Room sizes are tool small. Similar to Oyo rooms. But, staff behaviour and service is good. And it's in prime location - u can watch the famous Ramalingaswar park light and side from its balcony.. Although there's no parking zone. It's roadside parking.. With the fact that brahmapur is a crowded city, very few hotels are having dedicated parking lot. The hotel is having its own kitchen with room service. Also, Domino's is in the same building. So, no worry on foods. A special 5* to security persons..

Most pathetic hotel ever stayed. 1. No parking 2. No trust at all 3. Nobody picks the phone, there is no contact number as well in Google. 4. Food is pathetic, they don’t cook properly at all. 2 times they changed our food. 5. Hotel doesn’t give complementary water also, I had to buy paying Rs.45 per 1 litre bottle. Only security guard people are very good and hard working people. I want to give them 5 star. Hotel managers are unprofessional and very rude, they don’t even know what is hotel management. Overall out of 5, I give 1*

We checked in at 1:00 am in the morning. While at train the reception called us and made us comfortable. However no outside view rooms. The rooms were very clean and had all basic amenities. The service was also good. Even the owner met us and gladly took our feedback. They have 2 more hotels. The location is also good. Opp Ramalingam Road. Has banquets and in room dining ( reasonably priced) Auto from station takes 15 mins with 150 charges (6 person) have to bargain. During full booking service is bit slow.

Very poor service. Not at all value for money. Charged 4500/- per day. Not providing in room coffee powder. Shower is not working. Very worst room service. Anybody only once will stay here. Next time never stay's.

Worst Hotel. The rooms were pathetic. The bathroom condition was very bad. No hot water in the bathroom. Even not a kettle available. Was asked in the restaurant for a glass of hot water they said it's house keeping duty. They were fighting among themselves. I was waiting in the restaurant to get a glass of hot water. Not recommended at all.

Best place to stay in Berhampur. And it's owner Vinayak.. u must meet him. He is simply amazing . A KIITS MBA grad who is so loving , welcoming and cordial.

One of the worst customer service i have experienced, you have to wait at least 30 minutes for each dish but it won't be delivered as per order.

Awesome restaurant. Location is near by Ramalingam pond. Food taste is good. They offered conference hall too for 100-200 people. Nice ambiance. Everything is awesome.

Room size are very small around 150 sqft only for deluxe rooms. 2. Price are very high as compared to other hotels nearby. Charged 2500+GST per night 3. Outside noise are coming inside the room. 4. Food (complementary breakfast) is not good at all. Previous/stored food are served.

Management is really bad, on my marriage I choose paneer chilli and they gave paneer Manchuria in my menu.. food quality is really bad not tasty also .I spoke there manager also he talk to me very rudely not listening also what m trying to say... and one of my gift cost around 3000 that also someone taken when I asked for cctv footage they said after 3 days it will auto deleted.. they taken full charges from me but not giving satisfy food ..don't go this hotel and don't waste ur money

Such a worst hotel ever I seen,I booked this hotel for my engagement and my marraige for both food and management is really worst,food is very bad not tasty at all if u select one item than they will give u another item in ur menu...I choose mashroom chilli on my engagement and they give me mashroom kadai...

Cool place, went on a wedding organized by our family. It was definitely a top high quality place. Free space with rooms. Yeah the rooms were not that good but overall ok

Well 1st i would like to write about the staff unless and until you complain to the manager they will not help you in any way as per my experience. Wifi is very pathetic i was here for 4 days non of the wifi is working. I would like to appreciate food quality, staff behavior and rooms maintainance. I was the guest here for my official 4 days program. The boy who is in black colour t shirt is staff of Hotel is very obedient, polite, and helpful appreciated him and would suggest HR of hotel management to hire such people.

We are extremely disappointed with the stay. Before booking we asked if hotel parking is there and driver stay is there. They said yes! On arrival at 8pm, we saw there is no parking! On the public road you can park your car without any safety measures! The driver stay was not available as some party was going on! After travelling for the entire day my driver had to wait almost 3 hours to get his bes made in the party hall. We were waiting with our driver, otherwise not sure when he would have got the room! And they are charging 650 for this drivers room! The hotel lied to us so that we do the booking. If they would have said public parking at your own risk is there and driver room is subject to availability and you might not get it until its post 11pm, then we wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Rooms were okay, but it was smelling a little. Had to call room service for freshning up the room!

Never thought it's going to be a good one but trust me guys it was well maintained. The top floor is under renovation and I am sure the renovated rooms are going to impress. Food options available within and also Dominos is in the same building.
