The state of the room and the service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for two nights to attend a wedding on 9 July 2023. On arrival into our room at 9:00 pm, there were no towels in the room, no soap for hand wash after using the loo, no hot water to have a shower for two nights and two days. We reported the hot water issue to the reception staff, they made a note of the issue, but no action was taken to either fix the hot water issue or allocate us another room. Very poor standard for a supposedly four star hotel, one to be avoided

Room pleasant enough. Shockingly poor service. The hotel's marketing says the restaurant is open until 21:30 daily. It was closed when we needed food at 20:00, about half an hour after check-in. Room service was also not available at that time. So, an unexpected night of starvation. Staff were either totally unavailable (e.g. during checkout) or present but making no attempt to engage with any guests (e.g. in the evening). Just not even close to good enough for a supposedly 4 star hotel.

After searching for the ideal venue for my son’s Mehndi, we chose Cedar Court, which was able to accommodate our vast numbers as well as providing an impeccable service. Jags was our point of contact, and I cannot stress how reassuring it was to be able to communicate with him at all times over the year of planning. He made sure the whole process leading from the booking to the actual event ran smoothly. Jags is very professional, efficient, and provided the best customer service we could ask for. The mehndi was successful, and our guests left extremely happy. I will continue to recommend Cedar Court and will certainly consider it again for any future events we may have.

I am spending a few days here on business and am used to very impersonal 'corporate' type hotels. Thanks to the wonderful staff here - particularly Dawn and Josh - this place manages to strike just the right note between professional and personal. All staff members I dealt with remembered my name throughout my stay, the waiter remembered on the second morning eggsactly (sorry for the dad joke) how I prefer my eggs, and nothing was too much trouble for 'Boss Lady' Dawn. Tomorrow, I have to leave, but can guarantee that the next time I need to be in Bradford, I shall return to Cedar Court Hotel.

Brilliant venue! Visited here for a New Year's Eve party, which my Uncle was DJ'ing at. Staff are brilliant, top notch, second to none, salt of the Earth! The beer tasted a bit off, mentioned this to the staff, they poured us new drinks with no fuss at all. Also had a bit of a craic on with them, they're a good laugh! Unlikely to visit again any time soon as I don't live in the area but if you have the chance to attend a party at this venue I highly recommend it. Thanks Cedar Court staff for a brilliant New Year's Eve shindig!

Didn't stay in the hotel, attended for a conference. The room was spacious and well equipped. The buffet was well presented with a good choice. The facilities were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Has a very large carpark and is situated directly at the end of the M606 motorway, making access very easy. I would highly recommend the function room.

The hotel was lovely but the service was very poor with long queue and staff didn't seem to know what they were doing though not their fault. People complaining they had waited up to two hours for their order staff overwhelmed then upon entering the restaurant we had to find our own cutlery, serviettes, even bread roll. Waited ages for food which was cold on arrival, waiting on staff just standing around not really aware of what they should be doing. Waited till everyone finished one course before serving up the next . Not good management at all.

Good size bedroom, but very noisy specially if your room is facing the road. Bathroom is definitely not designed for tall people, really lower bath and shower . Bedroom was really clean. Good working station.

This is one beautiful hotel with a very good and friendly staff. Nicely located as well with lots of parking space. Their activity hall too is really good for any functions and events. Nice place..

Great staff, very attentive. Very noisy hotel, kids running around screaming, occupants sound like they are doing cartwheels all evening. Can hear TV’s through the wall. Rooms are decent with little things that need fixing.

Arrived at the hotel with my wife and 2 kids and was surprised how big it was, inside was also very nice spacious and easy to access and navigate around, now the problem was not with the hotel itself it was with the front of house staff yesterday afternoon who I was told was called Dawn. Her attitude was terrible, negative, arrogant and just genuinely one of the worst face to face service someone has given. At night I spoke to some of the staff and cleaners, who all don't like talking to her given how she talks and I am not the first to complain about her, whats even more funny she is actually a floor manager which makes it even more laughable how someone with such attitude is still a employee. If it wasn't for such late notice I would have tried to get another hotel after the first interaction, will not be visiting again and for anyone wanting to visit if you ever come across her she is average height, curly hair, black and wears a sticker saying 'boss lady' clearly deluded and the power has gotten to her head.

