they sell itens in second hand like they were new. Also,in my city, on a staff of 5 people, 3 of them are just the worst kind of employes i ever see.

Cheap enough, good quality products, knowledgeable staff.

Not to big you may need to order parts. The staff is helpful. The place in itself is hidden from sight and can take a bit to be noticed.

They use to be open on holidays and somehow arent open this easters friday and couldnt find info on that anywhere came here to get my order and it is closed. They only sent the email with the order 20 min before closing the previous day. Not cool to spend the entire weekend without games

Small place. But you can find some brands that are very hard to come by. The prices are great for the portuguese market, and it's just a bit over the online (gearbest) prices, so somethings are not worth buying online and having to wait a long time and risk getting stuck in custums. I really recommend going to their website first, cause the store itself is quite small.
