I broke down on the A7 highway towards Braga. When I called the 24-hour urgent service, they sent me to a mechanic from this authorized workshop, who was punctual according to the time they had confirmed for me. The professional gave me exceptional treatment and even better service. At all times and reviewing the breakdown, he kept me informed of the procedure to follow in these cases, managing the rescue issue (since the vehicle could not move)......... A true professional, serious and responsible in his job. From here I would like to thank this mechanic (whom I understood perfectly having different languages) and the entire team that makes it up.

Today, April 12, 2023, our truck broke down. We called the website and were redirected to the hotline to complete the formalities. After finishing the conversation with the hotline, the MAN mobile service appeared very quickly, much to our surprise as we have dealt with service centers many times. Very professional approach of mobile service and office staff. Everyone spoke very good English, which made our entire critical situation easier. Quick truck repair on site.
