Great community in this accommodation. You want a close to uni, very cozy room and reasonably priced. This is the place to go. They have a small gym, laundry room, and you can have a shared kitchen or book a studio, depending on availability. The management is so good. Very well organized. If you have a problem, you can use their app to book a ticket reporting the issue, and they will fix it. The staff are all lovely with a positive vibe. They want to help. They're helping to spread mental health awareness and supporting students with projects. Great network and very social.

Good place for students to live during pandemic time. I lived there almost a year !! It's a central place & and everything is on the doorstep !! Their manager Saneeta, although she was a great lady, yet she was bit of rude ..!!

Let me get straight to the point. This place is one of the WORST places to live if you want the cloud Student home onsite team to solve any of your maintenance problems. If anything goes wrong you will wait endlessly for them to do something and it will not have fixed the issue to begin with. As a tenant here I have had a terrible experience. As has everyone that lives here. When I moved in the lifts did not work which meant I had to carry all my belongings to a high floor to move in. The lifts did not work for at least 2 months at the start. It still is janky and sometimes randomly won't work, so you have to press the "open door," button and get out. They have not bothered with getting a maintenance team, meaning no one is available to repair tenants issues for them. This alone would have fixed their problems. I have had a janky oven since I moved in, then 1 month in it broke and I didn't get a new one for 2 months. One of the stove tops never worked since I moved in. The shower heating stopped working and I'm hoping they will fix this. When I moved in the kitchen was extremely dirty and no one from Cloud Student Homes had cleaned it for an entire 1 month and 2 weeks after I moved in. Usually you have a clean kitchen to start with in any accomodation. Management at reception don't actually help, they say they are trying, or are busy and will be rude to you. I mean if you are paying and want a place that is sustained well this is not the place to go. The only upside is they can have competitive prices. But even still I would look at other places.

Good and well-kept accommodations, but the last two managers, "Sanita" and "Osman," especially Osman, are the most indifferent and irritating people. Even though both of them lack manners when speaking to students, they (especially Osman) try to take advantage of new students' anxiety by insulting them. Every time he tries to put things off, you have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to speak with him, even if you just have a basic question. Do you know why? mostly because he doesn't feel good or in a mood to speak with you. He is also the most racist, aristocratic, and annoying person I have ever met. However, since Horton House changed management, things are currently going well.

Nice student accommodation ( but lack proper maintenance) .. The home manager (Usman) seems nice, he interacts with occupant very well..❤️

It's a great student accommodation at a good price but it's quite a distance from the train station and the letting week has been extended. There used to be the option for shorter rent periods and more flexibility. Everything seems rigid now

Spent a year at Horton House. A memorable year. The place is very well maintained. Literally 3 mins walk from the Uni of Bradford. Lots of takeaways close by. Many job opportunities on the great horton road. Accommodating staff. The place is not very costly. Highly recommended.

I have been staying here for almost 4 years. The location is very convenient, only about 5 mins walk from the University, and close by to local stores/ fast food shops so you rarely need to take long walks. The standard rooms have a reasonable amount of space to place your things and I'm a tall person so the en-suite bathroom is a little small for me, but I've gotten used to it now. The previous and current staff have always been helpful with my requests (in person and through email). The price is very good and a lot cheaper than living within the University green for example. For me, it's definitely been worth living here compared to other accommodations.
