The entire process of dental treatment was explained clearly in advance by the doctor, so there were no last minute surprises during the treatment. Post treatment, he also recommended with Do's and Dont's to preserve and safeguard myself from dental issues. I found the clinic to be well maintained and also santized on regular basis which is really important in the current scenario of covid outbreak. My wisdom tooth was completely tilted and was grown into the bone. So, it had to be removed. It was my first ever surgery and I was very nervous. But Dr. Satya Prakash was very friendly and handled me with lot of patience. The tooth was removed within 15 mins with zero pain or discomfort. Since we had to travel, they even managed to remove the stitches within a week as per our request. He and his team also guided me with the post treatment and always promptly responded. I had root canal treatment recently in Padma Dental Clinic. Support staffs were polite n clinic was fully sanitised n well maintained. Thanks to Dr.Satya Prakash for the diagnosis at the correct moment & saved the tooth. With the help of latest technology the procedure of root canal is done within an hour n with less pain. If the Doctor himself is attending than too good but in case some assistant or newbie is attending than it’s better to ask the doctor to check after every step. Since my childhood I visited the clinic with family members. Vast improvements are there, latest technologies are very helpful. I would like to thank Dr. Satya Prakash for helping me to extract tooth in pregnancy(27 weeks). I really appreciate for the work because its not easy to extract 2 teeth in pregnancy but he made the procedure painless as the anesthesia was needle free which was new, smooth and painless technique.
