    Hey Guys! I’ve recently just joined the gym & everyone is amazing & very welcoming. The Boot Camp is great you go at your own pace and build up. I would recommend to anyone looking to build up there confidence in the gym. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. Cheers. Mobeen.

    I was a bit nervous before joining the hub ,but I am having the most wonderful experience of my life. I had never been to a gym or exercise program before . The trainer are supportive and the environment is really positive.

    I joined Next Level Fitness in August 2019. This is the longest I have ever stuck to a gym. In previous years I have attended multiple commercial gyms, gone full on for a few weeks then dwindled off and cancelled membership. The beauty of Next Level Fitness is no 2 workouts are the same. The classes which they provide keep you engaged and make you interested! You also receive excellent advice and encouragement from the staff and also from the other members. When I first joined I was doing the workouts in a jumper as I felt insecure, 2 sessions into joining I realised no one judges you, no one cares what you look like, they only care that you're there for the same reason as them. It's one big happy family, not a typical gym!

    I originally went to JD gym and my partner Clare went to Next Level. She would come home telling me how good it is and I were having none of it because it didn’t seem like my style of gym. I was eventually persuaded into trying a free taster session and since that day I have never returned to JD gym. Everybody from the PT’s to the people that take part in the sessions are all friendly and very welcoming so turned out to be the best decision I made.

    I’m only on my 4th week of the 6week challenge but I can see the results already. The sessions are fun but challenging and there are lots of friendly people to share your experience with. The coaches are very supportive and down to earth. Members get access to an app for additional support and tips for nutrition, logging food intake and exercise. Overall, so far, I’m enjoying the Hub and I’m enjoying the results from it!

    Absolutely love this place. Made to feel so welcome and they make the sessions so much fun for all abilities. Feel so much better both physically and mentally. All the trainers are excellent and have such great fun with them all.

    If you are reading this and considering joining this… DO IT! You will not regret it. It is 100% the best decision I have ever made! I have just finished my 6 weeks and feel like a completely different person. Not only have I lost weight but I feel so much happier in myself 😃 I signed up for 6 months within the first few weeks as I knew this was the place for me. Beth, Harry, Sean, Sam & Duncan you are great trainers - thank you so much for your continuous support! Previous to joining I tried everything to lose weight/get fit but could never stick to it. But I can hand on heart say I LOOK FORWARD to my sessions at TH 😂 Thank you TH ❤️

    I would highly recommend Transform Hub to anyone wanting to start out, or continue on their fitness journey. When I joined I was so anxious I almost didn't walk through the door, but a few months later I'm like a new person. Besides the weight I've lost, the biggest thing for me is the confidence boost that The Hub has given me. This is down to the support and encouragement of all the trainers and the other members. Everyone is on their own journey and happy to support the person next to them. It's hard work, but changing your life for the better is never easy! You won't regret signing up :)

    When I first got in contact with Sean I was so nervous, my anxiety was through the roof. Sean was amazing and invited me down to see everything and how it worked before hand so I knew the layout which helped me so much. This place is amazing! The boot camps are easy to follow and you work to your own fitness level. I've never been to a place before where I can be laughing as hard as I'm working. It isn't just a gym, it's a community and it shows with the support you get through an app, through creating friends and the social events that everyone gets to attend. If you're worried about starting, don't be! Trust me, you won't regret it, I haven't, even on the days where I can't feel my body anymore...

    Absolutely brilliant place and atmosphere. Prior joining, I was training alone with no guidance- and in the last month I have learned so much and has made a notable difference to my diet, stamina and strength. Excited to see what the future brings! Thank you team !

    Doing the 6 week transform programme can't be more happy. The staff are so friendly and supportive. They do weekly checkins and are always prompt to respond to any messages sent and the best thing is i am seeing the results already. Only 2 weeks into the programme and I can honestly say I can't recommend this programme enough.

    I can’t thank Sean and the team at Transform Hub enough for the fabulous support they have given me, since joining the gym on the six week challenge at the beginning of this year! I suffer with bouts of anxiety & depression and I didn’t think I would be able to join a gym again and especially one that specifically practiced group sessions! However, I challenged myself to start and all of the team and the people who started with me, helped me feel at ease from day one! I lost weight as promised but more than that, I learnt how to have fun whilst exercising and met some amazing ladies along the way! Shout out to the awesome Linda, Dawn and Karen! Harry kept in touch with me recently when I missed classes for a couple of months letting me know that I was missed, even when I couldn’t even speak on the telephone along with the ladies on our Whats App group! They are a gym that really care filled with some amazing caring people. What are you waiting for, take the challenge, you won’t regret it!

    Awesome gym!!! Unlike the usual gyms, the trainers look after you throughout your journey. All the staff are so amazing, friendly and caring. Everyone shares the knowledge that they have learned and picked up. I’m so glad I found Transform Hub, it is absolutely the best place for me.

    I am not a gym person but signed up because I was beginning to feel my age and wanted to lose weight. After 6 months I can honestly say I miss it when I don’t attend classes! I have lost weight but more importantly I feel better, more energetic and less “creaky”. I would still not consider myself a fit person ( I’m always at the back and slower than many) but no one cares, least of all me! Having just had a health check my blood pressure is normal my cholesterol is well below 5 and my resting heart rate is well below average. That’s got to be a result!

