If you're a nervous patient or have a phobia of the dentist this is the place for you. I have a severe phobia of the dentist after an awful experience as a teenager which has ended up with me having a totally decayed wisdom tooth and I've been in absolute agony. I was in and out in about half an hour, had my tooth pulled with no pain or discomfort at all, the only part that was uncomfortable was the initial injection but even that wasn't painful just felt pressure. More numbing was given before the actual extraction, I didn't even know the tooth had been pulled until I was told it was done. I was very tearful at first but the dental nurse held my hand through out, I can't remember the dentists name but I believe he was Eastern European. There was absolutely no messing about, he was very matter of fact and reassuring and didn't linger on any part of the treatment meaning I didn't have the time to get more anxious. Didn't make me feel daft for being so nervous either which really helped (I normally pass it with needles). Brilliant advice on after care given, and 8 hours later I have no pain and very little swelling. If you can get these guys through 111 then you'll be looked after brilliantly. Totally changed my perception of dental treatment and I can't give anymore praise.

I was referred here via 111 for urgent dental treatment for toothache. I had two teeth removed incredibly quickly and with minimum discomfort by a lovely and professional dentist and her assistant. Because the level of care was about the best I could hope to receive at a dentist's, I wanted to leave a review for the benefit and reassurance of others. There are lots of reviews on here about the door to the treatment room being open while you're being treated; it was but it was just onto a corridor and not the waiting room. No big deal. There are also lots of reviews from people who were unhappy at not being prescribed antibiotics. I spent a bit of time researching this issue and asking questions. There is also a poster in the waiting room with information on the subject. For me personally, the problem was solved by extraction. So do research, ask questions is my advice. I didn't get the name of the dentist who treated me and I can't speak for the other dentists at the practice but if you have an urgent dental need and are referred here by 111, my experience is that you'll receive the best possible treatment and you are in safe hands.

I was referred here for a tooth extraction from 111. I am petrified of dentists but I was quickly put at ease by all the staff. The lovely dentist I saw (Liz) was fantastic and very caring. She quickly and painlessly removed the tooth once she had confirmed the anaesthetic had taken full effect & the relief of my toothache was instant! Highly recommend to anyone in need of an emergency dentist! Thank you everyone

Was referred to here by 111 due to excruciating toothache. i’m absolutely petrified of the dentist but i can not thank the staff enough (the receptionist, the dentist and the dental nurse) for looking after me. i really struggle with looking after myself and tend to leave things like toothache when it happens but this time the pain was too much. the staff didn’t shame me in any way and made sure i wasn’t in pain. they kept checking in with me through every step of the treatment. so thank you so so much for looking after me today.

I called 111 for urgent dental treatment for a very painful toothache and was referred immediately to the Night Dental the next day. As I am always afraid of dentist, going into the dental clinic was horrifying but I got a very warm lovely welcome from the receptionist. They are all professional both dentist and his assistant as they know what they are doing as I was given the quickest and no pain tooth extraction and he gave me a thorough explanation on the after care tooth extraction. I am sure if you are referred here, surely you will be in good hands.

After reading reviews on here, I was feeling a little apprehensive about my urgent visit here. However, the premises themselves were clean and the receptionist was helpful. My appointment was at 8:20 but I went in at 8:35, i wasnt fussed about the short wait. When i did see the dentist, he was friendly and knowledgeable which put me at ease. Thankfully he was in agreement with me that my infection was too advanced to allow an extraction on this occasion and I left with a prescription for antibiotics. If I am ever to experience another unfortunate dental emergency on a bank holiday weekend, I would feel comfortable coming back here again. Many thanks for your help.

I had suffered with tooth ache for the last few days and was referred here by 111. I was so nervous having had a negative experience at another dentist. The dentist (Banan) and the nurse (Iqra) patiently listened to my concerns and gave me reassurance. My tooth had to be filled. They talked me though it and helped me to feel at ease. If l need further treatment I would be much happier to re visit. Thank you both.

Had a tooth extracted here. The dentist and assistant explained everything very well and talked me through the procedure. Then pulled the tooth without any pain or hiccups. Couldn’t ask for a better pair. Thanks :)

I had very bad tooth ache for a number of days, after contacting 111, I was given an appointment for this dentist. From the moment I walked into the reception. The staff, from the Receptionist, the dental nurse, the dentist. I have nothing but praise. Very friendly, I was made to feel at ease straight away. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and very professional, as was all the staff. No more tooth problems, all within 15 mins max. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

I dont know where these negative reviews come from. Staff and dentist are fantastic, very kind and willing to explain everything step by step. Dentist is very professional he extracts my wisdom teeth in just 30 minutes. After 5 days in pain agone I went sleep without any painkillers. I expected big pain after wisdom teeth extractions but I had not a single pain after removal. Highly recommend this dental centre. Thank you again for top service!!!

Was referred here through 111. Extremely friendly staff and the dentist Alex, total professional. He informed of my problem and the procedure. He was quick and effective, and even after the anaesthetic wore off there was no soreness or headaches. Would highly recommend this place,!

