Pleasant It has a very large car park and disable parking Lovely displays Lots of plants There are Wheelchairs available at the entrance next to the trolleys Good Idea There is a cafeteria When I came outside I saw a stunning panoramic view of the country side with cows in the distance and meandering hills To be able to sit outside with an afternoon tea overlooking the idealic view would be "The cherry on the cake" I hope the idea of having tables and chairs outside eg bistro tables will catch on Very friendly Highly recommended I visited Moss & Moor again recently lovely place worth going Expensive but plants well and fairly priced Friendly Staff enjoyable I will be going again 😊 Re previous review - disabled toilet door now fixed so now I give it 5 star

Visited on a Sunday morning, to find the centre really busy - always a good sign! We were looking for plants for a terrarium and needed some advice. A wonderful lady called Kirsten came to our rescue! She was so knowledgeable & helpful, without being pushy. It was so refreshing to find a garden centre who had the staff to give advice & guidance. Thank you.

Neat new place in Ilkley. Well kept and maintained. Great garden centre. Great for gifts but even better for an afternoon lunch 🍰

Great new high end garden centre, shop and cafe just outside Ilkley on the road towards Leeds. Lots of attention to detail and innovative quality products. Wish this new independent business the best of luck.

I have to say that the staff I encountered were outstanding . The customer care was amazing . Thank you . In my opinion. certain places need people with experience of life to give the the best experience to their customers. This stood out a mile at this beautiful place, Thank you all very much. We really enjoyed today's visit to the garden centre and the cafe. Food and service was excellent. I really recommend that cafe for very tasty, fresh and very well prepared meals. Friendly staff and wave from the chef were just like the cherry on the icing. With pleasure we will go back and explore more from the menu and from the plants as well.

Excellent Food and Drink, highly recommend. Superb selection of fine plants and garden products. Worth at least a visit and a coffee on a rainy afternoon!

Lovely garden centre and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Disabled parking outside the building and the disabled toilets were very clean. Spent around 2 hours looking around. Would recommend 😊 xxx

Visited for the first time today. Lunch was fine no problem there - and it was a cut above the usual. However, I wanted to buy some box balls for containers. I don’t mind paying over the odds for quality but the price of the box balls was SIX times that of the identical plants at smaller nursery ten minutes away. Yes you read right. SIX times the price - and the others were not on sale or special offer and there was no difference in quality.

A really nice surprise actually, never been in since it opened but popped in for a look at garden furniture and a cuppa. The furniture was really solid and well built and reasonably priced for the quality. The restaurant was really bright and airy and staff super attentive and accommodating. Didn't eat but will be doing next time. A gem.

Been quite a few times now. Very nice place, well set out, good displays. Plants are very good. Good selection. Prices are reasonable, not expensive. Usual selection of gifts, food etc you find in garden centres, but better quality than most. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tea room/ restaurant is very nice, good food and cakes to tempt you. Lots of parking, good access. Well worth a visit.

Garden centre and gifts are very good however the cafe seemed poor to us. Limited and expensive lunchtime menu so we had cake, which tasted ok but was a very small piece for the price. Clearly trying to get too many thin pieces from the loaf. Probably won't go into the cafe again but will visit the garden centre and gift shop

Thank you to Nigel and Michael from Moss & Moor who visited us at Mayfield View Care Home this week to help with our Christmas decorations! They were super helpful and the home now looks so festive and lovely. Nigel also held a wreath making class for our residents which they absolutely loved. Thank you for such a special day.

We arrived at the restaurant just before 11.30 & were asked if we wanted lunch. We said yes, were given menus & shown to our table. The menu looked really good, but, we discovered from talking to our waitress that brunch ends at 11.30 but lunch doesn't start until 12pm. So, we were in the ludicrous position that we were unable to order any food for the next half an hour. We left & found somewhere else who were happy to take our money.

Visited on Thursday with my husband and what a lovely friendly team they are. Went to buy an egg swinging chair and various plants that were very well priced. Thank you to Jo and Micheal who helped load our van.

Fabulous brunch. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and my partner had eggs florentine. I swear, there was half a fish worth of smoked salmon! Also, the garden centre was well stocked with lovely plants and the advice was helpful.

Had lunch in the restaurant & was great. Photo is of spicy chicken burger which had so much flavour! (Only wish there were more vegetarian options) There were a wide variety of home wares (some good sale items including furniture) & indoor & garden plants.

Ate lunch here this weekend and really enjoyed it. Interesting menu - not your typical garden centre. We particularly liked the cheese soufflé. And flat white was a good one. Space itself is modern and cool. And the staff were friendly. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu

Different🤔. Not sure about it yet. Couldn't find a certain plant and I'm sure it will get better, a bit pricey but all in all a great place to have a wander around. Visited quite a lot since the first bit of my review. Visited today and found the place absolutely fabulous! Decorated for Christmas....was in awe of all the displays! Worth a visit!!

Can only comment on the food as we stopped for lunch and didn't have time to look at the garden centre. The food was first class and service was friendly and efficient. Excellent large car park. Will definitely visit again when passing on route East to West on A65.

Superb product range and a fantastic food and drink experience with the team here. There's nowhere else nearby like it! The team were very friendly and helpful when we were trying to buy everything for the garden at once, they were really patient with us. Coffee was perfect and has been every time, and the food is always very creative and tasty! I definitely recommend trying to get here for the breakfast or lunch options, and don't pass this off as any other garden centre either - you'd be terribly wrong! It is a super sustainable business with a focus on proper quality throughout. We love it.

Lovely garden centre, slightly more expensive than average but the products are exceptional quality. The staff are beyond super helpful and really cannot do enough to help. The cafe is lovely, the food is beautiful and we haven't had a bad meal. It's not like a typical garden centre but rather a lovely experience. It's not as child friendly but I like to visit without my family to enjoy it. The facilities are clean and tidy, service in the cafe is efficient, and super quick.
