Visited the café upstairs. Tbh. The high chairs are so dirty and one still had food on it (where it’s put away) there is food all over the floor. Very very poor cleaning. There was 6 customers so it’s not if there busy. Tables left with cups and food on them. The table I was at had food on it. Place need a very deep clean. Staff are friendly but standing around wile they could be cleaning tables. Will not be going back. Update April 2023. I have since been back to see what has been done about it and you guessed it nothing it’s a mess. There’s no one eating there and the staff are not even bothered. Avoid.

Came Monday for a click & collect & even after showing the worker the email & the txt message she refused to hand over my parcel claiming it wasn't enough proof that it was my parcel I'd come to collect. I asked if my daughter sent photo of my driver's license which is proof of identity but she wasn't having any of it very difficult. No where does it state on the email that you need to bring any form of ID when collecting your parcel. If it did I'd have brought it with me . Luckily the manager excepted that a photo of my license was proof enough for me to collect my parcel. Definitely has put me off ordering again.

Asda living is a nice place to go for an item of clothing, a household item or some gifts for the kids. It always seems to have more range of goods than just visiting the supermarket. Queues are not often very bad as staffing levels seem to be kept quite high on the tills when needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I don't in general enjoy 'shopping' for the sake of it, but if I need something and have to go to get it, this is somewhere I don't mind picking up the odd thing.

Worst......Today I have worst experience of my life at asda living. I told a guy to help me about a product but he told me that he can't help. I told him is there any body other can help me he replied with big nooo. And when I checkout with 2 product he intentionally did not remove tag from my clothes which I buy. And at the exit alarm start ringing because cashier did not remove tag from my cloth intentionally. security deal me with very bad behaviour and talking me very rude . When I ask security that I want to talk with manager he security start to threaten me.There was much more but I can't explain . A place where even their own fault they did not feel bad and even abusing me more and more. A place where cashier and security abuse customer with their own fault. Worst....

Good store for household items, clothing, toys and gifts. There's also a small electronics collection. And the price is good enough 😉

Appalled at attitude from manager in black shirt. Told my kids in the next aisle: “when I tell you to stop playing with the ball, you stop playing with the ball”. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be visiting again. Staff need to learn manners. 0 customer service skills there.

A good place for quality house hold items. While you pick items to blend the aesthetics of your home you might find a thing or two for your wardrobe too or a gift that suits the needs of a loved one.

Got served by Allison, who couldn’t make a return for me and became really frustrated with me, as if it was an issue with my card. She misplaced the receipt and blamed me for it, told me to come back tomorrow without a receipt, as if they would allow the return, so she could go on break. Then another colleague did it for me and he did it in 10 seconds with no issues. The other staff are very nice.

The security guard gives you quite an intimidating look on the way in which I think is weird. If I was there to steal, you'd be giving me that look as I tried to leave right? Besides him, the staff are lovely. Glad to see they've manned the upstairs checkouts.

Really poor store now days . The upstairs is good and normally have some good deals on too. But the downstairs is not very good. The mens clothing is not very good anymore .

A drab depressing untidy store with very little merit at all apart from reasonable prices. Unattractive and not appealing. Personally I would avoid it usually but decided to try the click and collect. I would not go again unless absolutely desperate

They have a lot of things to choose from, plenty of stock and easily found. It's well organised and the store is very clean and tidy. There's two floors and you've got a till upstairs as well as one on the ground floor. Checkout was quick and easy. Even the car park is easily accessed and there's always spaces free, even on busy days. Highly recommend going here for everything from towels and linens to clothes, toys and books!

Handy place to go to buy clothes and to go in the cafe but not always enough staff working on the tills so a lot of queuing.

Plenty of parking, shop not too busy. Plenty of staff on, ladies fashion section Plenty of choice and good prices. mens fashion section really really boringly basic.

Asda Cafe - avoid if you can, very rude staff member, doesn't know how to talk to customers, talks to you like your a 2nd class citizen, was going to get kids some hot food as discussing with kids what to get them, shouts "No hot food for kids", only cold sandwich, asked about adult food and had something hot, so was confused why kids couldn't have the same, however left it and I walked away, wont be using this cafe again.

Asda living at foster square 2 month ago I abought a £60 pram .. name of it is .. odyssey deluxe pushchair .. there’s nothing deluxe about it .. at first my thoughts on the pram was good the pram sat my 1 year old baby boy up straight but as the days went on the back wheel started to wobble with in a week And a half the inner left back wheel fell off then the other back inner right wheel fell off luckily enough I was still able to use it as at that time because I had already bought this one at £60 I wasn’t able to buy one till 2 week ago we was travelling to Blackpool and had to buy another one thought 2 my self it might have just been one dodgy pram so I did And to find out they had gone down to £30 each I wonder why so total £90... but no to my surprise a week later the back outer wheel fell Ella off and 10 minutes ago the other back putter wheel has fell off .. what am in to do can’t afford one from anywhere good but I thought asda livings one might’ve take a while to break .. hopefully il will get some help towards a new one I have to walk to school everday 6 times

Absolutely disgraceful customer service , all running behind counter like headless chickens in a kebab shop. Could’ve left the country come back and still be waiting... Bald guy workin there walks around like a butler like he been sent by Prince Charles to work for Asda. Do your job and serve your customers rather than walk around like a butler. I’ll pay for your transplant if it means improving the service. Get a grip.

Arrived at store around 7.40 and the entrance doors were already locked. So I walked in through the exit entrance as shoppers came out. Pathetic that it’s closing much earlier than stated on the opening times. I had bought some clothes on Sunday from the store. On Monday my wife tried the top on my son, she realised the tag stated £16 so she looked at the receipt and realised this should have been apart of a set and the shorts were missing. I took it back today and explained to the counter staff and showed them the receipt and explained the shorts were missing. She check with the bar code and said yes this should be part of a 4 pack set. Another lady from the back jumped in and started checking, I explained that I just wanted the missing part of the set. She then contacted her manger from the phone behind the counter and said the top has been tried on and suggested that I may be lying. At that point I said that they should look at the cctv and they will clearly see what was sold. Totally unprofessional. She went to look at the cctv and realised the shorts were missing. This person really needs to be put on a customer service course as her attitude and manner was totally unacceptable. Establish the facts before making a judgment. In the end I asked for my money back as they didn’t have anymore of the same outfit. I won’t be visiting there again.

I went to this store this afternoon to buy some pairs of jean trousers and at the till i was served by a member of staff by the name Nicola. Well experienced, friendly and good customer service. How i wish every shop in Bradford had friendly staff like her. 100% happy about my shopping today.

Iv never seen such unhelpful and unprofessional customer service at this branch! They treat their customers like rubbish, went to return a item that had 2 year guarantee not even used and was refused! The “manager” apparantly refused to return it for no apparant reason! No such such thing as equality and diversity in that place! Just because there was a language barrier they took advantage, spoke rudely and refused to return

Easy access automatic doors at entrances and spacious isles. Eveything is well spaced out and never too over crowded. Asda Living sells a good range of products and even has a pharmacy to make life easy.