I went here this morning after being referred by 111 service. I am an extremely nervous patient and was terrified. The receptionist was very polite and I was seen almost immediately. The dentist and the dental nurse were honestly amazing. They reassured me the whole time, were gentle and explained everything about the procedure. I needed to have my broken wisdom tooth removed and I was waiting for some sort of intense pain as it was pulled. It didnt want to come out and gave a good fight but the dentist got it out. And I felt absolutely no pain. I was genuinly shocked when I was told it was all finished. All I had felt was some pressure and pulling feelings but 100 percent zero pain at all. And the whole time they asked if I was alright, reassured me I was fine and that the sounds were normal and nothing to worry about. I felt safe and in the best hands and it has really helped with my dental phobia. Absolutely amazing service

Rang 111 who provided me with an appointment at this surgery. Absolutely brilliant dentist (sorry didn’t get your name but she was a lovely lady) also her dental nurse was extremely supportive and did a fantastic job in making me feel at ease. They managed to treat me in the best way and I am now pain free! Keep up the good work ladies πŸ‘

The dentist I saw was amazing. Unfortunately i dont know his name. Ran me through the process step by step. Reassured me and it felt like he actually cared about my situation rather than treating me like "just another patient". It was also a Sunday as an emergency. He listened very well. Explained very well. Procedure was pain-free. Pulling but literally no pain. Can't explain it great but just the way he was was excellent. 100% Recommend

Referred by 111, receptionist was very helpful and answered all the questions I asked while waiting to be seen. I had a lovely dentist who sung throughout administering treatment, very good at making me feel comfortable as I was in a lot of discomfort. Overall visit, very welcoming and would definitely recommend

Went here after a 111 referral. The receptionist and dental nurse were both really lovely but the actual dentist was rude and unprofessional. I have no idea what her name is but she was a youngish Asian lady and she clearly hates her job. Also after having my tooth extracted there was no mouthwash given which I find really odd. The only positive was she whipped my tooth out in like 30 seconds, but she really needs to learn how to handle patients better.

No dentist like it. They’re the best. They was calm. Made me feel less anxious when I was getting fillings. I even had my 4year old daughter with me as her dad was in Manchester and they never complained I had her with me, she was so calm and even though I was the one being seen. The dentist gave my little girl a couple of stickers for her good behaviour. Will deffo be going there again after ringing 111 last night. Highly recommend. And I was worried to go to a dentist after previous experiences with other dentist. But they was so calm and amazing especially since I bad a bad broken tooth and they fixed it well with a filling x

Hello! I don't usually write reviews, but I must this time. I have a quite bad experience with dentists, however, this time was different. I was taken care of very well, reassured, explained well every step and listen to if I was in some sort of pain. I appreciated the patience, honesty and different options that the dentist gave me. Unlike my usual doctor, who gave me a poor option that I did not want to go through with, and had to endure pain while looking for other dentists. The procedure was almost painless and fix most of the problems. Too bad I can't be a patient. I definitely recommend this place for emergencies (:

Really friendly staff! Would love to have them as a permanent dentist but i think you can only come as an emergency patient. Real shame because the dentist was amazing, really kind and explained everything really well. The receptionist was lovely too, very friendly and welcoming.

I don’t usually write reviews but I really feel I need too. The dentist I had was absolutely amazing. He gave me my options of what to do with my broken tooth and gave me the best advice. I decided to go with tooth removal and I was extremely nervous due to my fear of dentists. He made me feel so at ease, he even put music on to help distract me. The assistant was so lovely too, she even offered to hold my hand which I had to turn down so I didn’t squeeze it off πŸ˜‚ I saw a few of the other dentist in and out of the room and I could see how well they dealt with their patients… honestly do not worry about coming here. You will definitel be looked after! (Especially if you are a drama queen like me)

I went to the centre as a very anxious patient with acute tooth pain on Sunday evening. Both the dentist and the dental nurse put me at my ease. The care was excellent, kind and compassionate. Not only was my emergency dealt with it has also left me feeling more confident going forward with future treatment. Thank you.

Took my 6 month pregnant wife to this dental clinic. Dentist decided to remove the tooth. Even though giving local anaesthetic during pregnancy is safe, I informed 111 and also the receptionist at the dental care that my wife is 6 month pregnant. After the tooth extraction, the dentist told my wife she can take ibuprofen for the pain, eventhough it is not recommended nor safe to take Ibuprofen during pregnancy. When I asked the dentist, he said you never told us she was pregnant! This was extremely shocking as I informed 111 and also the receptionist. Surely there would have been a note flagged up on the system to say my wife was pregnant. We should not have to tell every individual medical person that she is pregnant. Theres a digital record on the NHS for a reason, if the dentist had bothered checking!

Came here for an emergency dental appointment through 111. Feels as though wisdom tooth is coming through. Can not eat due to the pain and can hardly open my mouth. The receptionist was nice enough however the dentist seemed to be in a rush. The room door was open with a sight into the waiting room. She put the xray object in my mouth and when I said it really hurt she was rude. She looked for thirty seconds told me there was nothing she could see and to call back in a few days if still in pain. Absolutely rubbish and gutted that I paid Β£25 for that service. I have now gone to another dentist the same day. Avoid.

Dentist and receptionist were polite. But the treatment was none existent and a waste of my time. I wonder how much training the dentist actually had because she lacked knowledge with my questions and sprayed my wisdom tooth with numbing Liquid out of a small syringe when she claimed she had cleaned it. I have dental training and she didn't even use the correct equipment for a clean. Just told me I need a specialist, find an nhs dentist for a referral (like I haven't been on waiting lists for over 2 years) NHS sort it out
