    It's not the first time this has happened but one receptionist who must work in a afternoon, I am absolutely appalled by her telephone manners. I think it's absolutely disgusting and dam right rude !!!!

    Receptionists seem to think they're some sort of doctor. They have horrible attitudes and its like they get a satisfaction from telling you they have no phone call appointments for 3 weeks (Youve died by time they phone you). Worst doctors ever, avoid at all costsโ˜บ๏ธ

    I used to be registered with this surgery ,had to moved to another as even all the lockdown been and go and all restrictions have been lifted this surgery still keep the doors locked, u cannot get an appointment no matter how hard u try ,u call in the morning and after 3to 4 rings the phone cuts off ,rude staff really bad service, avoid this surgery to all cost as now they have few surgeries they don't care about the care of patients

    Not very friendly staff .when you go there for registration you can see their body language that they are not happy.donโ€™t explain procedure in details kut try to get rid off asap do better to ask your self and make sure you know what to do.

    Absolutely appalling costumer service skills. The attitude and arrogance on these receptionists gets me blood boiling. Never left a review in my life. I thought it was a one off at first so gave it a benefit of doubt. But its everytime you ring. Its like they got a problem you ringing. Someone higher up needs to check in on they staff and how they speak to the patients. Shocking.

    I've got a bad chest infection which with the pandemic going on with covid which im in the catch for death id be able to get some antibiotics but no had to wait 7 minutes for a answer from the phone then I was told I cant speak to a doctor and I cant get any medication when I'm down on the records with a bad chest due to my work

    I made an appointment for 20/11/20, I was informed a nurse would call me in the afternoon, no appointment time was given. On 20/11/20 it got to 4pm and the nurse hadn't called me so I rang reception and was informed the surgery closes at 6 so they have 2 hours to call me back. I waited until 5.45pm and still no call. I called and reception staff said there was a mix up and a nurse would call me back. A nurse called me at 6.05pm and explained that I could pick up a prescription on Monday morning. I was irritated at this point as I needed the prescription over the weekend and had to wait until Monday. On Monday 23rd I went to collect my prescription and was informed no prescription was made. A nurse called me on 24th and I had another appointment via telephone with a different nurse. She said my prescription would be ready to collect on Friday, why it takes 4 days to write a prescription I do not know. Then on Thursday 26th I received a letter from the surgery stating I did not attend my appointment on 20/11/20. I am appalled with the service at this GP. The reception staff and the first nurse I spoke to were incompetent and then they have the audacity to send me a letter complaining that I DNA the appointment when it was them that didn't call me and didn't put my prescription request through when I first asked. Furthermore the reception staff were very rude and abrupt over the phone. I understand that they may be under additional pressure due to Covid but I believe this type of incompetence is not acceptable.

    I changed to this Doctors as its closer for me which was a mistake. I suffer from chronic pain and have a lot of issues with my spine. I have now stopped phoning the Doctors as they don't read my notes and do not help me at all. I'm disabled and my legs dont really work anymore which is for life, these Doctor's have wrote to my employers and have told them that basically after my next operation I'll be fit and well.....? Eh I can bet they weren't reading my file at all when my employers wrotw to them for an update. So now I'm trying to change back to my Other Doctor's fingers crossed its soon. So think twice before joining this Doctor's.

    The receptionist is horrible. Her behaviour puts you off calling in the first place. The one with short white hair assumed just because I wasnโ€™t white I couldnโ€™t speak English, and tried to correct me on every sentence aggressively, lol??? The younger ones are always super nice tho

    Waited 25min on Thursday to be told my pricription was not ready so told them I'd call in for it Fri waited another 20 mins told me to call back for two items .I put my pricription in on Friday the 1st

    Receptionist I know you're very busy but please listen to the caller you don't always know the answer before the question has been asked. Your stressed anxious get you off the phone asap voices don't help either either
