    If you seek value and quality when looking for food, seek no further. We were welcomed warmly when we walked into the westaurant (let me have it this time) and the menu style was explained promptly. €6 for bread, soup, drink of choice (half a litre of wine or beer, coffee, water), entree (you get to choose one of the four options for the entree). We got the rice with tomato soup + fish, and rice + potato + chicken leg. Food was great and service was so fast. Highly recommended.

    We were so happy we found this gem. This is home cooked meals at its best. The owners and servers are super friendly and accommodated my family and toddler. They even gave my toddler a little baby meal free of charge. The food was generous, inexpensive, and delicious. You really can't get any better for 6.5 euro per person. We gave them a good tip because they were better than most high end restaurants we've been at during our Portugal trip.

    This is one hell of a restaurant. Like I didn't eat that good in month. If this restaurant would be in east Berlin I would be there at least twice a week. We were here with 6 persons. We ordered 2x Chicken, 2x Pork and 2x Meat on a stick and it was all DELICIOUS! If you stay at Braga you should visit this place. You won't be disappointed

    The dishes were perfect! The service was excellent! The staff were very friendly! This is a place that I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

    Perhaps the hidden gem among tourists. I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality, affordable traditional food with house wine. The hospitality is a plus :)

    Really wonderful restaurant. It's located in the middle an apartment complex. They serve traditional Portuguese food. The food is really good, very tasty. And service is wonderful. Everyone is super nice and friendly. The 8EUR set menu is such a great deal. Highly recommended!

    The best roasted lamb I have ever tasted. Soft, yet crispy. Almost no fat and super tasty. Also - all the other ingredients were super fresh. Loved it. Excellent & super friendly service. Great value.

    Very good place. I tried bacalhau a Braga and cabrito, and both were very tasty. Nice attention, and 100% suggested.

    Great place for great food. Super hospitable and excellent price. Bacalhau a Braga was a great choice and the plate for 2 was enough for probably 3. We found the restaurant in the dark and in the rain, so no worries there either. Look forward to coming back.

    You should come here if you visit Braga ! Foods are so fresh and great (with decent prices), the atmosphere is good, and the staffs are so friendly :) Thanks for making my trip in Braga more special !

    Fantastic little restaurant. Ideal if you are looking for a local experience. The food is authentic, delicious, well priced. Service is exceptionally friendly - you immediately feel like a regular customer … a member of the family. Worth the short walk from the historical centre.

    Where to start, its family owned business and such a lovely, kind family people are welcoming you! I had the best meal during my 4 weeks trip including Italy! ❤️❤️ 10 out of 10 with no doubts!

    My favourite restaurant in Portugal! Came here twice and both times the set menu was fantastic! Such bang for buck, lovely staff, real community feel inside. Can’t wait to come back one day

    Very tasty local Portuguese traditional food. The fish was wonderful and the meat was cooked perfectly. Cheap price and good wine. I recommend this place to people who want to taste real local food.

    Best local food I have experienced in Portugal 🇵🇹 simple and efficient, the waiter was nice and warm. It’s like a mama food in a restaurant. Really cheap € for the generous quantity and the quality
