👍 Plant based / vegan snacks could be better. There’s only one flap jack that is often out of stock. It’d be nice to have a plant based chocolate bar, energy bar and some fruit alongside the 10 or so dairy-based bars. Otherwise a great climbing centre!

👍👍 Love this gym! People of all shapes, sizes, ages… a truly inclusive place that’s spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped and above all else… totally user friendly! Would really like to see a couple of Power Plates and Sauna/Steam rooms though ;)

👍👍 Used 3 gyms so far and this gym is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Best inviting atmosphere, everyone is polite. Loads of equipment. Never been in for more than an hour on weights whereas you can be waiting for ages for certain equipment at other gyms. Facilities are clean, and parking is great....

😠 Equipment always seems to be broken for months at a time, air con is never on, even yesterday and today when it's almost 30°C! I was running on a treadmill and almost got heatstroke. The gym is a good size and there's good equipment, but the first two things make it a real disappointment

😠 Far too cold for young children. Ours had blue lips after 5 mins and we had to get out after 10. The staff were extremely unhelpful, telling us it wasn't a children's pool and there were no refunds. Overall a miserable experience.

👍 Very reluctantly I tried aquarobics , can't swim, don't like water!! However , in was made to feel welcome and actually enjoyed the experience . Lovely staff and instructors. Will go again.
