We spend a whole day trying to get in touch with the family health unit and no one is answering the phones, I think it's regrettable. We have to go to the location to be attended to.

They never answer the phone, it's unfortunate! Just to ask a question they force a person to move. Incomprehensible. It is the only unit that does not respond.

Both the administrative staff and the doctors and nurses are friendly, polite and helpful. The space is clean and there is plenty of parking (paid). Telephone contact is somewhat time-consuming, but no more so than in other public services

Nobody answers the cell phone. Never. It's absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, with Covid, people unable to leave their homes. Absolutely deplorable.

The user calls to make an appointment and you have to hold on to your cell phone waiting for someone to answer. One of the employees is sometimes rude. A person has to miss lunch time to be served

Very bad. As has been said, the problem is access to the public service. I scheduled an appointment with the family doctor who doesn't have a cc - waiting time ~6 months. The day before they called to inform us that the appointment was cancelled!! and reschedule for two weeks later at 2.45pm. After 1 hour of waiting and without any information I say that I have to leave (to work) and that's ok,,,
