This hotels staff gave us the best customer service I have ever experienced. They went out of their way to accommodate us. It is basic but comfortable and clean. I've never been treated this this well in a 5 star hotel. Great location within easy reach of the stadium.

Simple, very basic rooms, but the staff was super friendly, gave us good suggestions on what to see in the city and did their best to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was great - very filling, lots of options, and the wait staff were friendly and kind.

Very basic hotel. But spotless. Great base especially if attending an event at the Atlice Forum. The staff make this hotel they were the nicest most helpful staff I've ever encountered while staying in a hotel. Would stay again
