    My partner recently got some new glasses at this store. The staff were all so welcoming and very supportive in every aspect of the eye test and selecting of glasses. A special mention to Sham who helped to process and fit his glasses, went above and beyond, even with our children. Thank you, his glasses and sunglasses are perfect.

    Great service generally and great people but I bought my son Hugo boss glasses and we noticed there's a dint in the frame. I paid 140 in total for my daughters and sons, wasn't expecting the glasses to have a dint.

    I'm not overly happy with the service. I've had to get my eyes tested twice. In total I've visited them 5 times before my new glasses were OK. The staff is polite and helpful. It's hard to get hold of someone on the phone, when I was waiting I was disconnected several times - definitely something to look at.

    Today I attend the store with a sensitive subject, I suffer from PTSD so was extremely nervous to even approach them with my problem. A lady came to the reception and greeted me I then tried to explain my situation to her, she kindly asked me to take a seat and that she would speak to the director. I waited anxiously as she explained to him what I had told her. he came and sat with me talked to me very calmly and when I became overwhelmed with emotions he gave me tissues as I was about to cry. Then after I composed myself they explained to me that they had completely resolved my problem and I had nothing else to worry about! I couldn't believe what I was hearing I could of broken down with happiness! I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have dome for me I am overjoyed and will never ever forget my experience today! Thank you so so much.

    I was unable to do the eye test because the equipment had rotated slightly so the focal point had moved and I could only see the door. I pointed out this was an issue and I could not see the test due to the angle of the equipment and 3 times! I was ignored and the test was continued rather then listening. The result was I brought 2 pair of glasses which are useless because your staff could not listen and switch to frames! When collecting the new glasses I could not see thru the new glasses. Your solution simply was to replace the lenses with my normal reading glasses! So I now have four sets of the same reading glasses! Stupid!! No re-test was offered! Staff have had training on listening by management. Yet they still don't take it on-board, and to be left in a dark cupboard with my head my head in a field test machine while you see another customer is disgusting. I will not return.

    Recently went for my regular eye test, staff are so nice and helpful. They are extremely accommodating. My son also had his eye test yesterday and they did a fantastic job at putting him at ease and making sure he was comfortable throughout, also making instructions a bit more simple for him due to processing difficulties. He was very excited to need glasses I must say 😄

    I’m really impressed with spec savers in Keighley. My eye test was very thorough and everything was explained in detail. Front of house is brilliant and you get a very warm welcome as you enter the store. The vast majority of staff are highly professional and very friendly. The reason I’ve given 4 stars and not 5 may seem picky to some people but it’s to do with how I was addressed by a certain member of staff. I don’t want to be addressed formally, I’m a laid back person ( honestly! 😁) but I do wish that I was not constantly addressed as “honey”and “sweetheart” at the end of every sentence. It was patronising. I don’t mind the occasional “love”, (we are in Yorkshire after all) but I’m a fully functioning adult with a decent brain, not a 5 year old.

    Really easy to book an online appointment and I was kept informed of when my appointment was. When I went to the store, I was greeted by a friendly team member who showed me where to wait. The lady that checked my eyes initially was lovely and talked me through the whole process. The optician was very informative and showed me my scans and then explained everything about the eye test. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very quick and efficient!

    The team couldn't have been more helpful. I snapped the bridge of my glasses while on holiday. They saw me straightaway and luckily my frames were still in stock. Hassan took care to make sure the new frames were properly adjusted and cleaned up my lenses. Within half an hour my glasses were like brand new and it only cost me £10! Fantastic service.
