    This has to be to the country's worst surgery. Staff as well as management are arrogant, extremely unprofessional and lazy. They treat patients like animals and have no desire to understand needs of patients. Its time a zero-tolerance policy protecting patients against staff rudenes and unprofessionalism was introduced. The surgery has a major toxic culture issue that must change immediately. Patients deserve so much better.

    Where do I start ..absolute shambles!, it’s been some time that the surgery has gone down hill. I had an asthma attack at the surgery and they had to ask they doctor if he could see me, his answer was book an appointment, I told them to call me an ambulance, which is when I got seen straight away.They will not do anything when u have long running symptoms, when you have a serious Illness, because of their failings, you will still not be seen however I get over 20 nonsense messages a week from this place. I have just been too occupied to change doctors, but I advice you if you want to live a long healthy life, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!! they put you on hold for over 45 mins only to turn around and tell u sorry, u called at the wrong time, sorry that clinic isn’t running, always an excuse not to mention the tone when spoken to, like you are a toddler, the endless times they have lost test results or have no clue about anything u ask. My extended family have all moved, I will be doing so too.

    Absolutely disgusting! My mum has been a patient at this surgery well before their name change so almost 30 years! We have always had an issue regarding a Bengali interpreter or speaker. Considering almost 50% of the patients are Bengali speakers. I am shocked to know there are ONLY less than 3/4 Bengali speaking staff. When I mentioned this. The receptionist said they have NEVER had a problem with Bengali patients or lack of interpreters which is pathetic because WE have ALWAYS had a problem and it’s something I’ve mentioned time and time again. There should be at least TWO Bengali speaking staff members on call so they can alternate between them so parents don’t have to wait around for their kids or family members to make time or leave work to make appointments for them or talk about an issue. Please hire more Bengali speaking staff as I know there are plenty of Urdu, Punjabi and Gujrati speaking staff members. It just isn’t fair.

    This is an absolutely horrible place to be part of.. They don't are about anyone.. They don't want to see anyone they don't want to help anyone.. They have the most pointless automated message when you call them that lasts over 2 mins.. Then put in a que for over half and hr... Then finally when you do get through you are answered by some of the rudest people on the planet.. Who don't help don't care talk in a manner that makes it feel even more pointless to call.. Then everyday at they have training.. Every afternoon.. Training.. So u can't call then also.. This place was an absolute joke of a surgery.. Tried to get an appointment for my baby at the time who was only 6 months old.. Call after call.. Time after time same response.. Nothing... They should honestly close this place down as the Dr's don't see anyone and it's Karen's who take the call.. That's what it should be called Karen's surgery... Happy I left them for another place..

    I dealt with a staff member with the name ‘Sabeela’ the way in how she handled my inquiries was immaculate. The enthusiasm she had whilst talking to me boosted my confidence by miles. I’m also willing to come down to give her a personal thanks for this as i am shockingly impressed by the service i got given.

    First I rang receptionist at 22nd December of having pain stomach possibly sign of ulcer but I was advised doctor will be available at 4th January which this is ridiculous. As days are going I am getting worse pain in stomach and intestinal and I rang again I couldn't bare the pain and what advise I was given? "Get some rest" I am in pain of shock I don't think she's understanding where I am coming from but instead just fob me off the phone.

    Rung for my booster jab and was told I had to wait 6 months from when I had 2nd vaccination which was in August. Explained I had a text message from the NHS which said I’m eligible for my booster and you had to wait 3 months from your second jab date so explained this to the girl on the phone who had to go speak to someone then confirmed I was right. God knows how many people have been turned away being told they had to wait 6 months from their second jab to when they can have their booster.

    Appalling service, phones regarding an issue twice and both times was informed it wasn't an emergency and the doctor couldn't ring back. Really not happy, especially waiting for 35 minutes to get an answer like this. Doctor refused to see me and to go to the pharmacy, pharmacy staff then inform me that I should have been seen as a prescription is required. 2nd call.. the reception staff say they will inform the doctor tomorrow... it was 3pm!!

    The worst surgery ever! The reception staff actually believe they are qualified doctors! This surgery has been reported to NHS England, for the most horrible staff ever!

