My son became an employee of Cracker Barrel after having a meal there and really liked the staff. We have been there multiple times since my son was hired and everyone is extremely friendly, the food is good, and the peach tea is excellent. Recently, we had a surprise dinner there for my son and the staff was amazing. They setup the tables for us, kept out secret since Derek worked that day, and provided us with great service.

I ordered online and picked up in store. When I went in my food was ready but they forgot one of my sides and the gravy so I had to wait additional time for them to get what was missing. Once I got my side, it felt really light so I opened the container and asked them if it was normal to receive so little. The girl working the register went and checked and came back to tell me that she was told that the amount was normal and that the containers for their sides were big. I still wasn’t convinced especially after seeing the sides on the tray so when I finished eating one of my sides, I decided to dump the one in the container on my plate to see how it compared. It was very little compared to the others and in addition to paying for the 3 side meal, I also had to pay an additional $1.89 which now seeing this in the takeout tray was absolutely not worth the additional money I paid. The food was decent but a little on the cold side especially after having to wait for them to bring out the additional items they left out. Only reason I didn’t give this a 1 star review is because the girl at the register was nice and did her best to rectify the situation. I included my photos showing the little bit in the container and what my 2 original sides looked like and then a picture of what the 3rd side looked like once I dumped them on the tray.

It was not bad at beginning me and my girlfriend we went to the front desk when ask for a table they sat us down we waited a while to get help at our table. We order and when we got our food we didn’t get silverware i ask for some she pass our table 3 times on the third time i remind her im still waiting for silverware. Other problem that i encounter was when i finish my soda cup the inside if the soda cup was filthy i had to take pictures, I saw couple flys inside the restaurant 😳😨 never coming back again to this location.

This was by far one of the best Cracker Barrel's I have ever been to. Everyone was super kind and the food came out immediately and was super fresh. I would definitely come back to this location, even though it's far from me.

Good stick to the ribs home cooking.. Biscuits are awesome. The grilled catfish is the best! Excellent service. Biscuits were recently. Biggest disappointment is automatic tip caculation includes sales tax in the calculation. Sorry CB, but I think it's classless that you include sales tax in the tip calculation. I have to use the custom option to give our usual 20% tip.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast about 10:30 on a Saturday morning. It was crowded but they were able to seat us immediately. Our server showed up promptly and took our drinks order and returned with them in a few minutes. She then took our food order. Our breakfasts were by no means large or complicated, but it took almost 40 minutes to get our food out to us. Other nearby tables were already seated when we arrived, and their food came out even later than ours. Cracker Barrel is one of our go-to places when traveling. We know we can get reasonably priced, good food in a short amount of time. Thankfully we weren't traveling or we would have walked out half way through our wait time. The food was tasty as always and it was hot. It just took longer than anyone should have to wait for a few eggs, bacon, hash brown casserole, and biscuits with gravy.

Just a great waitress who could read the table. I took her recommendation for the daily special, which was the broccoli cheese chicken. It came with a touch of breading and was very good. The pinto beans were very good, although I should have asked for a spoon. The hash browns casserole was so-so. My only real issue was I waited ten minutes to get checked out. Four people were in front of me at the cashier. The first two were buying items from the store, so it took a while. At least, the cashier apologized for my long wait.

This was a take out order for breakfast. First, I was amazed that the restaurant was empty. I’m used to pre-pandemic crowds and standing in line in the store. This was a weekday, but the place was all but abandoned. I really enjoy Cracker Barrel and all of it’s touristy attraction. I always feel as if I’m on vacation while shopping for overpriced gimmicky souvenir type junk. This morning my order was brought out cool. The gravy was devoid of any hint of meat or protein such as sausage. It was still good, but I love biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were less redeemable. Could it be that my memory is flawed? I remember dense but crumbly biscuits that were just like homemade. These were not. The country fried steak was not fibrous like a chopped steak, but rather like a meatloaf and kind of mushy. The eggs were perfect as was the hash brown casserole. In fact, the potatoes were excellent. The place appears to be clean and well maintained. I enjoy the corny stuff in the store as well as the items displayed on the walls. That makes it Cracker Barrel. The staff was polite and my order was ready in a timely manner. All things considered, my opinion is that the food is very average for a regional chain and the environs and people were very good.

