They sold me a ring with 30 day money back if my wife did not like it. As it happened she did not and 2 weeks later I went back and they said it had been worn so they could not refund me the £1500. They are very nice when trying to sell but do not honour the 30 day refund. I have opened a case with trading standards and contacted my card provider. The manger is arrogant and rude. Will not buy from them again

Purchased a forever diamond many years ago and after several years I had an issue and the store sent my item out for repair and contacted me throughout the full process without any additional charge. You really do get a lifetime reassurance and guarantee that you have purchased from a reputable company

I respect the steps taken to rectify the situation. Original review - Visited store on 01/05/23 Poor and unprofessional service. When I asked for assistance I was dismissed while new customers who walked in were being served. I would not recommend this branch. Other reviews have also stated bad service. I visited to buy a G shock watch. I already knew which one I wanted. I asked the female member of staff who was there for help. She looked annoyed. She told me she will be with me in 2 minutes as she is serving a customer. This was completely understandable and I was happy to wait. As soon as she said that, to my surprise, she began helping new customers who just walked in the store despite being able to see me waiting. She did not inform them that she was serving another customer and was happy to help them immediately. Very unprofessional as she made it clear she chose not to help me.

Alisha at Broadway store was super helpful in assisting me find earrings for my niece. I would defo recommend getting served by her especially when your finding it difficult to find a the perfect gift. I wish her all the success in her field. Dylan took the time to recommend and help me design a custom ring. He was very helpful in recommending rings based on the different designs I had in mind. He gave me multiple rings to try on based on features I like so that we could design rings the perfect custom made engagement ring. I recommend working with Dylan if you want to find the perfect ring! He takes the time and effort and is very knowledgable.

as soon as i entered the shop i was greeted by a man named Ethan who was very helpful i was very specific in what i wanted and he helped my find what was fitting my description and let me try on a few watches. very friendly and helped my find the perfect one , there was also another member of staff i believe her name was megan if i read the name tag correctly but she was also very welcoming and friendly just as Ethan was. With one month to go before our wedding, while walking through The Bradford Shopping Centre, we realised we had planned everything but our wedding rings! We walked past the H. Samuel store and we instantly felt welcomed and looked after by Ethan and Hannah. Previously, we were unsure about the style of the rings we want and where to get them from. By speaking to Ethan and Hannah, we were able to tell them our dream ring (Möbius strip) and that we were on a tight schedule as we are driving to the Lake District for our Wedding in just 3 weeks' time. And they made it happen 🎉💍2️⃣ Within 2-3 weeks, we had two stunning custom rings in the shape of a Möbius strip in our hands. They look even better than we ever imagined. We had never been to the store before but felt like Ethan and Hannah were sharing the anticipation and enthusiasm of our upcoming wedding and really making it feel special for us. Thank you both, we'll come round after the wedding to show you the pictures!

I have a bad experience with this company. I bought an engagement ring which unfortunately turned out to be too big. I had it reduced to the correct size, unfortunately they shrunk it incorrectly and the ring was still too big. They said that I should wait 4-6 weeks for the next reduction. Laughable. I do not recommend!

Disappointing Customer Experience Went into the Broadway store Bradford this afternoon there were 4 staff and only 2 customers and no one served me. I had chosen what I wanted and tried to get assistance for 20 + minutes and ended up walking out of the shop with nothing. I was also on crouches. This resulted in this store loosing a purchase and a very unhappy customer.

First time I've felt the need to leave a review, but the service in this store was so poor, with bad attitude towards customers. H Samuel have already been great in the past, however this branch lacks any decent or basic customer service.
