Worst phone shop in Bradford town. All his phones are dodgy and come with many faults which he refuses to fix after purchasing. He advertises under loads of different names on selling sites but all for the same company, sells used refurbished phones as “brand new” and has a terrible attitude towards his customers. Absolutely would recommend to avoid at all costs if you don’t want the headache!

I purchased a Samsung Note 20 from here and the guy said the phone is “like new” i had bought this as a gift for my brother and not even 2 weeks of using it, it already had battery issues (it would die quickly) i had samsung to come down to my house and have it checked over which they said it has a faulty battery. I took it back to the phone shop and they said they want money on top to replace the battery. They sold me a dodgy phone and want more money on top

Discussing, Discusting, Discusting These are discusting people and sell dodgy phones. Fizzy x wrote a review, which is true. That the phone battery died after 2 weeks. All the good reviews are fake and written by them selves. I bought an iPhone 8 plus, which was supposed to be unlocked. After going back and telling them that the phone is not unlocked. They told me it would take a week unlock. I asked for my money back, as I needed the phone for my son, to take with him to school. After an argument, with the discusting, horrible, vile people that work there. I got no refund and they kept the phone. Please avoid this shop. There are plenty of other shops, go to anyone else, but these vile, discusting people.

The staff at bismillah are really lovely but be cautious if you buy a phone. This is not a negative review! However most phones especially the latest Samsung phones note 10 plus s20 s21 fold are all imported from another country. I have a note 10 plus 5g that is stuck on android 9. It isn't a UK model the CSC code in the phone is not correct. it is from India I believe after doing my research. I have also had this confirmed that the phone is infact not a UK model and has been imported. I have bought many phones from these guys and they are still working perfect to this day. Just please take note that you'll be locked to android 9 on a phone that should be running android one UI 4?? This just means the phones always going to be running old software... all my Samsung phones have come with this issue and you just cant update the software. I don't know what these guys do but they are pretty smart when it comes to business and making a profit, all these negative reviews I see are fake. I'll see you soon boss when I need a new Samsung at a very cheap price!

Bought a iPhone 13. Asked multiple times if it’s brand new. Man says “we have to open them since we’ve been scammed previously”. I took his word. Came home started the phone up, checked battery health, battery health for a so called “brand new phone just box been opened” was on 93%. Anyways went back to him and the man had the cheek to say “well cmon they’ve been used a bit”. I even said to him so many times upon purchasing are u sure it’s just been opened and he said yeah just opened not used brand new trust. Paid £500 for a phone with 93% battery health. I got a full refund, which was good. But don’t waste your time please. Your gunna be disappointed trust me.

Avoid, Discusting, Horrible Avoid this shop at all costs, I bought an iPhone and was told that the iPhone was unlocked. When I took the iPhone home and put an ee sim init. The iPhone didn't work, I went back to the shop and was told that I would need to leave the phone with them for week to unlock. The iPhone was for my kid for school, as I needed a phone urgently I asked for a refund so I can buy a phone from elsewhere. I was told that no refunds are possible. The fault here is Bismillah stores for telling me that the iphone is unlocked. The short pakistani man and the 2 other men in the shop, swore at me and told me to get out of the shop, they all threatened me and said there's nothing you can do. Go and call your husband and brothers, what can they do. They took my phone, I have reported them to the police and trading standards. This is a horrible, disgusting shop, with complete idiots working there. Be careful and take care off your self. As a Muslim female, I am advising you to not step a foot in this shop, it is not safe for you. Don't go to Bismillah phone shop. They will scam you, disrespect you and harm you. Discusting shop and horrible workers.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a phone as this guy is selling faulty phone for extortionate prices.I have purchased an iPhone X recently as he advertised on tik tok he described the phones as over 90% battery health with a variety of colours for £150.I went to his shop checked one of the iPhone X and battery health was 81% and worst thing about it he charged me £170,obviously ripping off customers with different prices and then he writes me a receipt for £165? He’s robbing customers left right and centre,not a good place to ge as he’s ripping off people with his extortionate pricing and poor customer service

I bought 2 photos from them and they are the best. One phone was not unlocked to all network but they helped me through the phone. And it’s working 100% now. I recommend if you want good phone go @bismillahphone.

