The service people make this Hotel really a 5 star hotel. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and the only downside was the hardness of the beds. It's not terrible, but for long stays it might get old. Softer plushie beds are always a plush :). The staff, the breakfast and location make up for this one "ding" though. You will not regret staying here.

The best hotel in Braga! Wonderful place, beautiful decor, modern, everything is new. Delicious food- great breakfasts with HUGE variety of food. Very friendly staff- Renato is the best person in the hotel! If you look for the best hotel- choose this one!

Lovely hotel, very central, amazing receptionists: so friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and lovely bedding. Recommended to all travellers in Braga.

This is a 4* hotel and it earns every one. I was in #503 on the top floor, the room was not large but it was very adequate. Floor, walls and ceiling were so well decorated you expected to smell paint. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. There is a little rooftop terrace that is lovely to sit and catch a cool breeze in the evening looking over the rooftops. Of course all would be for nothing without mentioning the staff - they were 4* as well. I recommend that you stay there, really centrally located and not far from a taxi stand.

The staff is amazing and very welcome. We were greeted with porto wine. The room os very confortable along with the bathroom. The rooftop doesnt have a good view but all the rest was amazing.

Excellent welcome, friendly, helpful staff. Welcome drink was appreciated. Rooms a little small but more than adequate, tea, coffee, kettle in room. Spotless room.

I had booked this hotel as 4 star hotel but the facility of hotel does not require even as 3 star hotel. It's waste of your money. I never recommend.

Location is great! Close to all attractions. Super friendly stuff. Nice bar and atmosphere. Roof top to bring your drinks from the bar and relax. Free lovely snack bar. Clean. And attention to details which I love.

It's very evident that customer service is a top priority at Moon & Sun. I could mention so many examples of times when the staff tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One particular story is worth mentioning. We were travelling home on a sunday and had to leave when breakfast started in order to make our flight. In order to accomodate us they moved breakfast 30 minutes so that we could have breakfast before we left. They even set out a chair for our one year old and set ready a plate for him. We had a great stay (despite the rain pouring down) much because of the excellent service.

Great hotel! The receptionist were super nice, kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious breakfast was excellent, fresh and diverse. Above all- the location is amazing, in the heart of Braga. Highly recommend.
