and other attractions at many of the stations along the line.

Amazing experience with the Steam engines and diesel trains on offer. All stations from Oxenhope to Keighley are kept so neat and tidy and the staff are all so kind.

Had a lovely day out stopping at various places. Make sure you buy hop on hop off if you want to explore small villages along the route. One way and returns also available. Make sure you take the steam engine as there is also a diesel engine which smells very strong.

Visited the Diesel Gala and travelled on the railway for the first time on a rover ticket , I started at keighley to Oxenhope which is the end of the line after around 6 miles then made my way back again hopping on and off at various Stations which the rover ticket allows you to do , Spent most of the time at Haworth the home of the Brontes and has the loco sheds and stabling for the railway , Here as well as shops and eateries. Most of the stations have a cafe & gift shop on them as well as the trains themselves with a Bar to sample the local tipple, I was made to feel welcome from very friendly and knowledgeable staff ,and the whole experience of taking in the sights of this superb railway and reliving the railway children movie where a lot of it was filmed especially at Oakworth , always worth a visit I well recommend it can't wait to go back again
