I
recently
had
an
experience
at
JP
hospital
that
left
me
with
mixed
feelings.
While
the
cleanliness
of
the
facility
was
commendable,
I
found
the
cost
of
services
to
be
high,
and
the
level
of
professionalism
displayed
by
the
staff
to
be
lacking.
Here
is
a
detailed
review
of
my
experience.
One
aspect
of
the
hospital
that
stood
out
positively
was
its
cleanliness.
The
facility
was
well-maintained,
and
I
noticed
a
strong
emphasis
on
cleanliness
throughout.
The
waiting
areas,
patient
rooms,
and
restrooms
were
consistently
clean,
which
helped
create
a
comfortable
and
hygienic
environment.
Unfortunately,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
high
cost
of
services
at
this
hospital.
The
medical
bills
and
associated
expenses
were
significantly
higher
compared
to
other
hospitals
in
the
area.
While
I
understand
that
healthcare
costs
can
vary,
I
found
the
charges
to
be
unreasonably
steep.
This
made
it
financially
burdensome,
especially
for
individuals
without
adequate
insurance
coverage.
Another
area
where
this
hospital
fell
short
was
in
terms
of
professionalism.
I
encountered
several
instances
where
the
staff
displayed
a
lack
of
professionalism
in
their
interactions
with
patients.
There
were
delays
in
attending
to
patients,
and
the
overall
demeanor
of
some
staff
members
seemed
disinterested
and
detached.
This
lack
of
professionalism
created
a
sense
of
unease
and
dissatisfaction
during
my
visit.
Communication
between
the
hospital
staff
and
patients
was
also
a
weak
point.
I
found
that
the
staff
did
not
provide
clear
and
concise
explanations
regarding
procedures,
treatments,
or
test
results.
This
lack
of
effective
communication
left
me
feeling
confused
and
uninformed
about
my
own
health-care.