Members of staff smoking at the entrance way, no initiative to explain the car parking procedure both at checking in and checking out so a naive and vulnerable user would fall victim of the £100 parking charge with ease as per many other reviews. Sleep was awful as our double bed was basically 2 singles joined so the Matress dipped in the middle waking up to aches and pain. Spiders webs on corner of the ceiling and mould seen on bathroom ceiling. Overall poor.

Not happy at all, when you come off the ring road to enter their car park you end up having to pay the rip off CAZ tax of £9:00 a day. And if you stay overnight you get stung again to come out of the car park. It’s not the hotel charging this scandalous CAZ tax it’s Bradford council. So like I say come for an evening away and it’s £18:00 to drive 150 yards off and on the ring road. Find somewhere to park on the ring road and walk into the hotel. Of just don’t visit Bradford. Bradford takes some visiting at the best of times but wow pay for the pleasure of driving in, lol. No Thank you. PLEASE NOTE, this has nothing to do with the hotel, it’s a wonderful, clean and well maintained venue, and it’s a pleasure to visit and stay there. Pity it’s on the wrong side of Bradford ring road.

Staff were very freindly and helpful. Meals were good. Rooms were nice. The problem was children playing in the passages without supervision until late at night and a very noisy and incosiderate neighbour who had late night (2.30am) arguments with his partner at full volume and played his TV very loudly at very late hours. Whilst I fully understand the need for hotels to house refugees / asylum seekers, it is not ideal to have hotels mix this with paying guests. The 2 groups of people have very different needs and expectations. At least the hotel should make paying guests aware of this before booking - but preferably decide if the hotel is to be used for emergency housing or for paying guests. Not both. I will certainly not be staying here again.

Attended a work function here. Full day conference and hotel were really helpful. Parking was well organised, with a QR code to scan in and register your car. We got 12hours free as part of the conference, but not sure if this is standard. The food served at lunch was good quality. A nice selection of curry. Good options for vegetarians too. There weren't many options for Gluten intolerances though which is a shame. The function room was well presented and the sound system was great for the speaker. Would recommend for any functions you have coming up.

I stayed overnight for a Christmas Do with my work. Great stay, I had a good sleep in a tidy and very clean room. Great customer service from start to finish, from reception to banqueting staff and of course people at the bar. Well done guys, see you next time! 🥳

Condition of the room does not reflect the websites claims and rating. For a family of 4 (two adults and two kids), the beds supplied were inadequate and insufficient. Promises to be moved to a larger room was not met but extra bed squeezed into the room instead. First day service was good but after that, even overflowing room bin was not emptied and ‘clean’ towels handed to us had make -up? stains in it. Also our request to get our sheet changed after two nights was rejected. For 4* hotel, the condition and the service that we received could Have been better.

This is a very friendly hotel, the staff were all brilliant. I would especially like to mention Nazz on reception, very helpful on checking in and Antonia on booking out. Chelsea and Iqrah were very friendly in the dining room. The hotel is beautiful light and airy. Our room was ok and had all we needed in it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel! If the company I work for doesn't make a reservation for me at this hotel, I would never stay here. They have a self check in, they don't accept cash payment, I had a problem with the room, I contacted the staff to have it fixed while I was out of the hotel for about eight hours, when I went back to the room the problem was still there, after work I wanted to rest but instead I had to move my luggage to another room which smelled of cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Had a wonderful stay here. Ruby was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel very welcome. She managed to change my room when there was an issue with my window. Sana, Kristina and Chris were also very lovely and made me feel very welcome, chatting to me as I was travelling alone. Lovely, clean hotel with a good food offering too. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff.

