As one of the ex-first employees of this store times has changed a great deal. Of course when we started in 2001 we couldnt have imagined we would be going places. Anyways not biased towards jollyes. This is a very good store with great staff. I regularly buy wild bird food here as not many places i can think of sell loose food for your pets. More people should be raving about this place as there are not many retailers who would offer very good customer services. Although i must admit our class of first ever employees were on a different level 😂. GREAT PET FOOD SUPERSTORE 👍

Really happy with my visit today needed things like cat food also lizard food.and coats for deno .and chew dental sticks. Lady was very helpfull.and polite I felt really comfy with her helping me.and with nice smile .I will deffernatly shop there In future .

Like Pets At Home, but with some things at more reasonable prices, and with slightly less of a glossy sheen. Definitely worth a visit if you're going to Pets at Home on the same site, as they're only 75 yards apart. We buy bits from both places.

Decent prices but wish they would stock more of the frozen raw dog food that always seems to run out. You’ve got to go on days where they’ve had a delivery to guarantee that some frozen dog foods will be in stock. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Extremely helpful friendly staff. I did not realise this was here, I went to Pets at home on same retail park 1st. Pets at home were rude and unhelpful. I walked out and found Jollyes staff could not have been more helpful Jollyes you need to show Pets at home how it is done.

Really depressing shop I'm afraid, not dirty but definitely needs a lot of tlc, the prices are more than pets at home but if you prove what PAH sells the product for they will price match, now the staff. The staff are very friendly & welcome you with a smile & a hello & always say have a nice day when you leave.

Used to work at this place in 2016/2017 Walked in, no hello or welcome Staff on phones and sat on counter Shop was a bloody bomb site Nothing faced up or presentable was a bit of a disgrace really. Lady was lovely but didn’t know her product and had to clarify with us what it was (loose seed) Live fish have gone which was a main seller If they took time to greet customers and face the shop up then customers would come in and build up the money to get the place redecorated. All in all not really a nice place in my opinion.

I am extremely happy with my experience buying fish from jollyes my son purchased 6 guppy’s 1 male 5 females unfortunately 1 female had a brain bleed and passed away but the good news was that after roughly 24 hours of having the fish they produced fry i would recommend jollyes to anyone who needs fish
