Excellent customer service. Gave us plenty of advice and help with what we needed. Have been advised to go online to start our orders of raw food deliveries for our dog, have had a look but not totally sure what to start with. They did say to come back in when we have the dog so it can be weighed and a proper diet plan put together an delivered to our door all for a reasonable price. Great to have such expertise at hand.

Visited today to pick up some kibble for my Labrador as I'd ran out and just found out this company stocked it (normally bought online), I have thought in the past about switching him to a raw diet and after my experience today I have done just that! I dealt with a girl called Lauren and she was EXTREMELY helpful! She gave me lots of useful information, answered every single question I had (there was a lot) and made me lose any doubts or anxieties about trying to complete the transition myself, which has put me off in the past. All the hard work is done for us, all we need to do is collect and feed! I honestly can not recommend this company enough, whether you feed raw or kibble, want treats, beds, leads etc, you name it they have it! Thank you once again for being so helpful!

What a great shop! Very helpful staff. Prices a bit higher than elsewhere but we buy from here regularly it’s very convenient. Raw meet stock can be a bit hit and miss, but staff are helpful to inform you when stock is arriving. Huge space inside and dog friendly too!

Great range of raw & non raw pet foods, treats and lots of other goodies for your furbabies. The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing to note is that they don't have all of the raw food they sell in the freezers on the shop floor, so if you've seen it on the website make sure to ask the staff as it's likely to be in the big stockroom freezers.

Once again, there is an extensive choice of good quality raw food, and the in-house delivery service is outstanding. Stefs delivery van service is one of the biggest selling points for me as you can rest easy knowing that the food is going to arrive still frozen and you even get to track the van live too. This in my opinion puts Stefs business well ahead of the rest. I consider myself a regular now.

Over the moon with this amazing place! They have a fantastic, wide variety of foods, pet supplements, toys and many other animal items (coats, harnesses, blankets, enrichment puzzles etc). Everything they stock seems to be very high quality with a focus on natural ingredients and optimum, animal health. I started feeding my 2 chihuahuas raw food, 9 months ago and have never looked back! It seems that raw food is a specialty of theirs and the staff are super helpful in offering advice and support on this. I like to visit the store in person (plenty of free parking available) but they also have the option of home delivery available which is handy. By far, my most favourite pet shop!

Well what can I say. This place has an amazing selection of raw food at amazing prices. This was my very first order with them and it was a great process from start to finish. I was able to track the driver so I knew exactly when my order would arrive. The driver was friendly. The food was nice and frozen when it arrived. Will definitely be using again as my dog got very excited when the order arrived

Really helpful and knowledgeable, after trying a few specialty food companies really glad I found these guys, there knowledge is second to none and my working spaniels are in such better condition after being put on their recommended diet.

Ignorant company that can't be bothered to let people know they haven't been successful in their application for a job, rather let a search engine do their dirty work. It's what H.R.s job is, it's why that job is laughable as they don't do anything at all. Wouldn't know experience and talent if it slapped them in their face. I visited the store today and spoke to Vanessa about my dog's itchy ears...as always she was incredibly helpful in discussing allergy tests, elimination diets and confirmed my thoughts that I should probably avoid chicken and beef in the first instance..I thoroughly enjoy my fortnightly trips over to Bingley, the staff are great and the range of food, chews and treats is incredible....well worth a visit! 😊😊

Amazing choice available! Wow... Just happened to be staying nearby and ran out of food for Pixie... So found they stocked her favourite raw food. Lovely staff, with loads of choice, and a wealth of treats, toys and more to pick from. Well worth a visit if possible.

We left it too late to meet delivery of raw dog food from our usual supplier so looked online for local alternative. So glad we found Stefs Pet Pantry. The shop is HUGE and filled with all things for pets and wild animals. We got a great selection of raw food from our usual supplier, but they stock lots of different raw foods from a number of suppliers. We also got a selection of animal treats. They selection is vast, so was difficult to choose. Lovely helpful staff. And they also run a loyalty club and delivery service. Great find for us.
