One of the workers gave my 4 year old a bruise on her arm. Apparently she didn’t have the correct coloured armband, so she wasn’t allowed into the big kids section. However I paid for the “all access”, so the other lady clarified the situation and gave us the correct coloured armbands. But the damage was already done. My daughter was crying really loud and it developed a bruise the day after. She purposely hit her/pinched her arm to “teach my kid a lesson” so she doesn’t access that part of the soft play area. She didn’t stop to think that she’s just a small kid and wants to have fun. Even if I didn’t pay for that area, what was the big deal if she would have gone into that area? Clearly money is more important than kids having fun here. The big kids section is also really filthy the further up you climb. Super dusty and the air smells really weird up there. Maybe some of the money should be used for maintenance/cleaning the whole place at least once a month rather than ignoring the areas that can’t physically be accessed by kids but still be seen (climb all the way to the top and look around, you’ll see what I mean).

The kids soft play area 5 alive has received a disappointing review due to various shortcomings. Firstly, there were concerns about the cleanliness of the facilities. Parents and myself need to express our disappointment in finding unhygienic conditions such as dirty floors and unwashed play equipment. Secondly, the lack of supervision by staff members was a major safety issue. Additionally, the limited variety of activities available failed to cater to different age groups, leaving older children in charge of music playing in appropriate songs. It is important for management to address these issues promptly by implementing rigorous cleaning routines, increasing staffing levels, and diversifying the range of attractions offered to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all young children.

Great Customer Service. Great food. Excellent day out. Family Friendly. Would recommend to everyone. Clean and tidy. 😀

Was planning on having a home birthday party (April) for my son but due to the poor forecasted weather, I needed to book somewhere asap. 5Alive seemed the best local option from what I could see online. I was pretty stressed and anxious about it and booked it the night before. However the party was amazing! All the kids (age range 4-9) loved it and the parents were all impressed too! Would deffo recommend and the venue is lovely and clean too, something that is not usually found in most soft plays. I will be coming back for my daughters bday in Oct Inshallah xx

Highly recommended soft play area. Bring my children regularly and they absolutely love it. Safe play area, great variety of play equipment, food and drinks available at fair prices and great staff and management who deliver a really professional service. Clean and tidy. Big up 5 Alive

We was looking for a place to host our son's 2nd Birthday Party on the 19th. A simple google search lead us to this place. At the beginning we was slightly apprehensive, with lots of questions however the owners sister was VERY helpful! (Sorry I can't remember her name) She sat us down and explained the entire details and what the party entails. After our conversations my husband and I both agreed that we'd book here due to the cleanliness, great facilities and friendly service of the place. The day of the party went so quickly and smoothly. Staff were on hand whenever required and helped ensure the party was a success. We had over 35 guests and all of them enjoyed the party. The food and drinks were plentiful and certainly enjoyed by the kids including the pizzas and sandwiches (which were tasty!). Thank you to all the staff and especially the owners sister. You made our son's birthday very special.

Had a birthday party in the princess room. The room was stunning and spotless. The party food was delicious and plenty for the kids. The centre was clean and lovely as always and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This is the best play area in bradford my kids love it every weekend they just want to go 5 alive food is on point plus u get 2 hours !!!! Which is a bonus staff is lovely and polite any problems ask for iram 👍

We booked a party for my sister's 4th birthday and just got back from it. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and produced a comfortable atmosphere, despite having a bunch of kids running around and screaming. It was very organised and the children had a good amount of time in the soft play area. The party room was a good size for the 11 children that were there, and the food provided was adequate. It wasn't even all gone after the kids had finished. Though, there also wasn't a lot of waste. As well as this, the price for 11 children was not that bad! I would definitely recommend that you consider this place for a younger one's party.

Excellent space that caters for both toddlers and young children. Equipped with a decent sized toddler area, larger area for young children with a few different slides and even a trampoline arena. Plenty of tables available for parents, the area is clean and staff are attentive with food and drinks available. Large car park area and secure in out entry for peace of mind.

Fantastic customer service. The kids had a lovely time, staff was really nice. The place was really good for all kids ages. The food was great as well, the toom was nice and warm, they cut and packed the cake for us as well. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend visiting 5 Alive Bradford! Brilliant atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Lots of fun things to do for all ages. They also have a separate soft play for toddlers 😊
