Cashier at till 1 was rascist. I went to the store at 15:30 and she was on till one. She didn’t know how to handle my return and instead of helping me she was condescending towards me. It is the supermarkets job to ensure the customers are happy and their queries are dealt with respectfully. Yet she dismissed my query and didn’t help. I felt her mannerism was different to white customers. She was elderly and unfortunately I didn’t read her name tag.

What a Fantastic Store and the Tall Guy who Bakes on a Friday and Saturday Morning makes it look really good, Full and he's not to Bad Looking neither!!! 😉 He is by far the Best Baker in Lidl EVER!!! X

What a lovely place. Many items. Today I noticed they have lots of chicken and meat stuff. And I checked it closely. Found out it’s expensive then any of our local butcher shop. I never bought any chicken and meat from super market, it’s not a issue about price but I prefer Halal, so I can’t buy without HMC logo. Their vegetables always unbeatable.

Not good that they is no direct number too the store. I did my shop here and had cash on us but because shop came to more than I had cash I used my card. In that moment I must of dropped the cash I had in my pocket. I wanted to call the store to see of anyone had been kind and handed it in to find they isn't a direct number.

Great deals - and when I dropped and shattered a bottle of my favourite tipple in the store after paying for it, they replaced it for me with no charge. 5* well deserved!

I went in yesterday saw a young man only about 20 years of age (wears glasses) I asked about a product he was so helpful kind and funny. He actually made my experience in the store worth going back Thank you

Horrible shop. Workers horrible too. Never go back there. I wanted to buy plants from outside. They were dying. Was offer 1.75£ from 9.99 I came to pay he said 9.99 I said no they look bad and they were reduced and price 1.75£ He sent some guy to check. That guy he said 9.99 I said I don't take it. Full price for nearly dead plant. I came out and I saw how that guy took price off 1.75£ I asked why you did that. He said now price is 9.99 I said but no one will buy them for full price. He just smaller. Like I said horrible workers . Horrible shop.

Overall the experience was a Lidl good. Been here several times. Easy parking, not huge rush. Only one complaint about the toilets - they start cleaning them 3 hours before closing and they can no longer be used by customers. Doesn't make sense. Why not clean them after closing time when there are no customers? UPDATE - another complaint about the toilets. The doors leading to the toilets were open so I walked in. Immediately the cashier nearby rudely shouted "Oi, you can't just walk in there!" So I replied "So I need your permission??" I think she needs a Lidl training in how to speak to customers.

Friendly staff, excellent products, great value for money. Most customers like myself look forward to Middle of lidl items and the ever so popular bakery. So many steals, from electrical appliances, to foods from around the world and baby clothing and toys at great prices. Great place to shop.

The service is brilliant and certain staff are very helpful like the security guard Iqhlaq always cheerful and the two amazing store staff Zaara and Sonia. Thank you for always greeting me with a smile and helping me with my shopping.

Visited lidl today.. and what an absolute disappointment. 2 female cashiers having a full on conversation while serving customers. Didnt greet customers when starting to serve them, neither did they say please or thank you when asking for payment and giving change. Extremely rude. Surely when in work doing there job, conversations should wait until breaks or out of hours, not in the work place for the public to hear. Where is management to put them in place. 😡

Used to be cheap and cheerful, but I guess price hikes hit everyone. Good variety of foods too but I do prefer my favourite Lidl on Halifax road.

They have the best price for certain items. I have been told that that one can get a market in Leeds has a better price for food items like tomorrows and ball peppers

Grim place, dirty sticky floors and windows. Poorly stocked shelves, bakery bags all over floor. Poor hygiene, lacked coordination. Staff so slow at putting items through, creating long painful queues. Till staff coughing into hands and then touching peoples products without sanitisation. Fresh meat products found un-refrigerated in middle aisles. Type of lidl where I felt the need to wash my hands and food products when I got out. Come on managers and staff, pull yourself together!

This is my go-to supermarket never dissappint. Atmosphere and shopping experience is always good. I always get what I need there I love Lidl

Its a great store and real accessable because of location. The problem i have faced every time is non arrangement of products. You have to find almost all the products through the store. Because there is no permanent place, or arrangement of products. Otherwise it got great potential to service the society.

Shopping baskets are infested with spiders! Bakery paper bags all over the floor!! fresh Orange machine breaking down daily! The place is a complete mess!! 1 person serving at the counter tail backs are going all the way down the isle! It baffles my mind to think how this place is allowed to operate like this!

The shop was full of great deals, tills quiet and staff dealt with something that had spilt all over my items by helping me wipe things (thank you). Loads of fresh produce too. Very clean store. The only downside was when I left and was approached by someone outside the store as I was loading my food into the car which scared me as I was on my own. Dont think I will go back on my own again - this is the only reason i scored it 3 stars.

Very unorganised prices are not found next to the item. Products ate scattered everywhere. Staff is very rude especially on the till. The packing area is awkward.

I was quite impressed with the amount of choice and full product availability prices were good too only thing that lets it down is at the tills only 2 checkouts on and long queues thought they might of kept up with other supermarket's an put some self scans in for people with just a few items maybe in the future they will