Stayed in G22 for 3 nights, it was a pleasant experience, nice clean room and a clean bathroom, just needs some upgrades to bring it into 2021, every thing looked quite dated and old. Not bad for the money paid

Efficient, well motivated and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms and great food. Oh..and the price (as part of a coach holiday package) was really good. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable

Stayed as a part of national holidays coach tour. We were given choices from a set menu on arrival. Food was good and arrived quickly. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and good quality. Room was very clean and comfy, bathroom was also very clean. Also free WiFi was a nice perk No concerns or issues would stay again.

Got a deal and it was OK for the money, I wouldn't pay the full price. Bar was small and you had to eat in there. Kids running around all night, no parents in sight. Food was OK but expensive for what it was, the bar was very expensive. First night a wedding going on and the noise from the guests until the early hours in the morning which was heard from our room. The room was OK, the bed was lovely but only a double. There was no draws to put underwear or anything in which is silly you need something. I wouldn't stay here again.

Cheap and perfectly comfortable rooms. A big hotel handy for motorways. Bar area in reception overly-lit and unwelcoming, but that might be due to ensuring social distancing. Reasonably priced bar food. Would return

The cleanliness is not upto scratch, the beds are divided into two single mattresses when you pay £92.00 a night you'd expect a better bed. Very old style setting definitely needs upgrading i wouldn't stay there again tbh

I came here for a speed awareness course..... The conference room we were using was excellent.... The speed awareness course was so good I think everyone should do the course whether they had to, like me; or even if they have not had the same imperative.

Good food and drink available, rooms are spacious and clean if a little sparse on hotel information. Free WiFi is available, easy parking at a small charge unless your room rate includes this as standard. Only real downsides are the level of automation as you are expected to check yourself in on a touch screen which is quite a convoluted process, although there is generally a member of staff around to help if you hit any problems. Overall a good experience.

Arrived at hotel no staff about what staff you could find were helpful. So were given the key. Went to the room which dirty and the bed was broken and had bits on the sheets. Asked to me moved but said they couldn't. Then went to the toilet and went to dry my hands and the towel was mouldy. They did move us to another room which was clean than the first. Went to use the shower and this was hanging out of the wall, so flooded bathroom everything we had a shower. Food in the evening was disgusting. Cheap fish cakes with congealed sauce which was not hollandaise, small portions 6 scampi and 5 chips. Breakfast was very nice lots to choose from. Will definitely not be returning to this hotel. I chap said after a friend said this is not 4 star she said it was a 2 at a push and he said he would expect that. This shows you how bad it is

I went with 5 of my family to a sports presentation evening to support my grandson who was one of the young athletes attending the event. The venue, as usual was good, clean and tidy. There was a lack of staff serving on the bars, there was 2 bars available to purchase drinks for the evening, most of the the time there was only I person serving at each bar, the event was well attended with a couple of hundred people being present, it was painful trying to get a drink. We had paid over £110 for tickets which included a buffet. The sandwiches were a complete joke, they were cut in triangles and the sandwich filler was only placed at the tip of the sandwich, in other words 90% of the sandwich was just bread. It was so disappointing, I've been to a few do's at this venue and they were very good, but I was so disappointed with this one.

Rooms were nice and clean rest of everything was fine except the toilet flush wasn't working properly needs to fix it and needs attention. Security was really good and service was excellent. One of the good place to stay.

Wow my daughter had her 21 st birthday party here 24/9/22. All I can say is utter wow gold star standards from start to finish. Staff on all corners of the night was polite - easy going and dressed to perfection. The food the hotel provided as part of the evening was 1000% perfect (again gold stars across the board) for me and my entire family and friends the party nights was amazing smooth and full of memories to last a life time. This is thanks to the stress free and professionalism of the cedar court and their staff. Will ensure we have many more gatherings here now that is know their gold standards are not to be faulted. Thank you sincerely for giving my daughter the best night for her 21st.

I have stayed here in the past, but not recently. When I stayed the rooms and food were good. More recently I've attended for company meetings. Facilities are good and the staff are friendly, the food during corporate events is ok.
