Supermarket

😐 Prices were good and not too busy but there was hardly any staff on. It took longer at the checkout than it did for me to shop. When I asked why don't they put more staff on I was told they were short staffed. This is bad management. People often mention shop, good,

I go here twice a week as it is my local supermarket. It is very badly stocked, I never get everything I need. Shelves always looking bear especially around the drinks area. I haven't been able to buy any water from here for weeks due to being none. The salad area has also been looking bear for past few visits, no matter what time in the day I go. I really don't want to have to start shopping elsewhere as I like it here.

I went there with my girls on Sunday 10th July after Car boot Sale to buy something to eat. We bought packet of salad, 2 packs of rice noodles and oriental mix of veggies. I cooked Yummiest stir fry ever with some added mince meat too. It was a fun trip for us.

Great superstore with B&M AND Argos all under one roof. Definitely a great place to shop. Everything you need for every price range under one roof. No more unnecessary shopping centre trips.

Good selection - but seemed extra bright compared to some supermarkets - as an autistic person this didn’t make a totally great experience- but I appreciate this is unique to a limited number of shoppers

Had to pop in for bread and use disabled toilet but had to wait 10mins to get to bathroom as someone was in but guess what it was a sainsbury security man, which looked able and capable of using men's room. That's disappointing and disgraceful.

Loved it... loads of people showing off their festive frown, watching cash in their accounts go drastically down 🤣

Very good store in general easy to follow layout and had most things however prices are a bit high and all items at half price were gone

Store felt big but then range seemed a bit less than a big one no large box kelloggs cornflakes didnt expect to pay 45p per 100g can usually get for 39p per 100g Get the 1kg box guys come on keep it at 39p all time. Pre pandemic cheapest was 29p so long way to go

More self service tills put in which I don't mind, I know some people will struggle with them. Well stocked and clean. Some younger staff in a group of 4 chatting away, probably don't want to be there, wouldn't get away with it in Lidl or Aldi

I don't do my main shop here, but I like specific items and it's my first port of call if I can't get items during my weekly shop. I also use Argos within the store, very handy.

Nice store. Clean and tidy. Includes Argos. Wide range of goods. Free car park. Nectar card gives reduced prices on many goods, plus when I visired there was a n additional 25% off 6 bottles of wine.

I always put petrol from sainsbury's how many times I left the odd few pence change one day I went over by a penny after putting £60 petrol he made me break a £20 note just for a penny I go to morrisons or any other petrol station they have never done wht sainsbury's do I went over by 5 pence once in morrisons petrol station they said it was ok as I always come there sainsbury's staff also had a attitude and was rude would never go back there again I would recommend morrisons where they are nice and talk to u with respect and they have manners not like him in sainsbury's

Of all the supermarkets I buy from, this is always my favourite. There is always a good choice of fresh food, and for its size, I am rarely disappointed in choice offered. My one grouse, is that they seem to have ceased stocking Le President butter, my favourite.

Always good quality fresh food. Some items a bit pricey but didn't spend much more than we do at Aldi. Always good qialoty items

Good supermarket. Big and lots of variety. B&M within the same entrance so can easily get there for some other bits.

No cafe anymore which is unfortunate but the supermarket offers some good quality products, even in the value range. We like the frozen Danish pastries and value range dairy products. Also, Sainsbury's has better value on its own brand long-life lactose free milk than any of our other local supermarkets.

Barking mad cold on the regfrigerated aisles and has gone from a nice Sainsbury's to scruffy down-market shop in a very short time. Low rent orange bargain signs everywhere, no deli anymore, useless world food sweet shelves. We used to do all our shopping there but now go to Lidl for basics & for the nice stuff we go to the only place that stocks them, Waitrose at Otley. Good luck with chasing the Aldi/Lidl market!

Brought some lovely winter jumpers but had to return one as too large for me, exchanged no problem customer service from the lady who served me was excellent. My only problem was the store is to far away for me to regularly shop there.

Dirty store. Enough for insects to be roaming about. Rude managers. Seen managers treat employees disgusting. More gossiping than working or helping customers. Ignoring customers. Better supermarkets very local to this, wouldn't waste your time in this awful atmosphere.

Lovely place to shop, very spacious, so I was fine my mobility scooter. They had disabled toilet too. Lovely friendly staff. Only thing I was disappointed with, was there was no cafe. I know they used to be, but I. think it's closed down now. Other than that it was a lovely place to go shopping.
