Read this review carefully to exactly know misconceptions and issues this hotel has 1) It is not near any lake side or mountain..the distance to reach nearest lake which is Fateh Sagar is 2-3km and is not walkable distance 2) Its not worth the pay, in peak season you would be paying 8-10k and getting service of 2-3 star 3) Breakfast is not buffet and is average..Most of items served are cold and you need to request the staff re-warm again. 4) Room size is big but amenities like heater, mattress and bed are too old and make lot of noise. 5) Service wise there is only one lady which is doing the heavy lifting and majority of work from serving to managing clients etc The manager/owner of hotel is unknown and is not seen anywhere

The hospitality of the entire crew (Manger, staff, cook) was really really very good. A great place to stay with royal ambiance and homely atmosphere.

The hotel staff was very thoughtful. We travelled with a very energetic toddler and the staff was very mindful about making the trip enjoyable for her. They took care of dietary and culinary preferences and provided us with pool equipment when we had forgotten to carry our own...all in all it was a very pleasant experience

Warm hospitality, beautiful hotel with so huge royal suite rooms,we stayed recently. The swimming pool breakfast is excellent and fresh . Rooftop dinner is best by the bonefire in winters. The Manager Ranveer singh and his team made sure we were very comfortable and look after , even when the hotel was busy. Room service is excellent also , along with the buffet which was in the dinning room, overall we would like to stay again here.

Good place, good rooms but the service is farm to fork so it take more than an hour if you order something

Akshay Niwas is a beautiful boutique hotel. We had a pleasant stay there.Our room was very spacious with nice view. The hotel is close to main city attractions.Service is good . Food is homestyle . Terrace offers a nice view of the city .

Good rooms!! Parking area is sufficient. Excellent service. Hotel staff behaviour was good. Bedsheet and bathroom are clean.. Food is also good. Love to visit again

Food is very delicious, prepared fresh like home and very hygienic. Hotel Rooms are very spacious and all the rooms are Luxury Suites. Would like to stay here again when in Udaipur next.

Akshay Niwas Hotel is a discovery in Udaipur. It is located in the heart of the city yet away from the hustle and bustle. My room was very tastefully decorated with good bed items. The food was excellent and the staff very cooperative. Look forward to a happy stay again at this home.

This is worst place experiance I ever had in terms of food n service. Room are good but there is nothing you will get on time . Staff was rude except 2-3 people . Rest if you just wanna stay it’s ok else search some other place

Akshay Niwas an absolutely amazing experience. Best location in a very good neighbourhood. Neat and tidy property. Friendly Staff especially outstanding hospitality by Naresh and Ranveer. Please try Masala Chai if someome is a tea lover. Breakfast was absolutely yummy and the next level. 5 star stay. Marvelous boutique luxury stay hospitable staff welcoming nature They have huge suite rooms with all amenities that we required and great view of the sunset Spacious terrace and separate terrace area for private dining too. Lovely swimming pool that you can use all day and great for kids, very clean. Newly refurbished hotel either large suites that can accommodate kids and loved the art. Food was delicious and lot of options for vegetarians try their royal thali.

This was my 2nd visit of Udaipur and I stayed at a 5 star last time but this time it was Akshay Niwas and it was worth staying there. Smiling welcoming faces, Friendly staff, cooperative manager and what not. As they say food is farm to fork so they make sure it tastes like it. Beautiful stay and I will recommend it to everyone.

Charges premium for ZERO BOUTIQUE LUXURY amenities. This hotel is not well maintained and needs a lot of attention by the owner. The blankets were down, no proper bathroom amenities, poor upkeep of the hotel. Should be worth of 3000 or 4000Rs. Max per night for a couple or with a child. There are mu h better properties near by to explore and stay.

The stay was fabulous along with the rooms, room services, food and the best was breakfast at pool side. The check in was smooth with warm welcome from the staff who were constantly following it up with me as how to reach and time of arrival. The FOM Ranveer Singh was the best and he was very warm and homely. He asked me what food i prefer an the time for dinner and where would i like to be seated. Terrace was great with ample green pots around with fabulous view of the city. The terrace set up of was awesome as one can have a private time with friends. Rooms are large which give you sense of luxury with combination of home and home cooked food. Highly recommended property for stay in Udaipur. Keep up the good work and looking forward to visit soon.

Super location, beautiful stay & extremely caring staff who are friendly and make sure all the guests are comfortable. Highly recommend to stay at this boutique property, also must say wonderful owners whom when around make sure you’ll are happy with the stay & often try meet/ greet their guests. Cute swimming pool, breezy sit out terrace, lovely food to be tried at the place itself.. Full marks and a must visit :))

My family and I had a pleasant stay . Staff ,manager are very welcoming. Food is prepared fresh at request. If you have small kids along don’t worry their needs will be taken care .

Rating should be 2.5, which I am giving just for the polite staff, whereas it's not a luxury hotel room for 5.5k, not worth the price. Its overpriced in comparison to the price paid for the rooms. Rooms were okay, hotel looks too nice in pics, the swimming pool is not so big, the rooms are also okay, they should consider their price