    When I first started at Next Level Fitness I had never been in a gym before and was very large and unhappy with my body and lack of exercise. Right from the very first session I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Abbie is an amazing PT and has been a big part of my journey. They are amazing at helping you with your goals both long term and short term as well as developing a plan that works for you. You can tell that hitting your goals and any improvement is just as personal to them as is it to you. In addition to this the group sessions are always a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and are so much fun. My first goal was to lose weight but it is safe to safe going to Next Level is just a part of my routine and something I always look forward to now. Sean and the team really are unique and for anyone who wants to make a change and is daunted by how and what to do in order to make that first step, this is it.

    After having tried fad diets and commercial gyms. I came across next level fitness a quick message and phone call and I was signed up and i couldn't wait to get started! The atmosphere is amazing! I couldn't recommend Sean and Josh enough the support they give is second to non and like no commercial gym I've ever been too (there's been a few). Next level fitness has quickly become my happy place! So if your looking for a gym with a fun supportive atmosphere look no further you've found it!!

    As a person that hates going to the gym, that struggles to breath even when walking briskly, that feels always awkward in new places, at Next Level I felt I belong and that I am wanted from my first time I went. The coaches take time to learn about you and support the way you respond better to, you are having full access to coached classes that are designed to work your body in 40 minutes to the maximum, you get access to nutrition advice and support, recipes books and home workouts through the app. All the people going there are very friendly and supportive, honestly, exactly what I was needing for a very long time. I wish I would've known about them a few years ago, but I am so glad I found my way to Next Level when I did.

    I couldn't recommend this place and program enough! I never ever liked boot camp style training and I'm no good in a gym, if I'm tired I just stop! But this is such fun. Everyone's so friendly and encouraging. It's not a chore at all and I actually look forward to each session, again which I never thought I'd say about training.. plus I can see results! BIG results! Both mentally and physically! I'd defo recommend trying it, and you'll never look back!

    I can’t recommend this place highly enough, Sean and the team (Shannon, Harry and Jake) are brilliant and really supportive. As other reviewers have said the atmosphere here is great and I’ve never felt out of place or self conscious as there are people of all ages and backgrounds and I’ve made loads of new friends who are also really supportive 😊 The 6 week challenge I initially signed up for has really worked for me and I now have a much healthier relationship with both food and exercise but the main thing is I’ve lost 7Kg in just over 5 weeks. If you’re in the Rotherham area and looking to make some healthy lifestyle changes I would highly recommend coming to Transform Hub Rotherham 😊😊

    I've never really exercised before joining Next Level, yeah ive joined gyms before but I've only lasted a couple of weeks I got bored easily, no-one was on hand to encourage or motivate. But at Next Level it's very different its such a friendly atmosphere, no-one judges your abilities. There are no egos here just fantastic trainers who encourage, support and help you achieve your goals. I thought I was too old to train but my whole attitude to healthy living has changed. The trainers make it fun, no class is the same and people are just so friendly here. 6 months and still loving it

    This place is amazing. I joined on the 6 week program and lost 20kg. I’ve continued as a full time member and continue to loose weight and feel great. This is not like a traditional gym, here everyone is welcome and everyone is supported. The training team are brilliant, they are knowledgeable, patient and extremely approachable. The existing members are incredibly supportive and welcoming. Picking up the phone and starting here is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

    I remember the first time I stepped foot in to the hub I felt self conscious and nervous. However it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Sean and his team are amazing. They help, encourage you and push you to your limits and beyond sometimes. All the members are also helpful and friendly and I’ve made some good training buddies. If you’re remotely thinking about joining my advice would be go for it you won’t regret it I promise.

    I highly recommend this gym! Choosing to join this gym was the best decision i have made! The trainers are great they have helped me so much to achieve my goals. I have lost weight and gained a lot more confidence. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to.

    I came to this gym knowing I needed some extra support to get my health fitness back after gaining weight. Over the year's I've joined many gym's and never consistently stuck to going. But from my first class ive loved the whole experience. From the trainer's to the members, everyone is encouraging, supportive and friendly. I stuck to the plan and lost 15lb in 6 weeks. I've now joined the gym and I come regularly 4-5 times a week and I'm steadily getting down to my goal and more importantly my fitness has improved immensely. Thank you for all your support. Wendy

    My transformation in just a few months is amazing. I have more energy, I am fitter, stronger in mind and body and I have dropped a couple of dress sizes too. I was quite nervous about joining the Hub but really shouldn’t have been. The trainers are supportive, motivating and bring life and laughter to the sessions. Without exception the established members at the Hub are friendly and full of encouragement towards new members. I wish I had joined sooner.

    Wow this place is awesome, over the years I’ve tried many gyms that have just not worked.one of the most important thing about the hub are the trainers they are so supportive are always on hand to help and there main aim is to get results for you it’s all about what you want. I can’t thank Sean, Beth, Dan & Sam enough for your continuous support and drive really the best decision I’ve made about my health and lifestyle in a very long time. If your thinking about joining do it you won’t regret it
