Small rooms and not all channels worked on the TV. A bit expensive for 40 euros a night.

Made a reservation for a triple room with one of their employees, when I got there not only did I discover that in reality there was no reservation, they also wanted me to book two rooms instead and pay double what I was supposed to pay, because they booked the room that was supposed to be for me! Would give them 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can award them!

Very disappointed with the three charges on my credit card for one room one night, having to wait days to have my money back (I didn't receive it yet)

The services was good and the room as well, but didn't enjoyed not having a code/card to enter at the time that I wanted without ringing a bell

It was only 1 night in Braga, I really like that was convinient, just 2 blocks from downtown and where all restaurants, historical places, etc!
