Decent gym, good cardio machines and classes. Only downfall I feel is they need more back machines and update some of the equipment

Recently, I received a very courteous, friendly, welcoming and professional service from front desk staff member (Sam). I returned to Kents after several years and I was worried about remembering my way around the gym, getting back into routine and times of classes. Sam was very patient and he went out of his way to explain everything to me in a non jargon and clear manner. As a working professional, I appreciate excellent customer service. If you are looking for value for money, brilliant customer service, great equipment and a friendly/supportive atmosphere then I highly recommend Kents Gym. Best Gym ever.

Tried to rejoin after a little break but it happens they leave your account in arrears by a month if don’t give them a 30 day cancellation notice period. Tried to charge me a joining fee, monthly membership as well as the amount the account is in arrears. A real shame. Use to be a really good gym but saunas and steams closed and lots of weird rules came into place. Gone elsewhere and I’ve landed on my feet.

Well what can I say. I’ve been coming to this gym now for 20 years. Unfortunately the equipment is quite old, the showers are not the best around and the place is a little dated. Having said all the negatives I would like to say that I absolutely love this gym. It’s like a second home. The staff are friendly, courteous kind and caring. The instructors go out of their way to make the classes highly enjoyable and effective. They listen to feedback, they listen to requests and hell yes they even let you get in on the play list! I’ve been to the most raw gyms and to the poshest and believe me when I say that this place is the best. This isn’t a long term member whose been asked to leave feedback , this is a long term member who feels that this place and these people need a shout out. So here it is. A big shout out to the staff: Jake, Jay, Hayden and Alana who always greet me with a big smile. A big shout out to the instructors Sukhy, John Vare, Paul, and John the Hitman Lamont ☺️ who all can’t be complemented enough! Thank you guys. This is not a gymnasium it’s a gym at my second home!! 6 stars out of 5 for me

Been coming for 7 months, was great at first, now it's sometimes too busy to use the machines and the sauna is rammed full. The steam room has never worked and have been told it's too expensive to have fixed. The classes are great (and always very full) paid for a year upfront and don't think I will re-new my membership here sadly.

Visited the gym for a taster session. Its was a Friday afternoon so was quiet. There was plenty of equipment, some in need of a refresh but a good variety. The gent on the desk was very helpful and honest about how busy peak times can be. This unfortunately put me off but I appreciated the transparency before paying for membership.

Good staff 👍 Decent amount of equipment. Classes and exercise zones for everyone.

I'm a 15 yr old who goes to this gym and I must say everyone has been kind to me and helped me also everything u need is in the gym like no useless machines

Visited the gym for the first time for their Dancefit class. I liked the class: very energetic, but not too complicated. Very friendly class for newcomers.

Friendly, classes to suite everyone with the best trainers to motivate and make your training enjoyable and encourage you to work at 'your' pace. 💕

the staff - pyper sam and jess to be specific, are absolute stars. amazing at their job and so comfortable asking them questions about training. Defo need some recognition

Got everything you need apart from sauna or swimming pool and not 24hrs

Jess is really nice & helpful. Good old school gym, has everything you need and they do day passes.

Great local gym facility, not too busy big range of weights and plenty of treadmills.

Nice place to train. Used to come here alot but unfortunately the steam room and sauna have been stopped.