    I had to change surgeries because the receptionists weren’t answering the phones, so one day I drove down and dialled the number and it rang i was in shock non of then phones were ringing. I questioned them about it and informed them of the special journey i had to make. They gave me the same silly answer that they give everyone our lines are down. They were all sat there gossiping and yet they had the cheek to write down i was violent on my file. The practice manager is Jackie and she is unhelpful dont bother with this surgery. Laying down on a train track is far easier than waiting for them to answer. I haven’t provided you with my real name because you might tick me down as a potential threat in the future

    I was booked in for a blood test. I arrived early and expected to wait but Sofia (or Sophie, sorry my memory is rubbish) saw me immediately. I explained my difficulty with blood tests and she listened then proceeded to continue with the test without any problems. I was very impressed with her expertise, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Thank you for your kind service

    I just want to take the time and write a review for dr hafeez. He is very caring, understanding and considerate about his patients. He will do the best in his ability to ensure you have the best possible outcome . I cannot thank him enough for ringing department to department to ensure his patients have the best possible care . Highly recommend this doctor . Thank you Dr Hafeez for everything you did for me , I will forever be grateful for all your hard efforts .

    At first the service was not perfect however after a follow up call by Dr Boston made things better. Dr explained the reasons for the process that was followed originally. A follow up call shows Picton still care about their patients. Thank you.

    Service is standard i dont know why people are complaining just learn to wait i have been with them for so many years i have nothing to complain about. Always show respect it works both ways 👍

    Attended doctors appointment with my mother in law on 25/04/23 who was worried and concerned with a problem she had after her appointment she walked out happy Thankyou so much to the female doctor who looked after my mother in law, advised and assured my mother in laws in a beautiful manner what a star thankyou once again

    Life is unpredictable these days due to the chaotic lives and life taking viruses hence I’d like to take this opportunity to rate Picton Medical Centre as 5 stars for the efficiency after receiving my e-consultation today. I know it’s difficult to get through on the phone and there’s times when I’m calling for family members and it’s so distressing but I urge all of you who know how to use the internet, please send an e-consult through! I’ve had some problems lately and I sent an e-consult around 2pm for me to then get a call around 3:45pm on the same day booking me an appointment to see Dr Selina. Dr Salina was very efficient, very thorough and as I had clearly stated my problems, had already made a plan in mind for me before I went into the consultation room. We followed the plan after my assessment and I was safety netted as per her professional advice. I’d rather stick to the surgery/doctors whom I’ve been registered with since birth as I’d find it difficult to engage and start from scratch again. I know times are hard and everybody is going through a rough patch but it takes nothing to be kind and considerate. Thankyou all at Picton, you’re all amazing!

    Being a patient from childhood I was Initially extremely disappointed with the medical practice when I was in need of medical treatment. However, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Hafeez and highlight that it is possible for one person within an organisation to have a huge impact on winning hearts and minds as this Doctor has by simply taking ownership of my issue by actually taking the time to understand & assess my issue. I just hope that the efforts of Dr Hafeez are appreciated within the practice. Full credit for earning this 5 stars rating is due to Dr Hafeez.

    I called up to make an appointment for my son he had pains in his feet . I had a call back from the in house pharmacist sania khan who was friendly and polite. She showed concern about my sons health which was reassuring.

    Called the surgery today in regards to my mother in laws medicine I had concerns about her hip pain. Sania the in house pharmacist was extremely helpful with taking down the history of my mother in laws health. We were able to see the dr the following day.

    I had made an online urgent request to get help with my 5 year old sons symptoms but as it was late in day I thought I would ring. The guy whose name I can’t remember was so good. Got a call back within 10 mins and got an emergency appointment with Mr Awais Maqsood. He was brilliant.checked my son thoroughly and got second opinion to make sure he is doing the right thing. Saying that he has only been at his job for couple of months. He is brilliant and with time and experience it will only get better I am sure. Thanks a lot.

    Rang the medical practice to get some medication and spoke to a male called suhail who kept on repeating use the online services to request this and never helped/explained on how to do it. During the phone call he sounded fedup when I explained I couldnt do it and he muttered things under his breath and made me feel bad. I asked how to make a complaint to the practice manager and he sarcastically replied back look online how to do it. As I already have anxiety and not being very tech literate this caused me to feel very bad and triggered my anxiety. Very disappointed with the service I received.

    This surgery is the worst centre I have ever joined. Inferior services, I do not recommend this surgery; My five-year-old daughter got seriously ill due to them not providing medication, even though we warned them that this could worsen and affect my vulnerable daughter’s health. She is also a child With special needs. Horrible 😡😡doctors they don’t have a clue, and they don’t care About people’s Health or life. 😡

😐 I had my day 2, 5 and 8 test done with Roshni clinic. My test results were out within 12 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I had to travel to the clinic as there was a delay with the parcel service.

👍👍 I had my first dry cupping with Claire. Claire made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Claire gave me lots of information to help me with my problem, talked me through what she was going to do. A very lovely lady, would recommend her anyone looking to have cupping done.
