What a customer care they have.

Ok for the price if you are on one of the original £5/10 tariffs. Not as good value as a new sign up at the current £20/month. Though any price feels like a rip off when you see all the people sneaking in or getting let in by their mates, which the staff on the counter seem to turn a blind eye to rather than challenge them. Nothing gets fixed and it's pretty run down. Out of 19 treadmills 10 are currently out of order and 3 of the working ones are faulty with the incline function not working. The leg press has been broken for months and a couple of cross trainers are out of order. There are the usual gangs of 8 stone beanpole lads hanging around together, not doing much except wasting their time and getting in peoples way. Then there are the teenage girls all done up for a night out with makeup and hair done, walking on the treadmill at 2mph while glued to their phones and occasionally checking to see who is looking at them. But you get those muppets at any gym. Staff are very good. All seem nice enough and happy to help and do their best with what they are given to work with. Car parking is good with a free car park right outside, just remember to sign your car in.

I go to this gym but its my fault that I changed from Gold Gym to Vega. there is a big difference in quality of the machines, staff are not respectful as if you show an attitude that makes you high gear but really what bothers me that you wont find towels clean like in Golds. Towels basically just an option for the first ten ppl then you would find dirty towels and a staff telling you to wait half an hour for the next ten.

All the staff I have spoken to, (one dude, two girls) have all been friendly, supportive and helpful. Never showered here but the changing rooms are not too bad.