The waitress did her best with what she had to work with, our meal took a long time to arrive at the table and when we received our food the entire meal was cold, the greens, muffins hard and cold, mac & cheese, i asked to have my cat fish fried hard it was soft as heck. And this was for lunch🥵 not worth the money and time spent

My boyfriend had a poor experience at another Cracker Barrel but I told him he should try it again. All of our food was delicious and he wants to come back. Mrs. Debbie was so kind. She made sure we had everything we need and brought stuff knowing it would taste good together. We were stuffed to the brim and still had leftovers. There are no complaints here. This was a great start to our morning.

I tried to place an online order with a gift card and they don’t take gift cards on line. Not a problem I call in and they tell me they no longer serve fried chicken!!! Baffled by this I drive there place my order. (They do have fried chicken) was told it wouldn’t be more then 25 minutes ended up being 50 and they ringing in the wrong breakfast and didn’t give me all the sides I ordered so disappointed plus food was cold

Food was excellent minus the biskets were like hockey pucks and the butter was not soft the waitress was pleasant but lacking service skills I've never had a waitress leave empty cups and plates on the table she also brought us our check with out even asking if we wanted desert

Typical cracker barrel experience but not in a bad way, just not good either. Busy on a Sunday morning but that is to be expected. Quite a few things on the menu was out and we weren't told till the food was being brought out to us which was disappointing. Would not have ordered a salad if I'd known my favorite dressing wasn't coming with it. And my daughter had to change her order and ask for something else as we were all beginning to eat and didn't get it till half of us were done. But all and all it wasn't a bad meal.

Excellent tasty Bacon zhomestyle Chicken Dinner served on fancy English style plate. Good portion and very tasty. High recommend!! Kids menu was good too. My son had the 2 cheeseburgers with side of corn on the Cobb. At this location very good. I'm coming back again.

Took almost an hour to get food. Brought visiting family here. Told the waitress one member had to leave by a certain time and she brought out all meals except this person's. She said it was still being made and coming off the grill right now." When she brought out the plain toast egg sandwich with only tomatoes it was stone cold. It was not just made. The only thing that was speedy was right after that she brought the bill. I cannot believe she expected us to pay for such poor service and a sandwich that was not only cold but we were lied to about. I wouldn't recommend.

We just went there to have our late lunch/early dinner. We ordered their chicken tenders, sunday homestyle chicken, and their fish (i forgot the name). Came with side dishes and muffin (or you can choose their biscuits if you don’t like the corn muffin). The food was all right. Expected much from it coz my mom kept saying their food was delicious but I guess because we did not try her favorite breakfast meal. The place was clean and homey. It was full of interesting decors. You would feel unbored when you’re there waiting for your order to come coz there were lots of things to look at. It was kid friendly too. The server was nice but the serving time was a little bit slow. The price was affordable. They have a store inside the restaurant selling all sorts of things from candies to toys and to clothing wear for all ages to souvenir items, etc. The restroom was clean.

After reading some of the comments for this location, I was a little worried. Having said that, we enjoyed our meal. Everyone was nice, our food was hot and tasty. The only down was the bathroom needed to be cleaned up a little. But it wasn't terribly dirty. Maybe this is a hit or miss location, but we hit.

I gave this location a second chance but I won’t give it a third chance. Went to dinner on a Tuesday evening with 3 out of town guests. Food took an awful long time to arrive at our table. When it did my salad didn’t have egg and no croutons. They ran out of croutons. The salad had 2 heads of iceberg lettuce. Not appealing. Another at our table had the chef salad and didn’t get any meat. The waitress told him to share his croutons with me. His salad also had 2 heads of iceberg lettuce. Another at our table had chicken fried chicken and the gravy was like wallpaper paste. Asked for biscuits and corn muffins and didn’t get corn muffins. When the waitress finally asked how everything was and we told her, no apology, no nothing. I think she is in the wrong line of work. When she gave us the bill no thank you, no have a good night, no nothing. Checking out the hostess did take the drinks off the bill so she tried but won’t be back.
