I cannot speak highly enough about my dealings with the whole team, from my very first phone call they gave me all of the relevant information and guidance that I needed to allow me to find a new home in a new city. Recently I have tried the services of many estate agents but I have to say that the Squarefoot Apartments team were genuinely concerned and showed real concern for my current situation. It did not feel like just a business transaction, the personal touch and care that they gave me helped the whole process become much less stressful for me. To each and every member of staff that I came into contact with, and also to the staff that I did not have direct contact with I want to say thank you and I appreciate the outstanding service that you provided for me. The paperwork and moving process went smoothly. Some routine maintenance is needed at the place, but their team is already addressing it. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience so far. I moved from abroad, and the team at Squarefoot was very patient in guiding me through the processing of leasing a flat here. They made the process very straightforward, which was a great relief.

The whole experience wss on point! Were treated really well at our arrival and even during the email exchange we were always followed and responses were fast. Everything was clear and well explained. The house was the same as in the pictures and the availability of the agency and its agens reassured us.