I love this shop and will happily recommend to anyone. The staff are always super friendly and lovely and the service is great – really fast, good prices, always happy with the product or result. Recently had my screen repaired in minutes at a really decent price (cheaper than I've found elsewhere, and much faster) and they give really good, helpful recommendations. Not often I get enthused about a phone shop but they're great. 10/10

Contacted them initially through Facebook. Replied quickly and provided a phone number to call. Spoke on the phone then went to the shop. On arrival I was recognised straight away and knew exactly what I had come for. Bought a great reconditioned iPhone for my daughter, looks brand new, came with brand new charger too. Came with a guarantee too. Great shop and will be going back again for my son a phone.

Lovely service and very friendly staff. He promises to take about 20 mins to repair your screen but ends up doing it quicker. Much better prices than most other stores and very reliable. Would most defo come back for all my future technology repairs.

Service is amazing here!! I came in 10 minutes before closing and they still accepted my repair. Fixed my iPhone x screen in 20minutes with no issues. Watched take pride in her work by cleaning my phone before fitting the new screen. My phone is like brand new, great prices will be returning.

After communicating and doing a deal on 2 iPhone 8 Plus phones for Christmas I travelled all the way from York to them and told they didn’t have the phones when they new the date I was going. It was disgusting service and they couldn’t care less then sold me to lower than I wanted for the same price absolute joke avoid them at all costs god only no’s if the phones even work con men that’s wat they are

I had a boken screen and touch sensor on iPhone 13 Pro The phone was successfully completed in under the time provided when I dropped the phone off. I give them 5 stars and would recommend their business to any of my family or friends!!!!

Used to be a very good shop however they can’t stick to their word they tell you one thing and do another for example they give you a price for an item and ask to return next day as we are closing then change the price and then deny they gave a price a day before I will not be using this shop again word of mouth is very important

Had a great experience. They have an amazing collection with all variants and colors of top end mobiles. Bought Samsung S23 ultra . Running great with no issues, successfully registered for 2 years warranty on Samsung website. Got a screen guard and cover for the phone with the deal. The shopkeeper also threw in a great Bluetooth speaker to sweeten the deal. Would definitely come here for my next purchase and refer all my friends.

Best service i ever had ! My i phone 13 camera lens got broken and i was worried, then one of my friend suggest me to this shop, when i went there they repaired my phone like anything! I got shocked how they did that! I prefer every one if you want any new phone and accessories please visit there.

went to go get my battery replaced they gave me a ”dead” battery my phone was on 1% the whole time despite being on charge , requested a refund as i paid before hand and the owner got defensive , said they dont offer refunds, the conversation got extremely heated and started swearing at me , also told me to leave the shop , this is not how you treat customers when you’re in the wrong !!!

Paid £270 for a second hand samsung a72 phone kept freezing and dropping web pages and coming up with ui not responding went back owner says do a hard reset which i did still same went back again says leave it with me i will send to samsung for repair then asks for receipt which wraps round phone i leave it a few days then call still not back from samsung then around 6 days later i call again this kamran says yes back from samsung i collect phone from shop ask for receipt which they say they now conveniently cant find get home switch it on phone just the same with same fault now i have no proof i bought it off them they knew what they was doing by saying they cant find my receipt and say come back a few days later we will have found it by then more lies and now i have no proof i bought it off them, i rang samsung a few days later they confirmed they never had the phone from bismiilah phones in reality my phone never left the shop for repair so if you buy a faulty phone off this conman it will not be repaired and you wont get a refund he will just pretend it has been repaired he knew this phone was faulty as he would have to have done a hard reset before he put it on sale never again will i buy a phone or have one repaired by these chancers/scammers it will either be a private sale or from a reputable retailer
